Ammenities comprennent une cuisine entiĂšrement refaite, salles de bains, garage 2 voitures, vĂ©randa, toit, elec / plomb voĂ»tĂ©s, appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, toit, meubles (lits / etc). "Classic Clev Hts" Architecture !! Nous avons juste enveloppĂ© cette rĂ©novation majeure et est prĂȘt Ă  accueillir votre prochaine visite ou se rĂ©unir. Je voulais Ă©galement mentionner que la maison a Internet sans fil et la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble.

DerniÚre rénovation: Nous venons d'ouvrir la suite parentale du 3Úme étage qui comprend une autre salle de bain complÚte, un lit Queen et beaucoup d'espace pour s'évader.

Great house!

This house was just as advertised and had quite the character. Plenty of rooms and the was very clean. Great remodeled bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner was very responsive and flexible as well. Would definitely stay again.

2nd summer in a row that we've used this property to gather friends from a couple of different states to hang out and play games. The location, 5 beds, 2.5 baths, and large dining table are perfect for our needs.

Great home, location and space!

We stayed last week with another family to sight see around Cleveland and felt both families had plenty of space to relax. It was close to all the major attractions in Cleveland and the house was clean and well kept. Would recommend!

Very comfortable and relaxing home base

The property was clean, fully-stocked with what we needed, and in a good, quiet location. It was easy to get to University Circle, Downtown, and the highway. Plenty of room for a group of 6-8 people.

Home away from home!

wedding occasion

We were in town for our son’s wedding and wanted a place that we could gather with family. The property was very clean, warm and inviting - felt like a home away from home. We spent time relaxing on the front porch. The location was wonderful! The host was super nice. I only needed to contact the host once for a question and he responded immediately.

Just right for our family.

HUGE, solid brick home with lots of space. Perfect for a family like ours....3 generations, but no kids and no problems with stairs. (There are 3 floors!) Everyone had plenty of room and never a bathroom shortage! The neighborhood was quiet and it was wonderful to be able to have the dog with us!

The perfect stay!!

The home was beautiful! We were in town for my father in law's memorial service and needed a place for the siblings and a gathering place for family. Frank's property was PERFECT. We were able to receive and entertain family and guests comfortably. Every utensil I needed to cook was there. The backyard was perfect for the little ones to play and tire themselves out. We had no issues at all. Thanks again Frank for providing the perfect stay during one of the most difficult times in our lives.

Perfect for a family

My parents and siblings were gathering for my aunt’s funeral. My parents have never rented a house before and always stay in hotels, so they were skeptical of this whole process, but I wanted my mom to have a place that felt like home where should could spend time with her family to help her in these first tough days after the loss of her sister. This home was perfect. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out, including the first floor primary bedroom with its own bathroom, so my parents could have space to themselves if they needed it. There were plenty of bedrooms for siblings, partners, and grandchildren, and the living room and dining rooms were perfect gathering spaces. My mom loved the porches and spent lots of time reading and drinking tea. Everyone kept talking about how grateful we were for such a wonderful space that allowed us to be together.

Lots of space, including 5 bedrooms!

Stayed with my 3 daughters and granddaughters. We loved having room to spread out and esp. having 5 bedrooms. Located on a quiet street. House has a front porch, but we were disappointed there was no outside furniture. That would be a nice touch. Back yard is very small - it appeared to be larger in pictures. House was clean and well-furnished. Coffee maker was good, but there were only 2 full-size coffee cups. Others were only about half size. There were, however, at least 6 wine glasses. This property suited our needs and I recommend it.

Crest Road

House was as presented in the listing. Very comfortable and kitchen was great for cooking for a crowd. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and going for walks in the parks in the area.

Super Clean Home

Frank's house is incredibly clean. Five bedrooms so we all had space to stretch out and 2.5 baths. Great rental property. Decent neighborhood, not really walking distance to anything but quick drive to some great restaurants. Frank is very responsive and the check in and check out were easy as can be.

Great place to stay!

This property fits our needs perfectly! We have a son attending Case Western Reserve University. We were just minutes away. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Nice kitchen with great appliances & basic utensils. Shopping close by. We will definitely stay here again!
