Great place

We were kind of sad we did not find a cabin for our family vacation, but this condo did not dissapoint at all. Very spacious and warm place. The jacuzzi did not heat the water though and we had to call because one of the showers did not have hot water, but they were prompt to fix the problem early next day.We enjoyed it!!

Christmas

We booked this cabin for a Christmas getaway for our family after losing our grandchild in September as we just wanted some happiness and to get away and relax by a fire. The hot tub and fireplace was a constant issue and several days could not be used. The fireplace needed a part that they said had been an issue and could not be fixed. We were in contact with maintance and property manager at least 4 days out of our stay. They were very nice and apologetic about it. These 2 things were what made us choose the property. The layout was great and sleeping arrangements were good for large family. It was steep if there is ice on the road. Lots of stink bugs in the cabin.

Family vacation

The property was very impressive. Very clean and laid out so that we had our privacy and so we're able to spend family time. The location was great to get to all attractions. Would definitely go back!

Mountain getaway

We traveled after Christmas through New Year's with our teenage boys & 2 dogs. Our older adult son came to visit for a day. We were very impressed with not just the property, but the help from the owner, as well. It was a very easy booking, check in & check out process from start to finish and they were extremely responsive to our questions. We had an issue with the hot tub not heating up and they sent someone out on a holiday to fix it. The property itself was beautiful, very clean and well kept. I loved how homey it was, decorated for Christmas! The view was stunning! We will definitely be back!

Clean rental. Could use a little updating

Rental was very clean. Had a little trouble with keypad door lock. Heat pump quit working the second night but was repaired quickly the next day. The layout of the rental was great for families and giving each group there private space

Cozy pre-Christmas jaunt

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo with a cozy cabin feel! We loved the Christmas tree, gas fireplace, and the Alexa in the kitchen for playing some tunes! We really have no complaints about our stay, just a few helpful suggestions that would really elevate someone's stay. We had a tough time getting the hot tub to heat up (we were luckily able to enjoy the last night) and then the water pressure was lacking in 2/3 showers. Overall, great experience! Thank you so much! Family Get Away

Good quiet location yet convenient to attractions. Very nice unit, Nice floor plan for 7 people. Unit was clean. Lock code was not sent in email- had to call to get it. Also lock code expired 45 minutes before check out time, thankfully someone was still inside as we carried luggage to car. The 2 toilets closest to kitchen were running. The shower near the bunk beds had very little water pressure, probably needs new shower head. Overall a nice place to stay.

The location was great, but there were some issues with the TVs (could only get 1 channel on a couple). There were also some toilets/showers that had issues with the water running/dripping. Overall I think it was a good place for the price.

Very convenient location

This property is very convenient for getting around Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg without having to get stuck in the main Parkway traffic. We found using the phone GPS for directions to be easier than the directions sent by the management company. It’s about as close to Dollywood as you can get without staying on their property.

Comfortable for a large family

Staying here was a wonderful experience for my family of seven. We had plenty of space and we're very comfortable. My younger kids were able to got to bed early while the older kids went in the hot tub or relaxed watching Netflix . It would be nice if we didn't need to buy or run out of dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent. There was only enough silverware and plates for one meal so we had to do dishes often. Our family is large so the garbage needs to be taken out often. I would also warn guests that it is a bit difficult to find if you are coming after dark. Our phone GPS had us driving to the middle of the soccer field and the area is not well lit. Overall a great stay and we would definitely return!

Family trip to Dollywood

Property was great! Big enough 6 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room! Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Just minutes from the parkway and Dollywood but while on the balcony you felt hours away from anyone! Kitchen was well stocked with things to cook with and the grill on the porch was a great bonus we didn’t know we would have (didn’t use it but it was there) only downfall we had was the hot tub was only half full and no way we found to fill it up.. I’m sure this would have just needed a quick call to property manager if we really wanted to use it.. kids enjoyed it with the jets anyways. Overall we would definitely stay here again if the space was needed!
