This house is everything it says it was clean, comfortable, safe, and close to everything. It was hot and the ac kept the house cool and the pool was clean and refreshing. Will definitely rent this house again when we go to kissamee.

We had a great stay and it was perfect for our trip. The only thing that was odd was not enough toilet paper for the week. We had to go buy some. Also only one pod for laundry so doing more than one load like asked was not possible. But all in all Geeat and would stay again!!

Wonderful, well-kept property! Everything was clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful anniversary trip! We especially enjoyed the pool, grill and comfy king-sized bed!Great stay!

For our first time to Florida and randomly booking somewhere i am so glad we picked this villa. So central to everywhere, very clean, good communication and we will definitely be back to stay here

For the most part everything was great there was a hiccup in the beginning getting a hold of the host but he did reply a few days later and made up for it as well as the cleaning crew forgot to clean the oven and it was a mess but the host made up for it so everything is good. The house is nice and it does have a swimming pool. The soaking tub is a very small. The pond is nice to look at, the pool would have been a little nicer if the neighbors weren't out every single day all day other than that everything was nice it is a nice home. Thank you

This was a great vacation home!! The house was clean and welcoming with thoughtful touches. The pool was great and the pond was a beautiful backdrop for our morning coffee. The host provided clear instructions making our check and check out seamless. Thank you very much, this house rental added so much to our family vacation, location was also great!!

The house was brilliant and just as described. The AC worked perfectly, the rooms were all of a good size and the pool was perfect. Checking in was easy and the location on the property was just as we hoped. Roughly a 25min drive to Disney and Universal but plenty of restaurants around for breakfast and evening meals.

This home was the perfect little get-away. My wife and I wanted to visit our grand and great grandchildren. However, there apartment was a little small for us to stay in. We found this house 20 minutes away where we had the nicest birthday party for our granddaughter. The pool was kept immaculate, the a/c was comfprtable, and we loved the convenience of all the stores in the immediate surroundings. Overall, everyone loved the place. The host was very approachable. We would re-visit again! Thanks Bill.

No Hand rails getting in and out of the pool. Nearly fell getting into shower for the step down.

Sorry there are no handrails by the pool. I’m not sure about the step down into the shower as there is just a curb. Your rating doesn’t reflect our property just because there was no handrail. Pics show pool and steps with no railings. if there was any other issues you should let the owner know. Thanks for renting our home

Second time here. We love the sunny pool, privacy, the proximity to Shingle Creek bike/walking trail, shopping and restaurants. Peaceful, pretty area, yet conveniently located. Plenty of pool towels and comfortable pool furniture. King bed is very comfortable. (Can’t say about other beds because we didn’t use them, but they look nice.) We appreciated the grill; put our food on tin foil to keep it clean. There’s a cabinet full of books for adults, also books and games for kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, husband enjoyed catching fish in the pond with our granddaughter. Conveniently located to Publix, short drive to Sea World and Disney. Host was very responsive! Will def plan to sta again when we come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. House was super clean and comfortable and the decorations made it so fun to stay there. Love the game room. Totally enjoyed the heated pool with the beautiful view of the lake. It was a great way to unwind after a busy day playing at Universal Studios. The host was marvelous to work with. Very attentive and quick to respond to whatever needs came up during our stay there. Would definitely book this house again.
