Nous nous sommes efforcés d’apporter à la fois confort et style à cette maison et d’essayer de penser au moindre détail pour que les clients se sentent à l’aise tout en conservant élégance et fonctionnalité. offre une chambre principale principale avec une suite privée et un accès à la terrasse arrière ombragée et au patio. Le niveau principal comprend également la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon, la buanderie et la moitié de bain. À l’étage se trouvent 2 chambres spacieuses avec lit queen-size et salle de bain commune. Situé à 3 minutes du cinéma, des restaurants, de la comédie locale Looney Bin et à seulement 5 à 7 minutes des hôpitaux AR Heart et Baptist, près de l’autoroute I-430 et facilement accessible presque partout dans la région rocheuse de 10 à 15 minutes

My niece and I enjoyed our stay in this home after recuperating from a minor surgery. It was clean, well maintained and equipped. We loved the Keurig. I can’t think of anything it lacked for a rental. The neighborhood felt safe and was near restaurants, grocery and my doctor’s office. Would stay there again.

Just lovely!

The house is beautiful and about every need we had was thought of in advance. We were provided a variety of coffee and tea. The location was convenient and felt like a safe neighborhood. There is only room for 2 cars but that was the ONLY drawback to this home. Thank you for having us. We loved our stay!!

Wonderful House!

This beautiful house was in a very convenient location as was we were all over the Little Rock area visiting family. It was well equipped for meals and comfortable for visiting. The only drawback was the cable not having the sport stations for BB & football.

We can’t say enough good things about our family visit. This is a top tier host and home. Every detail is well thought out and executed. The interior decor is impeccable. The little touches such as the cozy blankets, full coffee bar, bath accessories, restaurant suggestions, etc. take this over the top. This is a highly recommended 5-star home and host. Beautiful Home

This house is beautifully decorated in every room. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The layout of the house is well designed. The location is quiet, yet close to stores and restaurants. This is at least the third time we have rented this property and plan to in the future.

Great Little Rock Location

Used this comfortable, clean, well kept home for a nice central location for visiting family in Little Rock, Conway, Hot Springs and Monticello. Very good location with convenience to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. Home has everything you need. We were appreciative of the care the owner takes in screening clients to ensure only mature stays. The owner is VERY responsive to questions and communications which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely book again for our next Arkansas visit.

This property is great. They have all of the things. We didn't love that there was some technical difficulty with the front door lock not working so we could only enter the home from the back door which goes into a bedroom or the garage. And then my fault completely, but I didn't realise how close you are to interstate so it was very loud. Otherwise it was very clean and I wish more properties on VRBO were like this one.

This home was absolutely fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. The furniture and decor, including the floors were superb. The appliances were top-notch and modern. The host was very attentive and responded to all inquiries immediately.

Wife (Jory) is from Little Rock and travels back often so we like having a place to call home while we are there. Love this quiet private little area of this neighborhood and the central location.

This home has lots of vintage charm and well built. Nice cozy shaded yard with back deck area accessible from master bedroom. We have completely remodeled this home with a fresher more up to date style while still incorporating some vintage touches to maintain that southern charm. Sits backed up to green space in a quiet private neighborhood with close knit neighbors.
