Our host Theresa was very accommodating and responsive. She welcomed us with banana bread and fresh fruit and when we accidently ourselves out, her husband came to during the dinner hour to let us in. (Note: only use the keypad to lock the front door. Make sure the door knob is unlocked or take the key provided with you). Deceiving from the outside, the condo is a good size and nicely decorated inside. There are a lot of nice touches and the TV nook is very cozy. It will easily accommodate two couples as the bedrooms are at opposite ends. The primary bedroom has its own ensuite, and the second bedroom has easy access to the main bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry is in the garage.The neighborhood was quiet and the next-door neighbors were friendly. Although the primary bedroom has a shared wall with the neighbor, we never heard anything. The location is close to the base and downtown but nothing is very far away in Sierra Vista. We made day trips to Bisbee and Tombstone and enjoyed both. We really enjoyed our stay and Thresa and her husband are great host.
