Cette fabuleuse maison de quatre chambres et deux salles de bains comprend un immense garage à l'usage des clients. Il a été mis sur pied pour une escapade parfaite à Exmouth. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous depuis le patio alors que le soleil se couche sur une journée de grande aventure. Promenez-vous sur les canaux et sur votre propre jetée priv��e pouvant accueillir un bateau de 15 m. - Cette maison accepte les animaux de compagnie, vous êtes donc le bienvenu avec votre bébé! TÉMOIGNAGES Juillet 2018 - Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au 1 Kestrel Place. Les perspectives sur la marina sont fantastiques. Un tel endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et se détendre et profiter du beau climat. La propriété offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances agréables. Pas trop loin pour aller en ville et dans les bons restaurants.

Good location

Nice property and good location but probably could do with a bit of a spruce up for the price compared to some other options. Had a very enjoyable stay though.

Fishing stay

Nice property to stay at.roadside noise bit noisy in the morning due to location.would have liked to check in just a bit earlier pretty much wasting a night's stay on check in.having the pontoon there for the boat was good.overall experience was good.would have stayed longer but bit too pricy for any longer than a week.thanks👍

Great little gettaway

Great little gettaway home away from home. Beautiful bright space and most things you want in a home, with a jetty. We have young kids and it wasn’t set up for that so had our own travel crib, bath tub and high chair. But it is otherwise well set up for older children or adults. Lovely polished concrete floors throughout and large bedrooms with AC and ceiling fans.

Great family holiday

Great house, clean, tidy and comfortable with great aircon for hot days and in amazing location. Only issue we had was with check in times. We asked for early check in as we had one adult with 2 very young children arriving at mid day by plane so we were told early check in would be ok from 12pm onwards however come check in day the house was not ready until 2pm which meant my sister and her two young kids were stuck waiting for 2 hours outside with no means of transport on a 42 degree day. Other than this it was a great stay. Just think maybe you shouldn’t accept early check ins with customers unless you can guarantee it will be ready otherwise some other plans could have been made.

We are extremely embarrassed that your early check-in time was not observed by the cleaning team, who had been informed of this several days prior to your arrival and who had adequate time to prepare the house prior to the time in which they finished. This is not the expectation of our business when we contract these cleaning services and we feel let down also. Great place for a family break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is well located and very well set up for a family get away. Close enough to town but not so close as to have people walking past you every 2 mins. The garage is fantastic (we arrived with our boat fully packed in the rain and to be able to pull into the garage with the boat and car was fantastic - the same happened on departure, so we could pack out of the rain). The gate auto-latching at the front and rear must be fixed as they don’t automatically lock because they haven’t been installed properly. The internal doors and the locks were a bit sticky and need maintenance. My dogs (Labs x 2) loved the yard, the jetty, the walks into town (bakery, cafes and the IGA’s) and the close by beach. The adjoining fence to the house next door is a bit low (say 550mm in places) but my Labs don’t jump fences so just enjoyed pats from the people staying there as they walked on their pathway to their jetty. The house has lots of space and lots of facilities. Could really do with a new set of crockery and cutlery though. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again myself.

Fun getaway for the whole family

The kids had a blast exploring everything Exmouth has to off which were nice and close. We even caught some great little fishies off the jetty. This was a great location, comfortable, some road noise but not terrible. The kitchen had the basic staples to get us going. Can not wait to come back

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1 Kestrel Place is a cosy house with a huge garage for car and boat. A small store room with upright freezer is a great bonus for any fishermen. The house lacked some utensils and those that where there where very average and bit thrown together. The house lacked maintenance with lights not working. Being close to the road is noisy from 5am. The jetty is great to tie up you boat but not fit big boats.
