Our Stay at the Ting

The Guest house is well appointed and the property is magical. Our family of four adult's had a wonderful experience. The rooms had portable AC units so we all slept comfortably. One of the days we had additional family and friends on site for an event. The Owners on site were a delight and actually made the experience better. If your looking for a place that has the best of Montana Views and beauty in a convenient and well appointed property this is the place for you.

Nick and Christine are amazing hosts! The home is stunning and the property and view absolutely incredible... truly picture perfect. A stay at this location is unforgettable for so many reasons. Highly recommended-try it for yourself!

Amazing property and hosts

My family stayed at Ting for a week in July. It could not have been a more beautiful property and location! Nick and Christine were incredibly nice and provided 5-star service and accommodations. We wish we had more time to get to know them more as they have such interesting backgrounds and experiences. The guest house had everything we needed and more. And there was so much to do right on property, with the lake only a few minutes away for paddle boarding and kayaking. We look forward to our next stay at Ting.

Montana getaway

We loved everything! The view is spectacular, the pictures don’t do it justice! Our hosts, Nick and Christine were amazing, we felt like family there. We had surprise 50th birthday party for my husband while we were there. Nick and Christine helped me organize the whole thing. They put me in touch with a chef and he prepared everything in their house. Christine set up the beautiful table near the pool and Nick, Christine and Chef David served us! It was unforgettable. There are so many things to see and do right on the property, you don’t even need to leave! We would love to come back.

The property AND the owners are wonderful.

The Ting exceeded our expectations. Nick and Christine welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the expansive property, pool, bocce ball, horseshoe and putting green areas, tiki bar, covered gas fire pit, sandy ‘beach’, sauna...the list goes on. Our only regret was that we didn’t seem to have time to take advantage of all the amenities and all the activities Nick and Christine offered to arrange for us. The guesthouse is beautifully constructed and furnished and was impeccably clean. We especially enjoyed an evening spent chatting with our hosts around the fire pit. The Ting and our wonderful hosts far exceeded our expectations and are forever the centerpieces and fond memories of this trip to MT. The Ting could easily become a repeat destination for us ❤️

We arrived at Heaven!

Words and pictures cannot describe the Ting. It is absolutely breathtaking. The guesthouse, pool, hot tub, putting green, yard, beach area, fire pit, and on. So beautiful and so clean. Every little detail put into decorating this beautiful place. Heart and soul. I am a COVID nurse and have had the most stressful months of my life. The Ting was exactly what I needed. Hosts Nick and Christine go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We enjoyed songs and jokes around the firepit with them both and had a blast. Some of the nicest most caring people I have ever met. Thank you Nick and Christine for the absolute perfect getaway! We will be in touch!

Montana TING - A little slice of heaven!

We can't say enough good things about Montana TING and the owners, Nick and Christine. Our group included my wife and I, our daughter, her husband and their two boys (ages 7 and 2). While the property speaks for itself...location, fabulous views, lots of space, first class features, pool, hot tub and so on (we were wanting for nothing as far as accommodations); Nick and Christine were the consummate hosts. They made sure all of our questions were answered and pre-planning taken care of well before arrival. While there, they checked on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed and treated us like a part of their family. To say everything was perfect, would be an understatement. You can not go wrong with this property and I assure you that you will not find two more accommodating hosts than Nick and Christine. We are all looking forward to our next visit to Montana TING.

Amazing Stay!

My family and I couldn’t be happier with this vacation. The property has all the private amenities you could want. Pool, spa, fire pit, putting green, to name a few. And The hospitality of the hosts was absolutely top notch. The house was exquisite with fantastic views of the lake/river, mountains, and Helena. I can’t say enough about our stay at the TING Resort! Simply the best.

Warm Hospitality and Serene Setting

Nick and Christine were wonderful hosts and their property is beautiful and well-maintained! We visited during an extreme heat wave and they worked hard to keep us comfortable- even running to the store to get us additional fans. They were so responsive and helpful- their recommendations led to some of the highlights of our trip! Ting was a great jumping off place for Hauser Lake, Helena, and the Gates of the Mountains. And when we didn’t feel like leaving, the pool and view couldn’t be beat. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

By far the best vacation rental we’ve ever atayed at

Words cannot express how amazing this place was! It felt like home and and out of this world experience at the same time! Nick and Christine are now family! Coming here during a time when people can’t even smile at each other through their masks(covid-19 2020) the real hugs and connection were just what our family needed while enjoying a peaceful trip away. We are from Montana and still were is awe of the beauty in the this area. The home was so special with wonderful details and luxury touches. It had everything we needed and we felt like royalty. The grounds are out if this world, truly a place where heaven and earth meet. The kids would have never gotten out of the pool if we hadn't made them and adults loved it too at 90 degrees!. We had a blast playing foosball and loved learning boccie ball, but drinks with the hosts was the highlight of the trip. We didn’t know what to expect with hosts on site as this was out first vacation rental with this set up but it was great! We felt we had the run of the grounds and they made themselves scarce most of the time but it was so wonderful to be able to ask questions and they popped up when needed to make sure we felt 100% at home and relaxed with extra blankets, fun stories and lit tiki torches. We will be back!!

Our stay at the Ting was 5 stars! Nick and Christine are the nicest people, and they do everything to make your stay wonderful. The house and property is amazing, and we loved waking up to that view every morning!

WOW!!!

Christine and Nick, our vacation at TING was amazing and your place is sensational! We were looking for a place to spend time together before our oldest leaves for college. Heaven on earth.

Nick and Christine made us feel like family coming home when we first arrived. They are the most amazing and lovely hosts. Their home is truly heaven on earth. For 3 friends wanting to get away and celebrate friendship, relax and enjoy life we could not have asked for a better retreat. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer. We hope to come back every year, for a longer stay. You have every creature comfort and will not be disappointed in any way. We love the Ting.
