Grand condo de famille 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains 6-8. 2 lits superposés peut accueillir quatre enfants dans une chambre à coucher. Maßtre Queen avec salle de bain privée, salon a un canapé-lit complet, parfait pour un usage familial. Agrandir table de salle à manger avec construit dans les feuilles permet à chacun de se asseoir ensemble à la table. Foyer au bois crée de la chaleur en hiver. TrÚs belle vue dégagée sur Byers Peak depuis le salon et terrasse. Unité au niveau du sol élimine chargement des escaliers.

Deux minutes à pied meilleure clubhouse dans la vallée. Comprend une piscine extérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis extérieurs, racquetball, salle de musculation, vestiaires, salle de jeux et une salle de l'événement. Aussi excellent endroit pour utiliser le service Internet sans fil gratuit.

Meadow Ridge est situé au centre, juste en bas de la colline de l'épicerie et des restaurants à Fraser. Hilltop emplacement à cÎté de prairie crée une véritable expérience de la montagne escapade. Winter Park Valley / Fraser a une atmosphÚre détendue avec le ski de classe mondiale, le golf, la randonnée, le rafting à proximité. Profitez de 40 minutes en voiture de la pittoresque Grand Lake et Rocky Mountain National Park.

What a great place to stay! Some may feel the fixtures are a little dated, but to us, it felt like a warm hug of a charming home. It's clean, comfortable, and has everything you could ask for. Our family loved curling up by the fire to watch movies, talk, relax, and play games.The purple bus line is just steps away to get to Winter Park ski resort. And the property amenities are fantastic. We used the fitness center that had a great variety of workout equipment, racquetball courts, a net for indoor volleyball, ping pong table, hot tubs, and an outdoor heated pool daily. The staff was friendly, and the facility was very clean and taken care of.We hope to stay here again!!

Wonderful

This condo was a wonderful place to stay for our ski trip. This is the 2nd time we have rented this condo as well. Hopefully we can rent this again next year!

Great Budget Friendly Condo!

Nothing fancy but gets the job done for budget friendly price! I stay here for New Year's with my two college age kids and had a great time. Second bathroom is great, and it's an easy drive to Winter Park. Meadow Ridge clubhouse is just a couple minutes walk across the street to quick access workout or our favorite, ping-pong. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Ski Trip

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for this trip. Very near Winter Park and Rocky Mountain Stables where we did a horse back ride. We were able to cook meals there and enjoy the fireplace, and everyone had plenty of space.

Great ppace fornWP skiing

The place was perfect for our small group. I would think it would work for 6 peope comfortably. It was well stocked and clean when we arrived. Right off the bus shuttlento get in to town, or to Winter Park. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for Winter Park Skiing Weekend

Great place for Winter Park skiing weekend! Nothing fancy but the price was right and the condo got the job done. We love the Meadowview neighborhood for clubhouse, proximity to Safeway, and ski hill.

Horrible condo

Very dirty, not kept up at all. Black mold in the master bath, wouldn’t take a shower in there. Walls were very dirty. Was hard to get in with key, took quite a few times before it would unlock.

Time for update & a good cleaning

Have stayed in this subdivision before and really enjoyed the location and amenities. This unit needs some basic updates and a good cleaning. The sheets & towels were less than thrift store quality. The master mattress was old and had huge brown stains. The unit was dirty overall and pretty beat up.

Great family place!

Awesome location, views, clubhouse / jacuzzi. Kitchen and beds perfect for a big family. But needs serious love: needs new pillows, paint, toaster, oven, electrical maintenance, linens and a better housekeeper!

Perfect Spot

We were there a couple of weeks ago and had a great visit. We didn’t need a lot, since we were on the mountain all day, but this place provided a comfortable place and all we needed to cook a few meals and get some good rest.

Perfect Ski Condo for a Family of 6

As a family of 6, we often have a hard time finding a condo in the Fraser area that works well for our family at a decent price. This condo hit the spot. The bunks allowed for all four of our kids to sleep in their own beds. And the price point was great! I love the Meadowridge location, as it is close to the Safeway for groceries and a short drive to Winter Park for skiing. We also love the Clubhouse at Meadowridge, and for this specific condo the hot tub is right across the street. The condo is well-stocked, plenty of dishes, coffee cups, and eating utensils, and if you need it, there is a Crockpot.

Condo review

We love this location of this condo and the proximity to Fraser, grocery store and other amenities. The condo itself was clean but missing a few elements that would have made the stay more accommodating. We ended up buying dish soap and scrub pads for doing dishes. We also regretted not bringing more games as there were only a couple of games and a a few toddler dvds available. Overall, a decent place for the price.

On the Winter Park Shuttle line and a million dollar view

I was difficult to do my homework with only a 6 day notice, as we were storm chasing. But we came upon this place and booked because of: 1. Its proximity to Winter Park 2. It was on the shuttle/bus line Everything was perfect. Getting the bus is easy as it runs every half hour. It is also just as easy to get back to the condo from Winter Park. We didn't use the club house (which is right down the street) as covid restrictions require a reservation and you're only allowed 50 minutes per day to use the hot tub and pool. What we discovered on a few of our blue bird days, is with a front porch like this, with the view that it has, WHO NEEDS A HOT TUB! 😉 The sun was warm, the view was breathtaking. Absolutely recommend this rental to anyone. I read another review before we booked about the noise upstairs. Let me tell you. The family that owns the property above, have two young children (maybe 6 and 8?) and are absolutely wonderful people! Had a drink with them last night even. Yes, we hear the kids running around. So what, that's what kids do! It stops about 10pm and begins again about 7 or 8 am? If you're complaining about the noise, my reply is, first chair is 9 am. Why are you still sleeping!! Get your ass up and get on the mountain. That's why your here. Quit your whining. Loved the family upstairs and loved the kids. Didn't mind the noise at all. We will absolutely be coming back!

Great place to stay

Location is great, close to everything and easy to get to. Affordable price and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking/dining supplies. Beds were comfortable and clean. My priorities are: Safety, comfort, location, affordability, and a clean place to sleep/eat/shower. This condo met all of my needs with ease. There are some minor updates/repairs that could be done to the condo but nothing that affected any of my priorities or that aren't in keeping with other comparable condos everywhere or allowing strangers to stay in a place and expecting them to treat your stuff the way you would. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Worst rental we’ve ever stayed at

Finding the place was impossible. Directions were not very clear at all. Once we finally found it, they said the top lockbox was broken and we should use the bottom one. It is broken also and we literally had to jam the box back shut (several people tried first). The unit was gross. Hair all over the bathroom, several dishes were dirty, hairs on the sheets. When we went to the MeadowRidge Club to use the hot tub it was also difficult to find and then I wish it was more clear that we 100% had to bring the spa key that was hanging on the mantle at our condo unit. By the time we did all of that we had 20 minutes left in the hot tub. One of the worst rentals we’ve experienced unfortunately.
