Le logement est privé avec entrée séparée, vous pourrez profiter des espaces communs dans "Notre Hacienda", tels que piscine, chaises longues, barbecue, coin repas extérieur, aire de repos, livres, etc. Comme la zone de loisirs à 50 mètres de notre propriété qui a aussi une piscine et des chaises longues et bien sûr le "Clubhouse" dans la plage, avec un feu de camp, des chaises longues, des hamacs, un bar, un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière, un grill et des salles de bains pour hommes et les femmes,

The host was very welcoming. She was waiting for us there when we arrived. She even offered my wife and I a cold Corona which was very welcome after a long difficult trip. Based on the pictures and description, this was a standalone 1 bedroom house with outdoor kitchen and pool. Instead it is a room and bathroom in a shared house. You need to walk through that house to get to your space. Fortunately there was nobody else staying there. Since we were only staying one night, it worked out fine. We're just thankful we didn't book a week or two. I highly recommend revising the description so nobody else is surprised when they arrive.

Wonderful relaxing stay

I can't say enough great things about Cabo and about our host Betty. She is one of a kind. She gave us a beautiful scenic comfortable stay at her lovely home. We loved how peaceful and safe we felt. The security we're also very helpful and kind. We Hope to stay here again someday :)

Perfectly Peaceful

This accommodation was everything described and more. The reviews sold me on it & I totally agree. Betty is the best hostess of anywhere I’ve stayed VRBO or fine hotel. The development is lovely and convenient to everything without being in the congested areas of Cabo. I’ll be checking in with Betty again.

I am sure any host will be please to have you as a guest. Always welcome at Eclipse, Luna, Sol... also at the heart of Cabo we have a Penthouse and a 3 bedroom condo in our inventory. Many more interesting places to visit, like hot springs at "El Chorro" great for wellness, or Rancho San Dionisio on the Sierra, which is secluded, WiFi free (could not share the location)... you disconnect from the world. I do appreciate your preference,

The Best

I’ve traveled all over the world, this is one of the few places I’ve stayed where I felt I was in vacation. We will be back again. If you come to Cabo for a relaxing few days this is it you don’t need to look any further. Betty you are a gem and the ultimate hostess. Thank you for the memories.

Best Choice We Made for Our Christmas in Cabo!

When we planned out trip to Cabo for Christmas, we didn't know what to expect because it was our first time there. This property and neighborhood was the best decision we made. Betty was so kind and provided us with an experience to remember. The property, neighborhood, and especially the access to a clubhouse with a pool, kitchen, and amazing sunrises/sunsets were all excellent! Highly recommended!

This property was exactly what my my wife and I were looking for and Betty was amazing. I won't go into all the ways that Betty made sure that any issues that came up during 2 month stay except to say were addressed expeditiously and for us that is really important. The only thing that I can say is that we would give Betty at least 2 more stars if the rating system allowed it!!

Hidden Gem just minutes from the bustle of Cabo Centro.

This cute one bedroom with outdoor kitchen was just what we were looking for. The large patio and private pool was really special. The private secured neighborhood was spectacular with sunrise and sunset views, oceanic whale watching and nature all around. A short drive into the main section of town was easy to get to via bus or Uber. Plently of restuarants and markets near our rental. Our hostess, Betty was super helpful when we needed advice about Cabo. Her sweet notes and sometimes little presents of snacks left at our door made us feel right at home.

Quaint Spot

Really quaint spot. Bed & bedroom were comfortable, ac worked great. Bathroom was not attached to the bedroom but right next to it for easy access. The courtyard was spacious. Lounging area next to pool, dining & grill. Betty from the initial reservation was available. She checked in on us to make sure we arrived okay and asked if we had any questions. She was quick to respond. Thank you Betty.

The very best Casa Club!

The Casita was very comfortable with a great comfortable bed. Betty was very helpful with many little extras and the community is gated with very good security. The neighborhood has an amazing Casa club about a 10 min walk down the road. There is sand but it is mostly rocky, but has an extraordinary view! It's on the ocean with a pool, tables and chairs for about 20, a full kitchen and BBQ. The beach front has hammocks, loungers and the most amazing gas firepit that looks over the ocean. One of our favourite nights was having a BBQ at the Casa Club and then sitting around the fire pit that looks right over the ocean watching the stars and and listening the ocean waves come crashing in.

Great Casita Getaway!

The Casita was absolutely wonderful! Very quiet and peaceful place. We felt very safe and secure. Ocean view was a bonus! When you go to the clubhouse, you are at the ocean. We enjoyed watching the boats, whales and flying fish. Betty, our host is exceptional! She did things to make the stay extra special, like bringing treats and roses for the outside table. She was prompt in replying and providing items that we needed. If we return to Cabo, we will definitely stay here again. There are two Casitas next to each other. I'd book them both to bring your family or friends with you. :) Thank you, Betty, for making our stay extra special and fun!!

Peaceful

This is our fourth time in Los Cabos San and our 1st time we spend peaceful vacation time. The property is located in a gated quiet community it has a beautiful club house with spectacular view to ocean and we were able to view whales and spend some peaceful time. The property is located 10 minute drive to Los Cabos Town and 15 min Drive to San Jose del Cabo. We were able To eat Breakfast and lunch at Neighbors Restaurant Sirena del Mar and Lunch at Downtown Cabo San Lucas, dinner at San Jose del Cabo. We had a Cafe and a Market crossing the street from the neighborhood. The House was comfortable and had everything you need. Thank you Betty for all your recommendations we took almost all of them.

An oasis in Mexico

When we decided to go to Cabo San Lucas we searched available listings and feel like we lucked out with this one. The host is very helpful and went over the top in making our time there memorable. Our room was thoroughly cleaned once a week. The sun heated pool is small - and cleaned often. The patio area is lovely and even comes with an outdoor kitchen. We were able to shop at Costco and Fresko and cook delicious and nutritious meals - we love eating out but cooking here is fun. There is a clubhouse close by and another pool. Lounge chairs and umbrellas and whale watching are fabulous. And there is yet another community pool just 100 steps from the unit. What really makes this wonderful is the host, Betty. She anticipated all of our needs and should receive host of the year! And she helped me with spanish. Gracias Betty!

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR BOOK IT

What an absolutely awesome experience! Betty is an amazing host and wonderful person. She went above and beyond in everything she did. Fresh flowers and treats and any request you had she brought to you! The home is located in a gated community with check in and out as you left and returned to house. The house itself had a gated entrance as well. The place was just awesome. The pool was located within 10 steps from are one bedroom chalet. The outdoor common kitchen was very nice where cooking was a nice option. Within the gated community is a clubhouse area that when walking took a max of 10 minutes and 3 minutes if you were on the available bikes. Beautiful pool and clubhouse with restrooms and a common out door kitchen as well. Most stunning view of the ocean and the rocks etc. It was breathtaking. We cannot praise the experience enough! THIS IS A SAFE PLACE

Look No Further!!!

I will start this off by saying. If you are reading this ad, and still indecisive, stop searching, this is the place you need to stay at.! Where should i start? Background of us, just two Gringos from Minnesota, and that's basically all we need to write for you to understand how we needed this, and how amazing this trip was. P.s wear sunblock! We stayed at Eqlipse from May 13-20th. This home is around 10-15 min uber ride from downtown Cabo. Cost was always around 5-7 dollars before tip, Uber was never more than a 10 min wait, and communication with the security gate for access was never an issue. Uber worked perfectly! Lets talk about this amazing home. Situated, in a private, gated community, we as two middle aged, overworked adults, also struggled with where would best suit us to stay. We felt like that party life 10 mins up the road was not for us, and we wanted to have a place that we could enjoy the sun, have privacy, and not be bombarded with noise and tourists our whole trip. And we are so happy we choose Eclipse, and Betty:) So the things people look for while finding a rental: It does have a/c, but we did not need to use it the entire trip., and it was hot out. The breeze that comes in through the open windows, along with the shade that surround's the back of the home, kept Eclipse nice and cool, and i get hot easily. The Bed was comfortable, and there is plenty of closet, and the room is a very good size. There is a full size fridge, toaster ovens, coffee maker, and anything you would need. Out of our 7 nights staying here, we only went out for dinner twice. The other nights we took full advantage of the BBQ grill that is in the backyard. There is two grocery stores within walking distance, and there was nothing better than the warm nights while cooking carne on the grill, sitting by the pool, and having a few coronas. Perfect! There is also access to an amazing community clubhouse, with hammocks, and grills there too. Staying at Eclipse was the best vrbo we have literally ever stayed at, and that also is because you are about the meet an extraordinary woman. From the time we arrived, until the min we checked out, Betty treated us like we were family. She brought fresh produce for my Pico, left morning treats for us, brought fresh bath towels, and pool towels, taught us about her life and introduced us to Cabo. Betty we cant thank you enough! Your an amazing woman and we cant wait to see you again. Never goodbye, until next time!!

Better than home

Quiet and Secure Sanctuary!

Very nice, safe and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how safe we felt there. Our hostess, Betty was very helpful and considerate. We enjoyed the variety of activities and great restaurants. Our favorite was the Sunset Dinner Cruise (recommended by Betty).

My Experience.

Although a short stay the accommodation was as good as it can get in a private gated community with a pool in the back yard and a clud house with access to the Sea of Cortez.nd to anyone for any length of stay. It was a 7 minute ride to downtown Cabo for restaurants and nite life. My host Betty Rivera was extremely gracious, helpful in knowledge of Cabo and willing to help me in any way. Thanx to her.

I came to Los Cabos for a two week vacation in July 1st 1994 and I experienced what I heard: "Once de dust of the "Baja" settles in your shoulders, you cannot dust it off.

Buying souveniers, I asked to the owner of the gift shop: When does it rain here? He answered: "you will be lucky if you see raining in Cabo" ...
Well the next day it rained and have been the luckiest 25 years of my life

Because the location is perfect.
Located in a gated community away from.the crowds, and close enough to take and UBER fo about $5.00USD, or bus into town (inexpensive option $13.50 pesos p/p aprox.), the neighborhood is beautiful and very safe the whole time.

The Clubhouse offers the opportunity to enjoy sunsets or sunrises laying ona hammock or lounge chairs, walk on the beach and swim in the pool.
There, you can also use the grill, fridge, stove & sink
Fifty meters away from our lodging, is another pool in a common area that you may enjoy as well.
