Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Cette location de vacances en eau libre est située sur le front de mer de LBJ et sous de beaux pacanes sur le populaire bras Colorado. La maison aux pacanes sur le lac LBJ offre un accès facile à l'eau et est l'endroit idéal pour nager, faire du kayak, pêcher et simplement se détendre. Idéalement situé entre Burnet et Kingsland pour faire du shopping, manger, vignobles, bateau et fournitures de pêche, Longhorn Caverns, terrains de golf, location de bateaux et les Highland Lakes. Boat Town et Wake Point situés à proximité pour les repas, la musique live, le gaz et les fournitures de bateau.
La location de Pecan House est géniale pour le jet ski, le ski nautique, les tubes et le wakeboard en toute sécurité. La lumière de pêche (lumière d'appât) permet une excellente pêche de nuit. L'emplacement unique à l'extrémité du bras Colorado offre une eau douce et très peu de trafic de bateaux, ce qui est idéal pour les familles. Venez profiter de la maison aux pacanes et du calme et de la sérénité que cette propriété a à offrir.
Totalement rénové et mis à jour en 2018. La maison est prête à partir avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine, draps, serviettes, savon et bien plus encore. Entrez et détendez-vous, tout est pris en charge.
The Pecan House propose 4 zones extérieures.
Zone 1- Un grand porche couvert avec un grand coin repas et salon pour 10 personnes, des lumières de fête, des planches cornhole, un deuxième réfrigérateur et une télévision montée. Profitez d'un barbecue sur notre nouveau gril à gaz.
Zone 2- Un patio en grès avec 4 chaises longues, 4 chaises de patio et parasols avec vue sur le lac
Zone 3 - Un quai couvert avec 2 cales, une balançoire, 2 bascules de planeur, un hamac et une télévision montée pour écouter de la musique ou regarder le match!
Zone 4- Une zone de foyer avec 5 chaises Adirondack. (bois de chauffage fourni)
Pour plus de plaisir sur le lac, nous proposons 1 kayak pour une personne, 1 kayak à deux places et un jon boat avec des gilets de sauvetage. Je viens d'ajouter deux nouvelles planches à pagaie.
La maison de noix de pécan offre également un grand parking sur une route en béton pour nos clients.

Great Location

Beautiful clean property. Great location in the lake, not much boat traffic, very peaceful! We loved paddle boarding to “turtle cove” and playing on the rocks.

Perfect Vacation Spot for our Family!

We absolutely loved the Pecan House! There was something for everyone in our group, with kids ranging in age from 5-16! The house was immaculately clean and amenities were above and beyond! We can't wait to go back!

This is the second time we stayed at the pecan house. Amazing place to stay. We park our boat at the boat dock, we bbq great food and enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. The house is amazing clean and really comfy beds!

Three times and still a charm

This is the third time my family and I have stayed at this property and it’s as wonderful as always! The property is so quiet and peaceful, relaxing and clean. We hope to continue to get to stay here whenever we need a break from city life.

Loved the property, very peaceful. The only thing is it would have been nice to know the washing machine was out order before we got there, had a little laundry to do from the 3 days at our location previous to coming there

Return visit even better

Because we had such a wonderful time on our first visit, we returned to find we enjoyed this property even more. The back porch and dock area are wonderful places to relax. Caught quite a few fish (sunfish, white bass, and drum). Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Communication with the owner was very quick and was always very helpful. Location is great in that it is on the upper portion of lake LBJ, which is much more quiet than properties closer to Kingsland. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful serene location

This was our second stay at this property and it’s in the most beautiful location, you walk out the back door & you’re on the water, very clean area! We love paddle boarding & canoeing (provided), fishing and chilling in the hammocks. The house has many beds-comfy too-which is a definite plus! It’s a quiet neighborhood full of deer. We enjoyed a local winery right down the street. The owner was easy to communicate with & we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful property

The outdoor set-up is so nice and there are a lot of different seating areas to choose from. The water was so nice and clear, we could see to the bottom of the lake in a lot of the areas around the property. Very calm and serene. We really enjoyed it.

Great lake house

We had a great time at this property. The communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. Everything you need is there...kayaks, paddleboards, etc. The dock area is wonderful with gliders, swings, chairs, and tables. Fishing was good if you like bluegill. House was clean and all the appliances worked great. Back porch was great as well. Previous review mentioned grill not working but it has been fixed and worked great. Can't wait to return to this property!

Perfect for a short spring break trip

We loved all the seating down by the water, the fishing, kayaks and paddle boards. Great place to get away for a few days. Was plenty big enough for a family of 5 with three teens. Great location too. We went to nearby Longhorn Caverns and the Inks Dam National Fish Hatchery, both less than a 10 minute drive. The cave tour was great and we enjoyed the short hikes at the fish hatchery—especially the views from the Overlook Trail.

21st Birthday

We had a family weekend celebrating one turning 21. The house was amazing! Very clean, they had everything you could possibly need there. Will definitely stay again! Check in and check was very easy and the owners and/or property manager was very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful house

We had a great stay , the house was way more pretty in person, the property is beautiful and sitting out on the patio in the morning was amazing while drinking our coffee. We have a few things , we were excited about using the jon boat for fishing but there is no motor , it came with Oars .I think in the description is should say row boat . The oven does not work, we tried to bake potatoes on 400 and after an hr they were only warm . The propane grill only had to grills that worked . So we could only use 1/2 of the grill. That all can be fixed and maybe the owner hasn’t been informed. Other than that the house was very clean, comfortable beds in both rooms . The bath tub was amazing and big enough for two people . We used the kayaks , paddle boards and Maui pad . We fished at night , this house was awesome and we will be back .

Great house

The Pecan House is awesome. The grounds were beautiful and just what we were looking for. The only down side was the debris in the water when boats stirred the water up. It made swimming and floating off the dock a little harder. Overall though this is a beautiful location and well maintained property. The patio alone was worth it. We recommend!

Thanks for your review. Sorry about the debris in the water. Every now an then the water is like that but most of the time when they are letting water out of the damn the water is flowing and no debris.
