Détendez-vous et profitez des vues spectaculaires et des magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le pont de cette retraite spacieuse au bord du lac Big Bear. Avec quatre chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains et demie et plus de 3000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se perdre.

Lakefront Manor est situé dans le quartier très prisé de Eagle Point, à quelques minutes en voiture du village et des pistes! Tout ce que vous voudrez faire à Big Bear est à moins de cinq minutes en voiture.   Profitez de la vie au bord du lac à son meilleur. La cour plate est soignée avec une zone clôturée pour les petits enfants et les animaux domestiques et offre des vues spectaculaires et près de 15 000 pieds carrés d’espace de jeux en plein air.

Cette maison à plusieurs niveaux offre une vue de presque toutes les chambres à la décoration unique, ainsi que de trois terrasses spacieuses donnant sur le lac.

Les plafonds voûtés et le plan d'étage ouvert avec une grande salle permettent à vous et à votre famille / amis de profiter de la convivialité dans une seule pièce.  Amusez-vous à jouer au poker, à la roulette ou au craps au bar et à la table interchangeables. Des échecs et des jeux de société sont disponibles ou simplement vous asseoir et vous détendre pendant que vous regardez la télévision à écran plat avec câble et lecteur DVD. Une cheminée à bois vous gardera bien au chaud après une journée de divertissement en montagne.

La cuisine comprend des plans de travail en granit, un garde-manger, un sol en ardoise, des appareils électroménagers JennAir en acier inoxydable et des finitions de qualité supérieure. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de comptoir avec une cuisinière à gaz face aux vues et au salon.

La grande salle de jeux comprend une table de billard et de baby-foot, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. Ou asseyez-vous et détendez-vous dans le bain à remous situé juste à l'extérieur avec une vue imprenable.

La chambre principale a sa propre cheminée à gaz, salle de bain privée et télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD.  Trois autres chambres assurent de nombreuses chambres à coucher ainsi que des logements supplémentaires sur les canapés du salon ou de la salle de jeux.

Remarque: le matériel de jeu pour enfants appartient au voisin.  Pas pour les locataires.  Aucun quai disponible.

Our family enjoyed our stay here at Lakefront Major. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood with lots of animals around like birds, squirrels, and eagles. The lake view was our favorite as you can see the lake from almost all the rooms. Everything was nice and clean. Love the easy check in and the fast communication. The jacuzzi was nice especially with the view. Really recommend this place.

What an amazing property! My husband and I have 3 teenagers and they brought 2 friends so we were 7 total and we were very comfortable. There was definitely a wow factor, it's big and beautiful and right on the lake! There's plenty to do, the poker table, pool table and foosball kept them occupied for hours. The hot tub was nice and hot, and big enough for all of them to sit together and play Imposter and laugh hysterically. Unfortunately only one of the jets worked, and the lights don't work, it's kind of an older hot tub and could use some repair. But it stayed hot so that's good. The kitchen was very useful, we hit the grocery store the first day for cereal, milk, donuts, frozen pizzas, and burger stuff, but unfortunately the grill did not work, it turns on but never gets hot, so we had to finish the burgers on the stove. Everyone said their beds were comfortable, and the showers were great. Some of the TVs didn't work but the main one did, and lots of previous guests had left their streaming services logged in so we had a wide range of things to watch without commercials. We even caught the end of the championship college basketball game. The heater worked but didn't really get the lower floor warm so the teen girl was perpetually cold and walked around with a blanket, this is in April. Also all the snow related activities in town had closed the last week of March, so we could not ski or go sledding, but we went to the roller coaster and the zoo and the village shops.

Amazing house with an amazing view. Close to the center where shops and restaurants are. You can do some of tour own snow activities at the yard right in front of the lake! Highly recommend for a big family getaway :)

Beautiful house, great location

We enjoyed our stay at this large house with multiple outdoor spaces. It was the perfect location for viewing 4th of July fireworks.

Great Place

The house lived up to its billing on VRBO. Great location and view of lake (even when lake level is low). Plenty of room inside. Management company made check-in/out easy. Will definitely keep this on our list for a repeat visit. Thanks for having us!

Amazing time in amazing home

Amazing place. Stayed with 3 families; 6 adults, 9 kids. The place was at a great location, had amenities that made the place even more fun. They had a nice little casino-type table and pool table and foose ball table. It was very spacious for all of us, it neve felt like it was too small. Everything worked well for the most part. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Great Place!

We stayed in this home with my dad who came to visit us, my husband and kids and another family. This place is big, with 4 bedrooms and 3 king size beds. The view from the main floor is amazing and most importantly the location is PERFECT, with snow in the backyard and view of the lake for the kiddos to play and enjoy. We are definitely coming back!

Wow!

We had grandparents, parents and kiddos, plenty of room in a homey and well appointed lake home. Kitchen had all we desired to cook and not waste any time away from the beautiful views from every room and the decks. So much fun was had in the jacuzzi, game room and lake fishing right from the back of the property. Lovely in everyway and we’d highly recommend!

Great views

Great place to stay, with plenty of room for everyone. Communication was easy with property management. Only thing is that it's quite warm on the top floor and there is no AC. Just something to keep in mind when staying there during the summer. But nothing can beat the views. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Unfortunately, only 10% of homes in Big Bear have AC. This home just so happens to be one of the homes that do not have it. We do list this in the description of the home. What we do recommend, due to the majority of the homes not having AC, is opening the windows at night, as well as turning on the ceiling fans, and some of the box fans in homes. Water leak

The property and location were amazing. We experienced a water leak that flooded part of the upstairs rooms. Had to call multiple times to get a plumber to come out. Took almost 8 hrs for the plumber to come fix the leak, the rest of the flooding was never cleaned up or addressed. The management company seemed uninterested in what was going on and never reached out to. In the future I will trt to avoid properties ran by destination big bear when possible.

What a beautiful view! There were two large Windows in front of the dining table and we felt like we were enjoying the food in the painting. Everything is good! The only thing I think needs improvement is the window in the master bathroom, which is not covered by anything at the top, and the second floor of the house next door can be seen through there. I had to block it myself with something.

Nice House

The house was nice, and the location was great. We loved being waterfront, we just wish the water access was better. There was so much grass type stuff growing up in the water we ended up with issues to our boat. As far as the house, it was comfortable and nice and great for our family. The small issues we had the management team took care of them pretty quickly. If the bedrooms were painted neutral colors and the carpet changed out it would really improve the look of the home. A vacuum in the closet for guests to use would be great. That dark green carpet shows everything. Overall we had a great time!

18 th Birthday get away

We celebrated our son's 18th birthday with 6 of his friends, and 4 other parents. The house was the perfect size for all of us, especially the teenagers! The location has a fantastic view of the lake and wildlife. Its close to the village, but far enough to where we felt we were away from the hustle. We asked for a later check out and were accomodated. Everyone was grateful for the extra time, and every single person said they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I would gladly give 5 stars, but I'm waiting to hear back from VRBO/ Destination Big Bear regarding a birthday present that was accidentally left behind. I contacted the reps at Destination BB as soon as we got down the mountain. They replied immediately to inform me the cleaning crew would drop off the gift to their main office, and would notify me asap. I am currently waiting on DBB to let me know that they have the gift in their possession. Overall, our experience with VRBO/ DBB was wonderful and I recommend this home for your next adventure in Big Bear!

Great vacation spot

I highly recommend Lakefront Manor for families. The house is roomy to accomodate a big crowd (we had thirteen and had tons of space!). The home is clean and well maintained. Having access to the lake and your own boat dock was great for the kids. They rafted and paddleboarded right from the dock. The lake was pretty shallow there so we were glad we didn't take our boat, as we would not have been able to dock there. The location is great for the activities we were doing. We were within 5-10 minutes of ziplining, the marina, parasailing, horseback riding, the Village (for shopping), Von's grocery store, and a convenience store. I think the other end of the lake is prettier with the big boulders, depending on what you want to do while there, but this was perfect for us. The house is actually nicer than it is represented. Just a little housekeeping, the hanging curtain door in the master bedroom is annoying as it falls down every time you go through, the hot tub had a bit of a ring, and the deck area probably should have been cleared of some spider webs, but other than that, no complaints of the property and location. Destination Big Bear was also very accomodating when we went to cook dinner on the BBG, the tank was empty and they brought one over within about 15 minutes. Our family loved the vacation and the house. Thank you for providing us with a great place to stay!!

Weekend Getaway to Big Bear

We recently rented a place at big bear. When we arrived the place was nice and clean and had some nice amenities. The first night we just had 5 adults staying at the house. It was very nice. On the second day the rest of our group arrived with 4 more adults and 4 kids. When they say the place sleeps 16 it means a lot of the people are sleeping in the same bed rooms. Because this was a weekend with kids involved it wasn't all that bad. But if you are all adults and are wanting to have more than 4 couples this place will not accommodate that many. When our group travels we all expect to have our own room. If you have all adults plan on more of a camping experiment with friends than a luxury place that sleeps 16 as advertised. The place was very nice just not a place for 16 adults if considering it. In each of the guest rooms they have crammed in extra beds with 4 and even as many as 6 sleeping in the same room. With kids this is fine. However, we were considering at first for this to be just an adult weekend away. If you go that route and had more than 8 you would have couples sharing a room. So the 16 is a little misleading. Other than that we had a great time. We grilled out both nights on the grill provided and the living area and kitchen was large enough for us all to fit comfortably. Even watched a little football on Sat and Sun. Nice size TV was there. The kitchen was nice. Would recommend providing more utensils than provided. But we cooked and ate at the table and grill out. All was a nice time spent with friends. We brought our boat up with us and docked it at the house. All went very smooth. The lake is very low now because of no rain in a while but nobody can control that. So be careful for the shallow area around the docks if you bring a boat. We had a pontoon so it worked out fine. If you have a V-Hull boat the water might be to low to fit the boat into the dock. Hope the area gets some rain this year and the lake starts to fill back up. Such a nice area for the lake to get much lower will ruin it for a lot of places up there. All in all a great trip and we would do it again!

Great house! Needs shampoo/conditioner in other bathroom besides master. Only one handsoap in master not any in other bathrooms. Neighbors huge tree obstructs view. Too many stairs for us. Stove made clicking noise, spa needing chemicals and ceiling fan in family room was noisy and wobbly. Things that can be easily maintenenced. Property managment was great and very communicative. We had a nice stay!

Great Property But Needs Some Updates

Overall this property is great. There were 8 adults celebrating a 52nd birthday weekend. The size of the home and separation is great. The outdoor decks and yard space are amazing. Beautiful views even though the lake is so low. Location was great for walks with lake views and beautiful properties all around. The property really is more comfortable for 6 adults as 2 had to sleep under bunk beads and actually hit their heads on the upper bed so the next night chose to sleep on the sofa bed which wasn’t any better. It’s a little tight with only 2.5 bathrooms as well. The TVs were all terrible and we couldn’t get most to work. They really need to be updated to modern flat screen smart TV’s so we could stream Netflix etc. Be aware the hone does not come stocked with any basic essentials including shampoo or body soap (items we didn’t bring) nor basic items in the kitchen like foil, Saran Wrap, bags etc. stuff you don’t go out and buy or bring for a 3 day trip! I really feel these items should be in a home especially of this caliber. The worst item was the kitchen refrigerator it really needs to be replaced! It does not cool properly and there’s a note in the fridge stating it could be 24 hrs before it’s cooked to the right temperature along with some other instructions on where to set the temperature for it to work. The management company was fantastic and so easy to work with. We were even lucky enough to get a late check out! Again overall a fantastic property and experience but the owners really should invest some money to upgrade the TVs and Refrigerator, especially for the price they are charging per night.
