Another great visit

Our third time staying here, so you might guess that we like it. In fact, we arranged our trip around when this place was available. The suite is comfortably appointed and the location is great — steps from the top of a ski run and just a few minutes walk into the village. But it’s also very private and secluded. Hosts are great too.

Perfect Location!

Haven on the hill

Lovely suite, ideal location

This is the second time we have stayed at this suite, and it’s great. Really nicely decorated and equipped, and close to the ski slopes. It’s just a short walk to the village. We love SilverStar and this place.

XC Ski Holiday

We had a lovely time. The apartment is quiet, clean and cozy. It is very easy to walk or ski to the village as the home backs onto a multi lane path.

Clean, cozy, and perfect ski-in ski-out location

A perfect getaway location for two, with excellent ski-in/out access to both cross-country and downhill skiing, and a pleasant/easy walk to the village for shopping/dinner. Very nicely appointed apartment with well equipped kitchen, luxurious linens, hot tub, fireplace, etc. Very responsive and pleasant owners. Highly recommend.

You will not be disappointed

The suite is really nice and has everything you need. Everything was really clean upon our arrival. From the handwritten welcome note and bag of chocolates, to the comfortable furniture, we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The only thing I would mention, if you get there late at night, there is a light switch just as you go around the corner on the side of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming, cozy, welcoming & conveniently located.

We booked 2 nights at this property as a mid-winter stay-cation. We were met by Lisa, the gracious host and owner, shortly after our arrival. This property was cozy, very nicely decorated and perfect for our family of 4. (Our children are 6 & 10, therefore both fit comfortably on the hide-away couch). It was a very good value and very close to the Silverwoods Quad chair. There were so many little thoughtful touches included in the suite that didn't go unnoticed. We will definitely be back!

The Heavenly Suite

Absolutely fabulous 11 day stay. The pictures do not do the suite justice. It was spotless, bed comfortable and bed linens very nice. And it even has a heated bathroom floor. My idea of heaven. Lots of closet space with gobs of hangers. Kitchen well supplied. I needed a bigger bowl, texted Lisa and had 2 bowls shortly. Both Lisa and Martin were helpful and communication was very easy and prompt. I used the hot tub almost every day and appreciated the Polo bathrobe and crocs supplied to make tubbing comfortable. All I can say is thank you to Lisa and Martin for a job well done. A 5 star stay.

Perfect Accommodation - Best Location

This is a super practical and comfortable place to stay. The hot tub is super nice to relax in to recover from a day skiing. Cooking facilities are awesome, the oven is huge and heats up fast and a very large microwave. Has everything you need to cook meals. We used the lounge as a 2nd bedroom with the fold out couch which was very comfortable. A gas fire in he lounge keeps the rooms cozy in colder temperatured (we were there for 7 nights with temperatures slowly warming up each day from -15 the day we arrived to zero when we left. We brought in 7 days of food and the fridge freezer was plenty big enough for that much food. The owners live upstairs and were super friendly and helpful. Guests can use the laundry which has huge capacity washing and dryers and you can ask for as many towels as you need. The location of the property is super handy to everything. There is a very cute set of stairs and pathway to one of the main ski-ways and the top of 2 of the chairlifts. We used the track to head-out and return to ski & walk to the main village. The track is lit up at night with Fairy Lights. We came back to the house at lunchtimes to eat, rest & warm-up. The street is also very quiet at night and there is a FREE village shuttle bus that drives past the house every 30 minutes and drops you wherever you need to go. It's a very short stroll down the road to the tube park and ice skating pond. Awesome place to stay !
