We had a beautiful stay here -- it is a whole house but you get access to only two bedrooms. The living areas and kitchen are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook. The house is set just behind a dune, and there is an easy path to the beach ( 24/7 dogs allowed, restricted lead times) 2 houses down. The area was quiet but easy access to the village shops and a great base for exploring the area. We hope to return!

Beautiful beach house, quiet, clean, comfy bed. Magnificent sunrises, great outdoor areas. Easy communication with hosts. Fully equipped kitchen including espresso machine. Supermarket and cafes in walking distance. Only downside: No reverse cycle A/C. Was very cold when I arrived, and despite making a fire the place took 24 hours to get comfortable warm.

One of the best properties we’ve stayed at in Culburra. It’s cozy and it’s suitable for large families, and exceptionally clean. The location is unbeatable for beach walks, only a short walk to the beach. The beach is dog friendly with off leash from 4pm to 8am during summer, and the house itself is stunning. If you’re looking for a beach front property, quiet getaway to recharge the batteries, this is it. Thanks for having us!

The property location and views of the ocean are stunning. However, the property is tired looking and we booked upon seeing the reviews as high rated - the truth for us were the property was very unclean, oven and microwave were dirty, out of date milk had been left in the fridge, milk splatters all over the coffee machine, glassware and crockery were dirty, windows that looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a very long time, vertical blinds that did not operate and were broken, lounge that was filthy on the armrests that should have been replaced years ago.

Loved, loved, loved the view. The rooms were very clean and house was very comfortable and accommodating for all our needs. Very pet friendly if you have an obedient dog that does not run off through the scrub, which we did.

Fabulous Culburra location!

We can’t recommend Helen and Ian’s beach house highly enough. Wonderful location on such a gorgeous beach, and the home is so well equipped with everything for a brilliant holiday. Helen and Ian are great hosts and made our stay very special.

Perfect winter destination

Property and garden was immaculate and very well equiped Great kitchen and fireplace View was amazing and extensive windows facing sea captured the warmth of the sun even when it was cold outside Highly recommended and without doubt one of our favourite stays

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The house is terrific and our hosts were very informative and helpful. Sitting outside relaxing we saw whales and a dolphin. We had a wonderful weekend!

Enjoyed a 3 night stay in this beautiful house right by the beach. Stunning views and a great location. Was the perfect, quiet holiday we were looking for. Wven better that we could enjoy it with our 2 dogs. Would recommend

Great place for relaxing and pampering

Helen and Ian were great host and gr at communicators. We took our dogs and it was one of the best dog friendly property we have been. Our dogs loved the location and the treats left for them. We absolutely loved the location and the view! Definitely will be keeping this on our to go back list. Thank you Helen and Ian!
