Vient de terminer la rénovation de cette maison de 4 chambres avec un beau plancher de bois franc, comptoirs en granit, nouveau inoxydable voler électroménagers et les meubles. cuisine extérieure avec barbecue taureau, un réfrigérateur et un évier ainsi que d'une douche extérieure pour se rincer aprÚs une journée à la plage! La premiÚre chambre a un lit king size. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit superposé taille. La troisiÚme chambre a une annonce de lit queen size quatriÚme lit a 2 lits queen size.

The place was incredibly comfortable for our group - we will stay here every time we come back to the San Diego area. The host was very responsive to our questions and the house was exactly as described. Bonus comment: the little Mexican restaurant at the Valero gas station is surprisingly good...

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed staying at this home, close to the beach and shops. There was enough room, beds for three families. If I am ever in San Diego I will be looking at this property.

House was great! We had an intimate gathering of some friends before a wedding and we loved the house and location. You’re just steps away from Cardiff and a short ride from Encinitas. The house had plenty of room to sleep and we utilized the grill and the kitchen. If I needed to stay in Cardiff again, would happily set up here again!

Excellent property 5 minutes from the beach

The property is newly remodeled and easily accommodated 12 guests. Loved the ability to access the exterior from two of the bedrooms. All toiletries and kitchen supplies were provided which made things very convenient. Communication with the property manager was excellent. 10 out of 10!

Comfortable home, convenient location

This home was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very good about keeping in contact with us about arrival time, etc. The beds were very comfortable, a big plus for our large family. It was very convenient to the freeway and local beaches. A few times in the 4 days we were there the owner was working on outside projects, but they kept us informed about what was going on, and there was never any noise issue or anything.

Cardiff family house

Lots of space and beds. Good entertaining area in kitchen/living room. Everything worked well. Signs in house were very helpful (e.g.: WiFi info, how to use master shower). Not much back yard space and 5 freeway just behind fence (car noise) so don’t count on outdoor entertaining.

Good size, not clean

I had high hopes for this property based on the photos. It was a convenient location, but the backyard was right above the highway making it very unpleasant to spend time out back or have the windows open due to noise. The house was not clean. There was molded ground coffee that hadn’t been thrown out of the coffee pot, there was hair scattered throughout the house, one of the duvet covers was soiled and all the mattress pads were dirty and had hair on them when we stripped the beds. There is a steep cleaning fee for all the cleaning that is required of the guests (stripping beds, starting a load of laundry, putting towels in the garage, taking out all trash and recycling, a fine if you don’t take the garbage bins to the curb if you’re staying there during garbage day). The check out instructions also say not to remove the duvet cover to clean between guests unless visibly soiled. Ours was soiled upon arrival. The bathroom didn’t have body wash or soap available. Overall, great size of house, convenient location to shops/restaurants/beach, lots of beds, good size central hang out in living room, but it was far from clean which was very disappointing. We would not stay here again.

Great Spot for a Getaway

This place had everything we needed, and the location was great. We ran into a little issue with the house and the owners were super fast with communication and getting it fixed.

Slightly disappointed

The property worked fine for us but there are several things that could be improved: - there should be a sign in master bathroom explaining that it is necessary to pull BOTH of the shower valves out from the wall to turn it on. - cable box in living room did not work during our stay - we had issues with the air conditioning not working - the igniter on the gas burners didn’t work - the clothes washer drains into a plastic tote which has a pump in it. The pump failed so water ran out over the garage floor - the owner is a teacher which makes it hard for her to reply to texts or calls promptly. She did put us in touch her husband to help with some of our problems.

The house was very dirty

I was very unhappy with my stay. First of all the shower in the master bedroom did not have a sign on it that said pull the knob out to turn on the shower. I had to text the owner to have it explained. The freezer had a hair in it. The freeway traffic in the front bedroom was very very loud. Do not look under the beds the dust bunnies might attack. The owner needs to post on the wall that the trash cans need to be taken out on Thursday. She would actually find someone that does not read the manual. There was a dead spider on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathtub in the guest bathroom was peeling. The front room had cobwebs . It is further from the beach then it says. The Tv remote needed batteries. I would like a partial refund. The hall cabinet did not shut most of the time
