Bienvenue dans notre condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain Ă  Meadow Ridge, dans le Fraser. SituĂ© sur la station Winter Park The Lift Purple Line, il se trouve Ă  seulement 40 pieds Ă  pied de l'arrĂȘt de ski-bus. Notre condo comprend Dish TV, Wifi gratuit, cuisine complĂšte, accĂšs Ă  la piscine chauffĂ©e Ă  l'annĂ©e Club Meadow Ridge Outdoor et bains Ă  remous. À un kilomĂštre ou deux des pistes de tubing et du patin Ă  glace du Fraser. Venez vous amuser dans cette aire de jeux d'hiver.

Great location and very responsive owner.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place has everything you need and is a great location. Grocery store and food places all close by. Would definitely stay again!

Christmas trip

The heat went out on Christmas day and the problem was resolved within a couple of hours! The host was very responsive, had someone there right away to fix the problem and then followed up to make sure that everything was okay.

Great Colorado Condo

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 days over Christmas. The communication with the owner was great, check in and out was a breeze. The condo is located in a really nice community with a large field right next door where you can take your pets etc. The condo was very clean and spacious. An extra plus was the bathroom floor was heated! We are from Missouri and this is not the norm there. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, and the wood burning fire place was very enjoyable. There was even wood already there upon our arrival. We enjoyed the hot tub and community center our last day and wished we had went there more. We'd love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Winter Park condo with our family (two adults, two kids) and our dog. The location truly couldn’t be better right in one of the best areas you can be, with easy access to everything Winter Park has to offer.The condo was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. It was comfortable for our family and genuinely dog-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. You can tell the hosts are thoughtful about both people and pets.Everything about the stay was smooth and easy, from arrival to checkout. We felt at home the entire time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to families and anyone traveling with pets.Harris Family

Awesome view!

I rented this condo because it looked pretty close to Winterpark to go skiing a few days for spring break. The condo was way better than what I thought it was going to be. It had a beautiful view of the mountains! The condo has almost every amenities and some. The owner were quick to reply if we had any questions the clubhouse was very easily accessible the view from the hot tub was breathtaking and a very kid friendly place! Would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again! Thank you!

Great condo!

Me and my two teenagers stay here over New Year's and had a great time. Kitchen was well appointed to prepare meals to eat in, we always love ping pong and racquetball at the rec center, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We'll definitely be back.

Great Fraser stay!

My stay at Keith's condo was amazing! The location was perfect with a stop for The Lift shuttle right outside the front door and a 2 minute drive from the Safeway. The inside was very clean and comfortable. My friends and I enjoyed the fireplace and the clubhouse hot tub after long days of skiing. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Winter Park/Fraser area!

Great property and great location

We stayed here for five nights for Spring Break to ski at Winter Park. This condo was in a great location and only a short drive to Winter Park ski resort. The condo was very well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were big as was the sitting area to relax and watch TV after skiing. We had plenty of space and we didn't feel crowded at all. The views were amazing and the pictures on-line do not portray how great the views are at this place. We would rent again if we are ever in this area. Thanks again to our hosts for letting us stay at their place.

Great Stay

Place was just what we wanted. Slept everyone comfortably. Having access to the club house pool was a great perk. Place was really clean and Keith was very helpful. Would stay there again.

Nice stay, good basic condo that covers all bases for good value

We booked this late and for the busiest time of the year (Post Christmas to New Year's). We were glad to find something that even met our needs. Pros: - 2 bedrooms setup for 2 families (big bed + 2 bunks)- I think the condo could handle 2 families but it would be tight. - Location- this is up above the Safeway, but directly on the bus route (even better, the bus passes by and comes back ~5 minutes late so you can walk right out and catch it without waiting in cold) - Equipped with everything- all cooking appliance (including waffle maker- big hit), dishes, utensils, and other basics (trash bags and paper towels, etc.)- really there was nothing other than food/drink we needed to bring. - Clubhouse- great clubhouse, nice gym, heated pool and hot tub (outdoor which was fun) + laundry facility. - Great TV in main room and one bedroom with full satellite tv (was perfect for football) - Wifi available and worked well for all. - Owners were wonderful to deal with and very helpful. Cons- - No real cons, but would note that as with most rentals, this condo is certainly aged and well used, nothing problematic and certainly priced accordingly. - Only minor issue we ran into was parking. Given this was the busiest time of year, it was not too surprising that parking was in short supply. We had to park a couple of sections over. Not a huge deal, but in -30 degree weather the hike was not fun! I would not hesitate to stay here again.
