Wonderful Stay

The unit was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Location is perfect. Kiddie pool was great for our 11 month old baby. Will definitely stay here again.

Family friendly oasis

Diane was great from the moment we booked to after we checked out. Keeping in contact, answering all and any questions we had. The condo had kid friendly utensils, cups and dinning-ware that was a total SAVE!! Not to mention the fully stocked outdoor storage beach room.

So much better than we could have hoped for! From the second we walked in we knew we made the right choice! The condo is spacious and tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances and accessories. The best surprise was the incredibly comfortable beds. Communication was top notch and easy.

End of summer vacation

Location was great, so close to the beach, walking path, splash pad and playground. The condo was very clean, and spacious. The pool was wonderful! The host was fabulous to work with.

Beautiful home and a beautiful location! Very family friendly, lots of restaurants, 10 minute drive to Cape May and concerts in the park across the street. Also lots of activities nearby to include bike and surry rentals, surfing lessons, parasailing, jet skiing, light house, and safe to walk around with family anytime. The home was very clean, had lots of games, books, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a cart to help carry everything to the beach. The pool was very nice with a hose to rinse off, a bathroom, grills to cook, tables, and lounge chairs and a section for the little kids. Very easy communication with the owner and easy access codes to the rental, to the elevator, to the stairs, and to the pool. Would stay here again!

Great properly

Great stay! Beach park and children's park and splash pad within walking distance. Bike rental also just a short walk away. Spent alot of time in Cape May short drive to willd life parks and Cape May lighthouse. Property was exactly as described. Tentative friendly host.

Perfect

Perfect for 6 adults. Open concept for kitchen, dining and living room space!! Unexpected gaming set up in living room was a bonus for our 4 young adults!! And a live concert on Saturday evening at the neighborhood park that we could enjoy from our porch was an added bonus. Excellent pool with bathroom attached to property was perfect for an evening swim. Will definitely book again!!!

Wildwood vacation

The property was well maintained and stocked with everything we needed, other than the stuff we had to bring. The pool was heated and was a favorite for our twins. The beach, park, splash pad and bike rental are close by which is convenient. The only downside was that the unit was on the first floor and the tenants directly above us were very loud at very late hours. You could hear stomping, moving of furniture and what sounded like someone dropping something loud. A lot of times they woke us up from a dead sleep in the middle of the night. I don’t attribute this to the listing owners. Just something to think about since the building clearly isn’t sound proof. Diane was a pleasure to work with, she was very responsive even when we had a minor issue. I highly recommend.

Just Okay

Condo was very clean and had a great living/family/kitchen area! The bedrooms were bizarre as the windows in each bedroom looked out to the hallway… so no natural light anywhere but the main living room/kitchen. Also you can hear allllllll the footsteps and running on the floor above late into the night and early in the morning. Did not see that you needed to bring linens anywhere in the property description…. Would not have booked if I new this was the case as we were traveling from Michigan. Sure you can rent linens, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths but it will cost you an extra $185 for a family of 5. Also don’t forget to bring toilet paper, they do not supply that either. When I asked the host, the response was “Welcome to the Jersey shore.” Thanks. As far as the area goes, I would recommend staying in Cape May - much more to do than this area (better shopping and better restaurants).

"Condo was very clean and had a great living/family/kitchen area!" This sounds like a "5 STAR" review! When I say "Welcome to the Jersey Shore", this is a nice way to let a guest know that we do things different here in NJ. We do NOT include linens, bath/beach towels, or paper products with our private home rentals on the Wildwood island. You can see this information posted in the VRBO ad prior to booking, but if you miss it there, you will see it in the email that I will send with your rental lease, in the lease itself, and in the check in/out information that I send about a week prior to your arrival. This guest missed the information all four times and questioned me about it the day before she came for her vacation. I'm sure that this was disappointing to her.

The Condo was beautiful and had ample room and bathrooms for all. Was nicely setup with ample kitchen supplies. Would stay there again except the walk to the beach was long. Thank you for the carts!

This is the Palm Beach Villas, an oceanfront building with an elevator, a large heated pool, and a roof top deck. You will be across the street from Centennial Park and the Crest concert pavilion.
