Votre paiement constitue votre acceptation de notre contrat de location, vous n’avez donc pas besoin de le signer et de nous le retourner. Les tarifs sont basés sur une occupation double et n'incluent pas les taxes, les frais de traitement ni les frais d'assurance.

LES ADULTES SUPPLÉMENTAIRES SONT 25 $ PAR NUIT PAR ADULTE (pas les enfants dont le devis instantané sera inclus dans le prix). Nous offrons des réductions de 5 et 7 nuits.

Magical from the moment we pulled up to the Hobbit House! Nothing was overlooked! Every nook held a hidden treasure. The house was clean with lovely, unique decorations. We had such a great time. It was such a cute little place and pictures on VRBO didn’t even do close to justice. It was so perfect for just the two of us and it was so cozy. We did have a little bit of issues with the water, but it was just due to a breaker flipping which maintenance did come in less than 10 minutes after messaging someone about it. We will definitely be back the details of this place are just impeccable and if you know anything about the Lord of the rings or The Hobbit, everything is spot on.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at the hobbit house. The house is absolutely perfect and has everything you need! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen( haven’t used the outdoor grill yet) and relaxing on the couch watching movies. I enjoyed seeing the deer around the property and would drink my coffee watching the rabbits every morning. This trip came at a time where I needed to relax and this was the perfect place to stay. Nice getaway

Amazingly close but so far away

I loved everything about this stay. The charm of a "Hobbit House" only 2 hours from my home was exceptional. The owners thought of all the details. The house was filled with magic and wizardry everywhere even cute miniature LOTR/Hobbit characters hidden in the walls. Then, the screened in porch and patio were perfect for morning coffee and 1st breakfast. So close to hiking, caverns and wineries, but yet you feel away from all the hustle that life fills you with. This home is a real gem and will be one of our faves forever.

This was our second stay at the Hobbit House. We enjoyed the cozy getaway with convenient access to Shenandoah National Park. Exploring during the day and coming back to a relaxing hot tub and fire was great. The hosts have provided many thoughtful touches. magical little spot in the woods

the hobbit house exceeded all expectations. this trip was a birthday surprise for my husband who loves anything hobbit or lord of the rings-related, and he was over the moon at all the little details that made this place on theme. we are already talking about coming back again! it was easy to cook, but the local food was excellent too.

This home showcases the fun and creativity of the designers Steven and Nancy Jo Shelton. The upstairs Bedroom has a King Bed and ensuite with a tile shower. Downstairs has a half bath and the day bed pulls out to sleep an additional 2 guests.

Small in size but not lacking luxury! The back screened in porch has a hot tub and seating area as well as a extended outdoor area with a gas grill and fire pit area. Wireless Internet is provided so you can stream om any platform you like from your accounts.
