Great place. Added a window AC unit to help in summer. (There was a review about no AC which they have resolved) plenty of places to sleep if you have your family. A pull out on the couch plus they have a roll away. And they had coffee for the brewer which was nice!

Literally steps from The Gondola and close to everything. Management had great communication before, during, and after the booking. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this unit and this company.

Everything from the check in process, accommodations, the location, cleanliness, and communication was beyond our expectations!! You won’t regret staying at this place!! Our stay was exceptional and hoping we can choose this rental again for our next ski trip!!

Location, location, location

Although the kitchen may be dated and the cleaners not perfect (full dishwasher), with it's outstanding views and located right next to the gondola, there is no better, more convenient place to stay when in Winter Park.

Everything you need to enjoy the mountain

Very convenient condo with everything needed to have a great skiing vacation. The kitchen is properly stocked and the host left nice touches, such as a a selection of power bars.

The property had everything you could need! The location was perfect within minutes of the slopes (I think it is the closest property to the gondola). The host was super responsive and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. Appreciated the early check-in too!

Great location!

Walking out the door, you can be at the gondola within 3 minutes. The location is great and the little village of Winter Park has just about all you need. The condo was perfect for me and my buddy, and would probably work well for a small family. We had access to all basics amenities, maki g the place very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing, Perfect stay

I recommend this unit to anyone thinking of staying here. The furniture is updated, clean, and the owner, Jeff is amazing! He welcomed us and was so helpful. What a wonderful, stress free stay. Just beautiful-the location is perfect! We did mountain biking all weekend!

Convenient and comfortable

This property was convenient and comfortable for our needs. Jeff was responsive and helped answer questions as we checked in. Closet and storage space was very limited, but the unit did have luggage stands, so we lived out of suitcases. Kitchen was well equipped.

Great Place

This was a great place to stay at Winter Park. You can't beat the location. The gondola 🚠 is right outside of the complex as well as places to eat within a short walk. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The main bed was comfortable and my daughter said the pull out couch was comfortable as well. We didn’t use the kitchen much during our brief stay but it looked like it has almost everything you would need. The basket of various granola bars was a nice touch. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this place again.

Nice but cleanliness needs some work

Overall great place, easy and convenient. However, the extra sheets for sofa bed and twin rollaway were not all clean. One fitted sheet and pillow case were obviously used and dirty. Had to deal with what clean sheets we had to cover beds.

Perfect Ski Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo - the perfect ski vacation location! The view is directly across from the gondola and served as a great people watching spot. We enjoyed the upgraded furnishings and TV’s for some evening movie watching. The kitchen could use some upgrades over the old appliances. The thermostat does not seem to work well. Even though we turned it down at night the condo was hot, which forced us to open a window each night to cool down the bedroom. But overall, this is a great conso with an ideal location.

90's flashback

The property itself was very nice - beautiful scenery, nice shops/restaurants/bars, and convenient location half way between our destinations for site seeing (Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Colorado Springs). The condo itself was very outdated and a bit run down, which generally doesn't matter to us, but it had not been vacuumed or dusted before our stay. I did email Amy who was responsive and had their housekeeper vacuum.

Excellent stay at the Zephyr

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The unit was very comfortable with plenty of living room seating and a comfortable queen bed. Plenty of towels in the bathroom however, there wasn't any shampoo. We took ours out of our luggage since we were flying. The view of the mountains and village was great. This unit doesn't have a balcony. Not a big deal in the winter, but I probably wouldn't rent it in the summer. Excellent communication with the property manager. A full container of coffee, creamer and snacks in the kitchen was appreciated. Overall, a great week!

Comfortable bed & warm weather

When we arrived inside the condo complex, we found the hallways very stuffy (not muck air flow). The condo is very close to the restaurants (very nice), shops (expensive ) and the lift (free after 4pm on weekends). The bed was comfortable, but the temperature was warm inside the condo (no A/C). There was a portable small a/c, but it wasn’t connected to the window (not useful). The surfaces of some of the furniture were dusty. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet during evening sleeping hours with windows opened for some air. There were plenty of extra things like coffee, spices, and snacks. The towels were nice and absorbent. Tried to contact owner to check in a little earlier, but no response. You will have to pay with a credit card to wash and dry clothes.

ZEYPHER LODGE

Very nice. 4th floor with view of the slopes. Unit was well stocked with items like spices, coffee, toiletries. Clearance for the garage under the building is 8'2". The hot tubs on the riverside were not working. One elevator is currently broken.

Perfect Weekend stay

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while attending a wedding in Fraser. This was a perfect location in Winter Park, with so many things to do at our fingertips. The condo was well stocked with everything we could need to cook a meal and totally relax. Super clean and comfy too. There is a nice view of the slopes and town center. Jeff the owner was super quick with responses and answers to our questions. We will definitely use again!

Great location

The location could not have been better for ski trip to winter park. The room itself was small which was expected but the main drawback for us was that the couch was broken, and was a different one than in the listing pics, which made it more uncomfortable for one of us to try to sleep on. It was pretty bare bones and didn’t have any of the little touches I’ve come to expect from vrbo properties like little soaps and shampoos or a couple of complimentary bottles of water but ultimately the location was what mattered most anyway. This property would have been an excellent fit for a couples trip or a single person but as a siblings trip was a bit more uncomfortable than we’d hoped for sleeping arrangements. Still would recommend
