Cette maison privée située dans la subdivision Elk Run (juste au-dessus de Vasquez Road) est parfaite pour vos vacances dans les montagnes Rocheuses. Garez votre voiture dans le garage et prenez la navette pour les pistes.

Le niveau le plus bas de la maison est parfait pour recevoir car il contient une nouvelle télévision à écran plat, une table de billard et une grande section. Une salle de bain complÚte dessert ce niveau et la chambre du niveau inférieur qui contient un lit double sur un lit double. Le bain à remous extérieur est également accessible via ce niveau.

Au niveau principal, vous trouverez la grande cuisine moderne avec salle Ă  manger. La table est assez grande pour accueillir 8 Ă  10 personnes. Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la porte de la salle Ă  manger sur le pont se trouve un gril Ă  gaz naturel en acier inoxydable. Le salon principal est situĂ© Ă  ce niveau, de mĂȘme qu'une demi-baignoire et un canapĂ©-lit. Une autre grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat est fournie. De beaux planchers de bois franc ont Ă©tĂ© installĂ©s partout. Oh, la buanderie est Ă  ce niveau prĂšs de l'entrĂ©e et vous pouvez Ă©galement accĂ©der Ă  Internet ici.

Enfin, le niveau supérieur comprend trois autres chambres, chacune avec lits queen et télévision. La salle de bain principale contient deux lavabos, un bain à remous à jets et une douche. Une autre salle de bain complÚte est située dans le hall pour desservir les deux autres chambres.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home 8/2-8/9. This home is well maintained and the best stocked home of any we have rented. There is everything you could need in a kitchen which is so helpful. We had a minor issue and it was fixed immediately. It was very easy to access the home. I Highly recommend this home you won’t be sorry. The owners were so easy to contact and work with!

Fantastic!

We stayed here with 10 adults for a ski trip and we absolutely loved it! The house had just about everything we needed and had plenty of space for us. The hot tub was great and the views from the house were absolutely gorgeous. It was also very conviently located near Cooper Creek shopping center and a free bus pick up location. We would stay here again!

Right on the bus route!

This place is 50' from the brown bus loops to the resort. Which is super convenient! Made getting to the mountain so much easier! House was as listed. Small things are off, hot tub isn't level so after youre in it for the first time the water is low. Only 1 pools stick usable, Microwave stopped working during our stay. Bedrooms are spacious and kitchen is fully equipped. Overall good stay

Great Place for a Family Ski Trip

It was perfect for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids). The bus came almost right up to the door to pick us up in the morning and dropped us off at night. Highly recommend!

Great location

We rented this home for a long weekend getaway. Great space for our group (5 adults and 5 teens). The views were beautiful. Game room was great for everyone! Would rent this space again for sure!

September in Winter Park!

This home is one of the nicest VRBO homes we have rented. The size of every room was just right, the kitchen was the best stocked home we have ever stayed in, the furnishings, the bedding, the towels, the amenities all exceeded our expectations. And our 4 year old grandson loved the lower level!! The neighborhood was good and within walking distance of multiple hiking trails. And the proximity to town was great. In all, we were very pleased and hope to come back next year!

Superb!

Stunning condo, well equipped with everything you could need. Excellent games room and relaxing hot tub, all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Convenient for “the Lift”, free ski bus. We would definitely love to return!

This was a good house for our 3 generation family vacation.

The checkin process went very smoothly . We especially liked the hot tub, air hockey game and the quiet neighborhood for evening walks with the grandkids as they road their scooters . The kitchen was well stocked and the only thing we missed was a pancake griddle . We loved the close proximity to all the area activities. Would recommend this property.

Perfect place for a ski getaway

This house was perfect for a multi family ski getaway. There was plenty of room for adults and teens. The kitchen was fully stocked to make meals. Soaking in the hot tub was a plus and felt good on sore muscles. The location was perfect. It was close to town and a shuttle stop to the ski resort was right up the street. Highly recommend!

Winter wonderland with amazing views!!!

We had the best Christmas staying here in winterpark! Would definitely recommend 10/10. Great for large groups or families, plenty of room for everyone. Games were fun for the whole family and the hot tub was perfect for after the slopes. Can’t beat the location and the bus stop was right outside. We even saw a moose!! Excellent host, house had everything for cooking and the washer and dryer for mid trip clothes washing.

Great Place

House is well suited for multiple people. The overall layout with 3 floors is well designed and flows nicely for large family. It is fully stocked with all accessories needed. Only had to purchase our food. Fully stocked kitchen was very convenient for meal prep. Location is ideal for quick access to town and ski resort. "Lift" bus stop just steps away. Highly recommend this property.

Great Mountain Home with Scenic Views

Overall I will give this place 5 stars, though it is worth offering a few critiques as well. We comfortably housed 3 adults and 5 kids in the home. The views are amazing, the house sits on the corner of two cross streets in which there is limited traffic. There was plenty of room for kids to play in the snow in the front and side yard as it was huge. The outdoor grill uses natural gas which is awesome so you don’t have to worry about running out of propane! There are plenty of dishes in the home for cooking etc. I would recommend a cast iron skillet though as we didn’t see one. I would also recommend the property purchasing some reusable plastic cups, bowls, plates, for kids. Also, use caution, some of the spices or condiments may be expired so check the date before using them. Sliding glass door downstairs does not lock. The internet worked great. Many of the bedroom TVs are quite small. I’d recommend thr property upgrading the TVs to a larger sizes in the bedrooms as well as ensuring they are all smart TVs so you can access Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc. Also, add a TV to downstairs bedroom. The garage was huge. We parked a Ford Expedition EL (the big one) as well as a Dodge Crossover side by side in the garage with even enough room to get out of the cars. We had one issue with the fireplace in the main living area. We couldn’t get it to come on. I did text the property manager and did not get a response. We looked into the matter further and determined the pilot light wasn’t on so we just re-lit it and everything worked fine. It also snowed about 10-12” during the middle of our stay. I contacted the property manager in the am to see if they had a point of contact to either clear the driveway or I’d they knew someone I could pay. The property manager responded very quick and said they would get someone over there to clear the driveway. We got back from skiing around 2.30pm and the driveway had not been cleared. My wife and I shoveled the 30 foot driveway that was about 10” dee by ourselves so we could get out of the property and check out on time. I would rather not have shoveled but we needed to get out. I understand there are probably many properties affected by this as well though. The property could use better shovels. The one snow shovel they have is halfway broke and the head of it spins around which was frustrating when we had to shovel the whole driveway. Overall an amazing stay and we would definitely come back!

Wonderful Family Stay

Beautifully built home with all amenities..cooking, furnishings, entertainment. Our family was extra comfortable...and snowing everyday was a Bonus for Hawaii kids.

Key to a successful ski trip

This Vrbo was everything we hoped for and more. The interior of the house way very impressive and 3 stories was perfect for our party of 12 when it came to sleeping arrangements and just hanging out. The wraparound porches on the exterior of the building provide a fantastic view of the surrounding area and the whole place has a nice secluded feel to it. All for an affordable price that is tough to find in the area around WP. Did I mention it’s only 10 minutes from the ski resort? Would absolutely stay here again!

Another Great Vacation

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is very roomy. Plenty of space for our group. The house was very clean . There was plenty of supply’s such as trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. We had a lot of snow during our stay and I was worried we would have to shovel the drive way. Well to my surprise the property has a plowing service. We woke up the next morning and the driveway was clear! That’s a big plus. Being from south Louisiana and not having snowy weather I get up in the morning open everything up and it stays like that all day. Well I didn’t realize or think about the cold weather so the first few days I left the garage door open since we were in and out. So a little tip if it’s in the middle of winter keep garage closed lol. We enjoyed the pool table games and hot tub. There are games at the house so we enjoyed playing them at night. It also has a nice BBQ pit that we used a few times. The bus stop is a very short walk from the property so for us skiers it was very convenient. The property had some updates since our last stay and they did a nice job. We will be booking again in the future. If you like a house experience with a yard to play in the snow and sled down the hill you will enjoy this home. We have stayed in the village before and it is convenient but prefer the home setting better. Thanks for another great vacay experience!
