Cabin was nice, including the amenities. The problem was the communication with the host after we encountered mice inside the house. Cleanliness could be improved. We don’t think the value was worth the price.

Quiet, peaceful location. Comfortable, cozy, and well-stocked cabin. A hidden gem is the Ranch House Restaurant that’s only 5 min away—their wagyu is fantastic.

We absolutely loved our long weekend at this cabin in Tabernash. We were celebrating our 20th Anniversary and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. The cabin was quiet, clean, warm, and cozy. We will be keeping this one saved for future weekend rendezvous. .

Great cabin!

Justin has great cabin that was cozy and perfect for our family of 4! Full stocked kitchen with all the things you could need. Loved the self igniting wood stove. Hot tub is well maintained. Someone had mentioned the roads, but they are very well maintained dirt roads and Google brought us right to the place, no fuss! Great location for us looking for a quiet cross country ski vacation.

Perfect Winter Get - Away

This was our first time booking on VRBO. We had such a smooth process from beginning to end. The property manager was very accessible and the handbook was easy to follow and gave all the necessary information we needed. It was such a cute and cozy cabin that was only a 10 minute drive to Winter Park. The beds were amazing and the hot tub was very enjoyable after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a cozy stay for 6 people or less to book this VRBO. It is worth every penny. D & d

Mountain Stay in CO

Very clean property with a nice view and fairly secluded setting. Neighbors are still in view from the home but they are some distance away. The hot tub is a nice touch with views of the mountains. Conveniently located 15 minutes or so from plenty of amenities in Winter Park. The biggest downfall of the property is no washer and dryer. The coffee maker also did not work but hopefully they can attend to that and there was a french press as a back up luckily.

Great place!

This Tabernash cabin was a wonderful getaway for our family of four! The kids loved the loft and my husband and I enjoyed the relaxing solitude of being a bit more remote. Took us 25 minutes on a snowy weekend to get to the Winter Park parking lots. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs, but few have a kitchen as well stocked as this one! From an array of spices to Ziplocs and every utensil you would ever need, this cabin had it all. And did I mention the hot tub? Fantastic! The only thing to note is that the road to the cabin would be awfully tough without a 4-wheel drive. Loved our time. Thanks, Justin!

Nice place but disappointed for the price

The cabin interior was nice but there were a bunch of cobb webs we had to knock down when we first entered. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a great record collection for use during the stay. The outside of the house was overgrown with weeds. The appearance around the house was very disorganized and unappealing. There were chairs and other items just randomly placed against the house, the shed had old wood, skis and other random items leaning against it. The picnic table was leaning so bad it wasn’t safe to sit on. You couldn’t see the horse shoe pit because of the overgrowth. There was a random item of what looked like fence just laying in the backyard. Only half the hot tub jets worked. We have pictures we would be happy to share. It’s a cool cabin in a great spot but we were disappointed with the appearance of the outside for what we paid.

My husband and I had a wonderful one-week stay in this beautifully designed and furnished cabin. Clearly there was a lot of attention paid to the details of putting this place together in a modern rustic style. Very clean. It was very comfortable for the 2 of us with a very comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen, and gorgeous views! It was close enough to Winter Park, Fraser, and Tabernash to enjoy restaurants and activities there but far enough away to be incredibly quiet. We easily accessed plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and paddle boarding. We saw people fishing too. We enjoyed starry views from the hot tub (it wasn't warm when we arrived but a call to the owner produced a quick response with a solution - flipping a breaker switch). The owner was equally responsive and friendly when contacted with a couple of additional questions we had. The propane fire pit was understandably not available for use due to fire restrictions. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the deck and enjoyed cooking on the grill. Very comfortable furniture inside and out. We had neglected to notice in the listing that a washer and dryer are not available at this cabin. Plan ahead with that in mind. There is no closet provided but there are plenty of hooks for hanging clothes. You might want to bring hangers to utilize on the hooks if there are any clothing items needing them. There is plenty of drawer space too. We would stay here again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It is very cozy and has all the desirable amenities (fire pit, hot tub, grill, fully equipped kitchen, scenic area with outside space for activities). The cabin is very well taken care of and was perfectly clean when we arrived. It is also a great location giving you the perfect amount of privacy but still an easy drive and close to plenty of things to do. Also, the entire booking and check in/out process was seamless. Justin, the host, was friendly and accommodating and always quick to answer any question that I had. I would highly recommend this cabin to everyone, a true 5 star experience!

Awesome Cabin Getaway

We can’t say enough about how great our experience was with this property. This super clean & well-appointed cabin is a great place to get away from it all but close enough to everything that the Fraser – Winter Park area has to offer. We snowshoed and fat biked every day throughout our stay but came back to a warm cozy cabin with all the amenities for a hot tub soak, home-cooked dinners, game nights, and a big TV with DirectTV & internet access. The wood stove & cozy beds topped off a perfect stay! Oh, and our dog loved the yard for a good game of catch! We hope to be back sometime soon!
