Close to everything and easy to park we had a beautiful and quite stay. Take the walk over the hill to the beach for beautiful views and a workout.

Excellent position and get for a short stay

Everything was great - a few cobwebs on the balcony was the only thing I could complain about. Apartment was very clean and well presented and perfect spot for a Palmy break. The pool was lovely but beware of the other guests who pop their towels in the lounges on the morning and don’t remove them until late in the day. Great apartment and will use again

Good property at a good location but a number of critical failures.

Overall good, but with the high price paid these issues were disappointing: - no property manager on-site, although there was a Ray White office and another property management company either side of the building which could have housed a property representative. This made communication at check-in and throughout the stay difficult. - very little soap available for first shower - no water jug for the fridge - washing and drying machines needed $2 coins to operate - heat on the air conditioner didn't work - pool jacuzzi didn't work - no housekeeping even though I stayed for three nights, but was emailed several times with threats of additional fees if I didn't take out the garbage and clean all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher at the end of my stay. - no bins accessible the night before I left. Although I did enjoy my stay there overall, I will not be staying at this property again, as it wasn't good value for money. With all of these issues I will next time seek an experience where the property has far greater attention to detail.

Hi Nathan, thank you for your feedback below as some of the items are newly raised we have taken the following actions: re the pool - this has been lodged with Strata as a work order; re the airconditioning - a work order has been placed to review the warm function . We apologise you felt that the service was disappointing listing the items below, however i would like to note the following: all guests are provided information regarding their stay prior to arrival to assist the planning of arrival and their stay. FAQ information is sent through covering off on many items including but not limited to housekeeping, check in details, access details, bin details and locations, contact details and noting that the apartments themselves are serviced apartments. Regarding resolution to any issues raised directly with us, these were managed and resolved either on the call with you or very shortly thereafter by the team and commentary around threats to further charge via multiple emails are not consistent with the correspondence log we have on file. We are really glad you enjoyed your stay overall however as the location of the apartments do really allow you to explore all that Palm Beach has to offer, which discussing with you the purpose of your visit was exactly that. We wish you a great experience on your next trip when you stay here with your friends in Whale Beach.

Great location

Clean and central to everything. Short walk to ferry and short drive to Barrenjoey Lighthouse. Would recommend staying here.

Good location

Within walking distance to Snapperman beach and Palm Beach - didn’t use our car at all! Ferry to Patonga was lovely. The cafe downstairs does good basic dinners and lunches and the wine/deli shop 2 mins down the street has yummy food and wine. The unit is a bit noisy as it overlooks Barrenjoey Road. The upholstery on outdoor furniture needs replacing.

Palm beach! Ideal spot for a break. These units are central to everywhere in terms of ferry, beach, lighthouse walks. Even a decent set of stairs to climb, through the bushland coming out to magnificent coastal views. Great morning heartstarter! Cafe, gallery and cornerstore closeby. On site pool and spa lovely after a busy day! Unit compact, beautifully decorated & ideal verandah for early morning/late evening birdsong. Can even hear the tides lapping. Ideal if you want relaxation.
