Nous avons un endroit merveilleux et paisible pour des réunions de famille nichées sur une colline, dans un cul de sac privé et sur une rivière - et l'autre côté de la rivière est une terre inhabitée du MRN - cela ne devient pas plus privé!

Idéal pour les dirigeants de petites entreprises ou les retraites du personnel d'église. 21. 5 acres de terrain contre 1500 pieds de façade fluviale. Prenez le temps de vraiment «être présent» et profitez de votre famille avec des grillades, la pêche le long de la rivière ou la lecture dans la solitude. Les clubs tranquilles comme le scrapbooking ou les amateurs de nature apprécieront 16,5 acres de terrain non plat. Tout cela, et à seulement ~ 30 miles des Twin Cities! Vous vous sentirez
Comme si vous étiez à des heures. Certains ont partagé qu'il a un sentiment très «nord», probablement en raison de la cabine avec des meubles en rondins de haute qualité partout. 4 lits queen-2 d'entre eux ont des lits superposés en bois rond. Tous les lits, sauf le maître, sont en pin du Minnesota, l'arbre d'État.

Due to COVID, there are to be NO GATHERINGS over 10 people at this dwelling. There are too many irresponsible and party prone people out there.
I reserve the right to visit the dwelling during the rental time with police if I suspect that renter is in violation of this policy.
Mature renters ONLY-In the last month, I have had two renters that have misrepresented themselves and threw a party of 20+ people.

Peaceful and relaxing weekend stay! The cabin is a fantastic hidden gem. Located close to several towns, it is a great base for events or perfect for a quiet stay on-site. The chairs on the porch are an excellent space for reading or chatting. The property host is very helpful and communication is prompt. I appreciated a great breakfast recommendation for the Forget Me Not Cafe in Buffalo.

We enjoyed our stay, the home is spacious, and in a nice location. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. There were a few small things that needed attention during our stay, but the host was quick to communicate and take care of the situation. Overall, we had a nice time and appreciated the hospitality!

Beautiful quiet setting

House was located in a perfect spot for our trip. Beautiful surroundings and extremely quiet. Owner was extremely responsive and welcomes open communication. We will stay again when heading to the area to visit family.

What a gem of a place you have! We enjoyed the private location, the beautiful creek and the stunning willow tree on the property! It was still close enough to the baseball fields while we were in town for our son's state tournament and a stay in cabin beats a stay in a hotel any day!

Work trip

We had a project near by and needed short term accommodations for a crew of 6. The house was set up well for us, a good place to relax and recharge for the next day. The host was very friendly as well.

Unplugged & secluded

This is a spacious, unique cabin on a beautiful property, perfect for those who want to disconnect. Close to several local towns. Carleton was a very communicative host, always available to answer questions. We found a delightful Mexican restaurant in Buffalo, Rancho Grande. Great food and service, excellent margaritas!!

Quiet rustic cabin on river

Nice private cabin on dead end road. Cabin has plenty of room for larger families. Several locations for bonfires. Wood platform on river for fishing. We brought a large fan and cords to make being outside more bearable, Mn. is having quite the mosquito population this year. Owner was there to check us in and chat when we arrived. Overall a nice weekend getaway.

A VERY RELAXING GETAWAY

It was great! Our host was wonderful! There when we needed him and very informative, and took his time with explaining things to me. This place is spacious; lots of movies, games and ping pong! The website doesn't do this place justice....Carlton, you need to post more pictures!! We saw wildlife, no other people around us, & very private! So green and loved the Weeping Willow tree out front. Had fun with our small family at their place in Minnesota and this VRBO. Such a great bonding time was had by all. Thanks Carlton!!!

Beautiful, serene property

We had a lovely weekend in Waverly celebrating our mom’s 60th birthday. The cabin was adorable, comfortable and welcoming. It’s well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay and then some! Photos don’t do this cabin justice. We loved the large deck and wraparound porch, yard games under the willow tree and fishing in the river. Carlton is a thoughtful, engaged host who does whatever he can to make your stay a relaxing one.

Being able to sit on the beautiful wrap around deck, fish by the river and just plain relax from the day to day was so very much needed! We had a wonderful early anniversary weekend and truly enjoyed our stay!

Well appointed cabin in a private location

The cabin had everything we needed and plenty of space, including a great deck. The owner was proactive in communication and made us feel at home. The home could really sleep 10 in beds if you can put 2 in each queen. Would like to have had more outdoor furniture to take advantage of the deck. It was very private and quiet, which was nice for us to be able to get some time away from our large family at a wedding. Small notes: There is no wifi or cable, this is on purpose, but think that should be more clearly stated these days. Cell service was good out on the deck, but very spotty inside. iPhones had a little trouble finding the right house on the map, but I thought it was very easy in and out and the road was well maintained. I found it odd to be asked to take our trash with us, especially as we were 6 people there for 3 days.
