Tout est fourni pour vous dans cette maison confortable, y compris les services de câblodistribution complets, les appels gratuits vers les États-Unis et le Canada et le WiFi gratuit.
Esprit est une belle communauté paisible où vous pourrez vous détendre et observer la faune de votre propre arrière-cour. Il n'est pas rare de voir des lapins se précipiter devant vous lorsque vous rentrez chez vous, ou de voir des grues se promener dans le quartier. Le grand lac Davenport de 600 acres est bien approvisionné si vous souhaitez pêcher au large de la jetée et se trouve à quelques pas de cette belle maison

Great birthday trip location

We had a great time. Plenty enough room for 7 adults to hangout together or get some alone time if needed. Beds were super comfortable. Most of what we needed was provided. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do while there.

Great place to stay!!

Jane was great in answering our questions and getting us everything we needed. The only downside for us was the neighbors have some dogs that bark a lot. The owner, when she saw we were out by the pool would bring the dogs in as to not bother us too much. I would stay there again if I was looking for a home in that area.

Great property to stay at

A great pet friendly property, easy to get to, everything was clean and the beds comfortable. All the windows have working blinds and I liked there was the new flooring rather than carpet. Large screened in pool area kept all the bugs out though it is very public (all the houses are in that area it seems). Would rent again.

Perfect Pet Friendly Getaway

Me and my family enjoyed renting this property! It’s is pet friendly and clean. We had everything we needed. Jane was just a text/phone call away if we needed anything. And the neighbor was just as sweet as her dogs. Yes the dogs bark when you go out by the swimming pool… but the neighbor would take the dogs inside. We enjoyed the house and look forward to renting this property next year!

First vacation for baby

Place was very nice has plenty of room my only complaint was the blinds were all missing privacy especially blinds in bedrooms facing house next door and sliders children were in the pool next door till 1:00-1:30, a lot on dust on fans and walls in the corners fan in living room didn’t work with that being said we still enjoyed our time thank you very much

Great location!

The location of this property in regards to the parks is excellent! The house itself was perfect for our 3 week stay. Although, if you are looking for privacy when using the pool, it may not be what you are looking for due to the golf course right behind the pool. The management is top notch, and was extremely responsive to the one minor issue we had during our stay. While the house and location are great, the furnishings are in need of updating. The couches are very broken in and mattresses in all but master are a bit hard and noisy. The reviews regarding the neighbors dogs barking is definitely accurate, but did not bother us too much. Overall it was a great stay, and would definitely book again in the future.

We enjoyed our trip. Easy access to surrounding attractions. Minor issues with furnishings and Neighbor’s dogs. The neighbors dogs would constantly bark whenever they were out and our dog was out.

Family Winter Vacation

Property is in an excellent proximity to amusement parks. The house a very nice layout with 4 bedrooms. Only issue with the property is the lack of privacy. The breakfast nook and kitchen area open to a driving range/golf course. The blinds were missing on the sliding door, giving golfers full view into the home. Several of the blinds throughout the house were also missing slats. Also paid for the pool to be warmed, but never got warm enough to jump in.

20’ close to parks

Okay - you can update some furniture ( chair in the kitchen ), clean / sanitize sheets and towels specially now COVID season … some dirty spot on floors , baseboards, windows , etc you can do better cleaning job Near to parks , restaurants , markets and gas stations

Perfect for Thanksgiving Vacation

The communication was superior and the property was great and the 4 bedrooms was a plus. The bedrooms were just the right size. Easy to get to Disney and close enough to everything but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Would stay here again, especially since the wife said she would live in a house like this one.

Great owner/ grumpy neighbors

The owner was very responsive and overall it was a nice place to stay. The property was a little worn but that was ok. The hardest part was having neighbors yelling and swearing at us from across the yards because our kids were laughing and playing at the pool. This was at 8:00 at night, well before quiet hours. Our kids got scared and did not want to use the pool anymore :( It definitely put a damper on our stay.

Nice house for a gateaway

This house was one of the cleaness house I ever rented. It has everything you might need. The matresses are very confortable and easy to get intouch with manegment.

DO NOT RENT-PLACE NEEDS TO BE FIXED. BROKEN BED, BROKEN BLINDS, MOLD, HOT, BROEKN FAN AND MORE!!

We booked this place because it had 4 bedrooms and a pool. It was our wedding anniversary and we wanted to spend a few days at Disney with the kids. Walking in we noticed the blinds were broken and you could see in the place. The master bedroom would not get cold and the sign above air conditioner said do not lower it below 75 degrees or it would freeze up. That didn't sound right but they also had a lock on the temp gauge to prevent it. The fan in the bedroom made a noise that drove us crazy. But we went to bed hot with no fan and while we were sleeping the entire bed collapsed. Whoever put it together did not put any support posts and I'm surprised they were even able to put the bed together. I called the property manager and she said she would come not the next day but the day after to take a look at it. I told her we were going to magic kingdom the next day and would not be home. She said she would come into the house but our small dog needed to be crated. We would be away from the house for over 12 hours and I would not crate my dog for that long. She needs to go to the bathroom and move around. She said the dogs should not be walking around the house anyway. I payed extra money for 2 small dogs. One dog is 16, paralyzed, blind and has no teeth and the other is a small poodle that could not jump on any furniture. I told her that I would take apart what's left of the bed and sleep on the floor with the mattress. I went to Home Depot and bought tools to take it apart. I told her I was willing to drop the family off at Disney and come back to the house tues but that was not convenient for the property manager. BESIDES THAT-The back of the house where the pool was looked horrible. The door was broken and wide open. There were screens missing and another ripped. The blinds were broken and it was also listed that they were broken in a previous complaint. And to top it off there was mold in the master bathroom shower. I have pictures to back up everything that I have stated. On the last day the property manager said she told me in prior emails that she would have moved me into another house. THAT IS A LIE. I saved all the texts. All she was worried about was the review. She texted me that she was making necessary repairs to house but a little late for me. As I said before I CAN PROVIDE PICTURES TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SEE THE CONDITION THE HOUSE WAS IN. Save your money and rent from another company.

Thank you for your feedback. Before I respond to your review I would like to point out our previous reviews have been great with 4 and 5 stars. I hope that any future guests reading this have a look at previous reviews so they can have a clear idea of the standards we have. You did report the bed falling during your stay as you can see in previous reviews this has never been an issue before and we have since fixed it. As soon as this was reported I tried on multiple occasions to go out to the home as I was concerned other parts of the home had been damaged. Due to COVID we ask to go to the home when the guests are not there as they have been traveling ect and are more of a risk or for them to wait on the pool deck ect just for a little distance. You told me multiple times to not come to the home and that you had fixed the bed no problem. When we arrived we found the bed on the floor despite you saying it was fixed ect as we would never let a guest stay in that condition. I am assuming this is due to the amount of people you had at the home without telling us, a party it seemed according to the neighbor. Also while the home is pet friendly we do not recommend leaving pets unattended and free roaming the home for 12 hours as this leads me to believe the animals were expected to potty inside my home. The owners have ordered new blinds as we found many broken on the pool slider door after your stay which could be the result of the pups jumping on them while left alone. This also was not reported until you checked out or I have some spares I could have brought over. The owners wanted an upgrade for something more durable around pets anyways and they are already ordered just waiting to receive and install. The screen which had possibly blown out in one of the afternoon storms during your stay was replaced after checkout as it was not reported until your checkout date after you left the home. We greatly appreciate all our guests and their reviews and are always there to help .

Property manager great-good location

Property was clean and convenient. Property manager was excellent at getting back with me with questions I had. Mattress in master bedroom was so comfy. Loved seeing and talking to the golfers. This property is in an older subdivision and could use some updates.

Great stay

Great home, comfortable, clean, property management were attentive. Loved that it backs onto the 4th tee on the golf course. We enjoyed chatting with golfers if they had to wait to tee off. If you want complete pool privacy with no "traffic", this home might not be your favourite but we loved it. In fact, we've already booked it again.
