We received clear check in instructions with plenty of notice. The condo was very clean and the rooms were huge! All the things you would need, including beach towels to borrow for the beach or pool. The beds were nice, we didn’t hear any neighbors at all. The space accommodated our large group very nicely.

We enjoyed our stay in this home for 5 nights with our daughter and 4 grandchildren. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities. It's a great location with only a short drive to all of the attractions. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was quick.and check in was fast and easy. I had read a few reveiws about the upstairs being hot but the owners have this taken care of. It was almost cold up there and the outside temps were in the upper 90's. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Branson.

The condo was beautiful, with comfortable furnishings and tasteful decorations. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer and dryer were handy. We enjoyed the access to the pool and fitness room such a short drive up the street. It was centrally located to most major attractions in the area which made it so convenient. Any issues we had were swiftly addressed by Paul and Kathleen, who were wonderful hosts. My family were so pleased with the condo and experience we had and all 9 of us had plenty of room! We will be back when we visit Branson again.

The property is great, and in a great location. Our only issue was that the keylock hadn't been set to open for us when we checked in, but when we called the owners got it fixed within minutes. We would stay here again.

The location was great! The owners were very nice and responsive. Only thing was the AC could not cool the house down or keep up, so we had all the fans going non stop which made it very loud in the house and made it difficult to hear each other. I would also recommend an update on the TV in living room. There is no option for streaming services on the main tv.

I think your suggestion about upgrading the main room TV to a streaming option is a great idea — that’s something we’ll definitely look into so future guests can have an even better experience.We also understand that your visit happened during an exceptionally hot week, with temperatures reaching up to 97 degrees. We truly did everything we could to make the home as comfortable as possible, including adding portable air conditioners in the bedrooms on top of the central AC system. The upstairs area does tend to stay warmer because of the high, 20-foot ceilings, which can make it a little more challenging to keep cool during extreme heat.We hope this didn’t take away too much from your overall experience, and we’re glad you were able to enjoy your time here despite the hot weather. Thank you again for staying with us; we’d love the chance to welcome you back under more comfortable conditions in the future!"
