Everything exactly as described. Lovely interior, best bed I’ve ever slept in, besides my own…. Location incredibly convenient to shopping, food etc, in a nice quiet neighborhood.

My week stay

Lisa made our experience comfortable to stay at the place. I'd definitely stay there again if I have to. She made sure the place was warm and clean for us to stay. Definitely talk to her directly. The place has a microwave and a little mini toaster oven with a coffee warmer and there is a coffee maker. My only suggestion would be to have a hot plate since I don't like to warm things up in a microwave. The bed is nice and very comfortable, with heating pads. Great for winter. Enough clean towels and complimentary coffee/tea.

Quiet and pleasant

We stayed here while attending concerts at SPAC. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and use of the pool after a long day out and about. It was wonderful. The host was fantastic with their communication and made every accommodation we requested. I am 6’2” and the ceilings were a bit low. This is a finished basement with everything you’d need. The hosts do live upstairs so you’ll get the typical day-to-day sounds coming from upstairs. But we already knew that from prior reviews. We’d definitely stay again.

Comfortable and spacious

Lisa made us feel very welcome for our entire stay. The unit is spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. Her hot tub was a great perk! And, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The only issue was the noise from the floor above us. Otherwise, hers was one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in. We highly recommend it!

Clean & convenient

Excellent option for 2 people with convenient location for Saratoga track. Owners provided nice assortment of snacks, water, etc. In a spotlessly clean environment. Backyard amenities a nice additional bonus. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfy

The owners have clearly put a lot of effort into creating a nice, private play to stay in their home. We appreciated the snacks after a day of driving. and the pool and hot tub are great. I didn't have a chance to meet Dan and Lisa in person, but they were very friendly and prompt with their communication.

Saratoga Retreat

I went for the horse racing. It's about 20 mins drive to the track and back. Lisa and Dan were very accommodating and nice hosts. I would go back. The hot tub at the end of a long day at the races was awesome!

This listing was clean, however the entrance way was offputting, smelly and feeling undone, lots of spider webs in hallway. Once in the basement, it was cold and had low ceilings. My husband is 6.3 and he had to duck or bend over to remove a shirt. It also had a strong smell of air freshener that stuck to all our clothes. The pool and hot tub were lovely, and backyard did not disappoint.

A getaway for 14 days to see family and many close friends!

My first experience using VRBO and I would do it again! I stayed in this well equipped apartment with every amenity required for 2 full weeks. As a single traveler, Dan and Lisa made me feel right at home and extremely comfortable. Their outside pool accommodations were far beyond my expectations! It’s beautiful! I totally recommend.

Fantastic area and wonderful host!

Save for a small hiccup at check-in, it was smooth sailing! Dan and Lisa were so accommodating and wonderful. Appartment was easy access, excellent furnished and very responsive to communication. 10/10 would use again.

Amazing vacation!

The apartment is really beautiful! It is well maintained and very clean. Dan & Lisa were always available for us if we had any questions, & were very generous with anything we needed. The pool and hot tub were awesome! Overall, amazing stay in every way!

A spotless, well maintained property and we were greeted very warmly

The property is immaculately maintained. The pool was sparkling, and the house is in a beautiful neighborhood. Dan and Lisa are super nice people, wonderful hosts, and very welcoming. Dan's follow up after our visit is very much appreciated. Communications with Dan was a very positive experience.

We run a small independent real estate brokerage firm locally here in
Clifton Park, NY. We have 2 wonderful grandsons who love to visit us and swim and play in the yard.
We love to meet new people and travel to beautiful vacation spots, usually near a beach..
We have been doing house swapping with our family and we decided to start inviting other guests to our beautiful home.

We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and our lot is almost an acre. You can walk to a nature trail from our house, bike path, tennis courts and playground.
We have a beautiful 16 x 32 In-ground Pool that is heated, a hot tub that is always 102 degrees, a pergola that has lights to sit out at night and patio tables and a gas BBQ Grill that our guests can use.
