House fit our group perfectly. And we loved the seclusion of the property. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Toy room was an awesome bonus for our 3 year old.

Wonderful home in a beautiful setting. Our entire party of 10 adultsfit easily in this spacious home. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent views with an easy drive to Leadville and surrounding areas. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would love the opportunity to stay here when we visit Leadville again.

This place was amazing!! The property with the river below is what drew me to in. We enjoyed all the hiking right out the front door. Perfect kitchen and the beds were super comfy. Plenty of room for two families. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Majestic mountain stay indeed! This was a perfect location for a larger group. About a 5 min drive into Leadville, it was both convenient to town and very quiet and isolated. The property is stunning and the balcony was the perfect place to watch the world wake up and the sun set. It’s a great layout for a larger group. Huge kitchen, we were about to sit 10 at the table & it felt like the perfect size for everyone to have their own space and also promoted community. We didn’t make it to the hot tub because the wildfire smoke blew in but it had quite the view. We’d definitely come back!

We stayed at this property with family for our daughter's wedding. The views were lovely and the layout of the house worked perfectly for our needs. We saw beautiful wildlife from the house including colorful little birds feeding off the feeder from the deck, Hawks flying overhead, adorable chipmunks, and a deer with her 2 babies.

Even better than the pics!

This property is stunning. The house is beautiful and secluded yet close to town and Ski Cooper. We had everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen and everything was clean when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome weekend trip.

House was in a great location, spacious rooms, and the views were incredible. Only complaint is some of the details in the listing are left out only until after you have booked/paid which led to some additional surprise fees. Overall a pretty decent stay for the price!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. When booking, you are asked to check a box if you are bringing a pet. You are also provided a rental agreement before you finalize the booking, which specifies that there is a $100 pet fee. I am sorry that you misunderstood the pet fee, but we must collect this fee for our owners to cover additional wear and tear and cleaning of the home over time due to pets!

Nine guests age 0 to 80 enjoyed our recent stay. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures online showed.

Lots of beds, beautiful views

We had plenty of room for our 10-person group, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, Mountain Views, and quiet property. The place could benefit from some upgrades, including new towels and pillows, but we had what we needed. If you’re looking for a lot of beds and private views of the mountains, this rental has exactly what you need!
