Les deux suites principales avant sortent sur le patio / plage arriÚre. Elles sont équipées de grandes télévisions à écran plat, de lits king-size et sont décorées de façon professionnelle.

Awesome beach front property!! We have stayed in several other properties here in Rocky Point and this house is top of the list. Nothing beats being right on the branch and plenty of space for our big group. We would rent here again in a heartbeat. The host Boan was great! The house was clean and comfortable. Worth every penny. Can’t wait to come back.

NICE PROPERTY BUT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED

Hot tub did not work. Had to call host to find out. Sliding door going to patio from family room needs maintenance. Very hard to open. No instruction on how to operate the TV in family room. Never was able to get it to work. Actually, no instruction for any of the TVs. Ran out of toilet paper. Bunk beds were not comfortable. Host was very responsive the 2 times we texted him. No local contact listed anywhere. No pod coffee maker. In today's world that is real problem.

50th Birthday Celebration

I have stayed in multiple beach villas on Sandy Beach and this one is the most beautiful home on Sandy Beach inside and out. It fit 14 of my closest adult family members very comfortably. We spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying our own private beach. The private hot tub was an added plus to our relaxing vacation. The interior was beautifully decorated and you could tell that a lot was invested into making guests feel like royalty. The master bedroom is spacious, comfortable and provides you with everything you can imagine in a vacation home. The casita provided a quiet place for my elderly parents to rest in a quit private area. This home made my 50th birthday celebration a weekend I will never forget. If you are reading this, stop and reserve this home for your holiday right now.

Nice property, but over charged

I have stayed at this resort for the last 3 years consistently. I was charged double for this house in particular. The cleanliness of the property was very poor. There was hardly any cookware in the home. The casita had only cold water and the tv didn’t work. The stereo system in the home didn’t work either and when brought to the homeowners attention his reply was “well we don’t advertise that it has one”. The washer in the garage had no lid because it was so rusted. The hot didn’t work for 3 days while we were there. There was a missing cabinet in the kitchen. When I addressed it to the owner he had someone come out and put it on. We stayed for almost a week and one of the bedrooms there wasn’t a dresser to be able to unpack clothing,, if I wanted to hang something in the closet there weren’t enough hangers. The light switch on the hot tub had exposed wires. The owner was very quick in responding which I am grateful for but you can tell compared to the other homes here that this one is less maintained. Unfortunately I will not select this home to stay in again. I will be looking elsewhere.

Great stay.

Excellent time at this house. I would suggest updating the outdoor furniture and fire pit. Compared to the other homes, this was lacking. Owner was excellent with communication and responded right away to any questions we had. We used the chef and food service he recommended and it was excellent service and food. The chefs were great l Highly recommend. We would go back here again for vacation.

Annual family vacation

We stay at a villa in Bella Sirena every year! We stayed in villa 19 this year and loved it! The house has a lot of room and with the beach in your backyard nothing beats it. I would recommend a few updates as there were many things that weren’t working. The sliding door to the backyard made a horrid noise every time we opened it. One of the burners in the kitchen stove was broken, as well as the toilet and mini fridge in the casita. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the host very much!

Great stay!

What a wonderful place for the family to stay together. The villa has a great location, right on a beach! 4 full bedrooms and 2 large bank beds in fifth room. Nice outside setting with plenty of beach towels, grill and Jacuzzi. Roof space for gathering. Beautiful resort garden and pool space. All questions solved by owners on a spot with not even a minute of postponement. The only think I would change is skillets for new ones and more cups and plates. Overall 100% worth. Thank you.

Bella Sirena is the most beautiful resort in Rocky Point. The lush green lawns and stone streets give it a feel like no other place.

This house has it all, Jacuzzi on the back yard with stunning views, BBQ, Large Flat screen TVs, everything to have the ultimate home away from home.

There are very few properties where you can walk out and be on the beach. There are no walks to get to the beach because you are there! Watching your kids or family from the living room and being able to call them in for dinner without having to make a trek to the condo or hotel is priceless.

Couple that with the jacuzzi, sun terrace, and all the amenities, you can have it all in this property.
