Great location for the tennis Hall of fame celebration great location to downtown Newport no need for a car walk to restaurants shopping and even the cliff walkVery clean very centrally located very easy for access. Just a wonderful wonderful weekend.

Carolyn is a great host, very effective timely communications. The check in process should reconsider the time share pitch (wasn’t long but just eliminate it pls). Great value / , clean room, great views of the harbor, everything worked well. Property is secure, keycard for main door entry.

Amazing view, unbeatable location, and a spotless condo! The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the pull-out couch was great for my son. Having the laundry room just steps away was a huge plus. The property is walkable to everything yet tucked back enough to stay quiet and peaceful. Having the Lobster Shack right outside was an incredible bonus, and the owner was fantastic with communication. We can’t wait to book again!

Great Location

Great Location - can easily walk to downtown Newport. Amenities, including indoor/outdoor pool, are great for adults and kids. View of Newport Harbor from room was is excellent!

Carolyn's rental was perfect for my weekend trip to Newport! Location is 10/10 right on the harbor and next to the Newport Lobster Shack; walking distance from Thame's Street and Bowen's Warf. The entire facility was great, updated pool and fire pit area. Check-in/out, usability was very easy. I would definitely come back and stay again!

Excellent property and location

Carolyn was a wonderful host. This is a great location in Newport — right by the ferry terminal and a 5 minute walk to downtown. Great pool too. Would love to come back!

Great combination of privacy and hotel amenities

Very nice combination of a stand alone condo with access to an array of hotel amenities across the street. Walking distance to everything along the Newport waterfront.

Great Location, Wonderful time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newport. It couldn't have been in a better location -in the heart of Downtown Newport. The sunsets from our room and the rooftop were amazing. Definitely plan to be back.

The harbor view is beautiful.

The photos of the view don’t do it justice. Very clean comfortable room with the all the amenities you need for an extended weekend stay. Within walking distance of the bar or shops and restaurants.
