Amazing view, unbeatable location, and a spotless condo! The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the pull-out couch was great for my son. Having the laundry room just steps away was a huge plus. The property is walkable to everything yet tucked back enough to stay quiet and peaceful. Having the Lobster Shack right outside was an incredible bonus, and the owner was fantastic with communication. We can’t wait to book again!

Carolyn's rental was perfect for my weekend trip to Newport! Location is 10/10 right on the harbor and next to the Newport Lobster Shack; walking distance from Thame's Street and Bowen's Warf. The entire facility was great, updated pool and fire pit area. Check-in/out, usability was very easy. I would definitely come back and stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newport. It couldn't have been in a better location -in the heart of Downtown Newport. The sunsets from our room and the rooftop were amazing. Definitely plan to be back.

The harbor view is beautiful.

The photos of the view don’t do it justice. Very clean comfortable room with the all the amenities you need for an extended weekend stay. Within walking distance of the bar or shops and restaurants.
