We loved our stay at this property. We came to Las Vegas for the F1 race and this place had perfect views! Loved that there was a bar and fridge in the room. The room was clean and comfortable and communication with the host was pleasant and easy. We would definitely rent this space again

Very clean, spacious and the valet was very professional as well as the front desk. The owners are very cool. Everything was no huss no fuss. Will definitely return.

It was very clean, roomy, and a great location!

It was really easy process, the owners answered questions quickly had şo much fun I forgot my speaker or someone took it but overall ok just the housekeeping did not clean at all while we were there.

Very Nice

We have stayed in the Signature Towers several times, we like the location and the rooms. This unit was just what we needed. Close to the strip and easy access to other places in Las Vegas. The bed is very comfortable, lots of extra pillows. Nice large suite room with a Vegas view. Giant bathroom with nice shower and jetted tub. Room was quiet, nice, clean, and check in was a breeze. Highly reccomend.

Vacation was nice even with all the safety rules just didn’t like that house keeping could only send up four cups or only two blankets at a time. Some of the hotel safety rules just make no sense but non the less I enjoyed my vacation

This place is ideal for a Vegas vacation. The property is located minutes walk from all the strip major attractions and has everything you need. The room is large enough to relax and there are sufficient facilities to cook basic meals like breakfast whenever needed. The balcony view of the strip is good and you have full use of the hotel and resort facilities without the resort fees. The staff are very attentive and respond very quickly to any requests. The wifi service is excellent and the blackout curtains make it easy to sleep when you need to. Highly recommend this place and we will be back again in the future.

Nice place, just was not cleaned very well, hair in the tub and and bathroom sinks, dusty around all lamps and desk area. when arrived the TV was not working, but maintenance did take care of it promptly.

I Hate Hate Hate that I didn't know of this place b4 now. I needed to get yur attention because ths is a diamond among the rough. 1st let me start by saying there's no resort Fee, Free Valet tha had our car EVERYTIME in under 10mins. Our check In took under 15mins and tha was becas she explained surroundings foods,the hotel ect. The best thing we LOVED about the rm besides microwave, stove top and fridge, was the fact that there were no more then 10 people checking in or out. So the lobby wasn't crowded like the others. And there's a FUUULLLLL balcony,extra lg bathroom with TV and xtra lg jacuzzi tub. And property is Gated.Im sure im missing something but please dnt miss out on ths place. We will be back.

We loved this property!! The two most important amenities to us were the balcony and the jacuzzi tub. We enjoyed the balcony every morning and night. It was a great way to have a relaxing breakfast before heading out to the strip. We loved looking at the vegas lights at night too! The jacuzzi tub was the perfect way to end every day. With all of the walking you have to do in Vegas, our feet and legs would get so sore. We looked forward to using it every night. Marie was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was quick to answer all of our questions and help us in any way she could. The first day we wanted to use the toaster it didn’t work. We messaged her and explained the situation. She thanked us for letting her know about the toaster and within a hour or less we had a new one! She also kept us up to date on events that were happening in town during our stay in Vegas. Which we were thankful for because it helped us plan out our day. We were able to avoid the huge parade and instead we went to Fremont Street to get away from the crowded streets! Our room was very clean and looked exactly the way it did in the pictures! We will definitely stay here again!

Great- minor issues

Overall, would recommend. Where there was issues , the property Mgr was communicative. Only issue with the room was some minor damage and loose screws. Damage was isolated to the door where the latch and door meet. Looks like someone broke in at some point. For the loose hardware, I wonder if a kid got a hold of a Philips head in that room right before us. There were two screws in 2 different doors which didn't create a functional problem. I mention those because there was one screw in the hot handle of the tub. That screw meant no hot water in the whirlpool until I disconnected the handle and tore my fingers up twisting the valve stem. The manager did let us know we could call maintenance to be fair, but I didn't want to mess with that on my honeymoon given previous (unrelated) experiences. This was the most I've ever spent on a room that wasn't for work, so that was disappointing. Literally when the bride read the write up for the room, that was the biggest point of excitement for her, so it really detracted from the experience. I was somewhat disappointed with the building itself too. The fancy "signature pools" are literally just wading pools. Not what my bride had in mind. Seems to be for either water conservation, or it could be a liability thing since there are bars at all the pools. But the bigger disappointment is that the pools do not have great hours. Worse than a motel 6. There are soooo many pools we had access to, but when we checked in before dinner time they were all closed. We eventually got the explanation from employees that they required lifeguards due especially to the bars on site, and they had trouble staffing the chairs. The hours do change for the weekends, but it was sad to see my new wife's face when we couldn't get in the pools that first night. In fairness to the property owner, she was blown away with the room. She didn't notice the loose screws.

Great location! Has a stovetop for cooking.

Great location, 7 min walk to mgm - had access to all amenities, although a couple pools are 21+ which we didn’t realize (we had a young child with us) - but it was ok! Easy to get lyfts, Uber’s and taxis. Saved a lot of money on food by Instacarting some groceries (there’s a fridge and freezer) and cooking in the room! Would stay again.

Very nice suite

The property was as described and service was great. It is a bit of a walk to the strip, but just meant we got a lot of exercise and walked off the great food we had. I had a few questions for the owner, who responded very quickly.
