Charmante maison au bord du lac Cabiny, juste sur la rive du lac Island, juste au nord de Duluth. Salon avec foyer au gaz et grande fenêtre offrant une vue magnifique sur le coucher du soleil et plus de 900 pieds carrés de terrasse! Les hôtes peuvent rester au niveau inférieur de la maison principale pour donner aux clients les 2 derniers étages pour eux-mêmes, avec leur propre entrée privée. Accès facile à Duluth, dans un cadre qui est le meilleur des deux mondes: «Northwoods» paix et nature, avec de nombreuses commodités et commodités à proximité d'une zone urbaine rurale aussi!

The house was perfect for a relaxing weekend at the lake. Great views from the deck and the large window in the living room. The screened seating area was perfect in the evenings. Great kitchen - outfitted with plenty of cooking supplies. Ange and Erich were great hosts - lots of communication before and during our stay. Great place for a stay on the lake.

What a wonderful space to getaway! Ange was so great with communication and even helped me find a place to eat for my birthday! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Cute and cozy place with an amazing view. Nice to have a covered spot for my vehicle and even though there are stairs down to the place, it didn’t feel like a big hike. It was just the reset I needed and I didn’t want to leave :) Can’t wait to visit again someday when plants are in bloom and/or in the fall.

Here’s a polished review you can post:We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin on Island Lake, Minnesota. The property was even better than the photos, with breathtaking lakefront views and everything we needed for a perfect family getaway.I stayed here with my two boys (ages 10 and 14), and there was no shortage of things to do. We spent our days paddleboarding, swimming in the lake, enjoying barbecues, and relaxing around the fire pit in the evenings. It was the perfect combination of fun and peaceful relaxation.The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt almost brand new. Everything was in excellent condition and worked perfectly, making our stay completely stress-free.What really stood out was the hospitality of the hosts. During a temporary power outage affecting the area, they went above and beyond by starting the generator so we had electricity while the outage lasted. They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable.I would wholeheartedly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat, whether it’s for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or simply a relaxing weekend to unwind. We made some amazing memories here and would love to come back!

Perfect Island Lake Reservoir Retreat!

Great house on a quiet bay! The accommodations were modern, clean & comfortable. Two of the best VRBO hosts! Clear communication before, during, and after our stay. So many great amenities inside and out (fire pit, small beach, great dock and water toys)! We will book again! Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Stay

We can't say enough about the place or the hosts. The place was very clean and comfortable. There are many nice features about the place; modern kitchen, zoned air conditioning, wifi and electronics. We brought a boat and could dock it in a safe and protected cove, away from the winds and waves of the main lake. The hosts were very helpful and kind. They were easy to contact to ask questions, yet were very respectful of our privacy. We will definitely be going back for another stay.

Nice Tranquil Place

The nice calming effect was exactly what we needed! Looking out over the lake was so beautiful as well as peaceful. The property came with everything we could possible need. It is also a perfect distance from town, far enough but not that far to enjoy what Duluth had to offer. Ange and Erich made themselves available to us if we needed anything. We let our guests be, to enjoy their stay, but are happy to say hello to anyone who’d like to. We don’t have a lot of free time to enjoy our beautiful lake property, so it makes us very happy to be able to have others enjoy it! All are welcome!

Lake/bay-front, right on the lake’s edge, 16-20ft deep water in our bay! Beautiful sunsets from the big living room window, the deck, or the screenporch.
