Great location in Saratoga

A very charming property that’s walking distance to both Broadway and the race track. Owner was very communicative and responsive. We’d love to stay again in the future!

Terrific rental In Saratoga Springs

Very comfortable clean well-equipped two bedroom townhouse unit - convenient to major attractions including Saratoga Race Track, National Racing and Hall of Fame Museum, and Broadway Avenue with many restaurants. Vin is a great and very responsive host.

Wonderful weekend in Saratoga

Location was a short walk to Broadway and Congress Park. The space was very clean and the host responded promptly and courteously! No issues during our stay. The weekend was extremely hot so the second floor took a while to cool down, but no issues during our stay we would absolutely stay here again.

The place was great and very clean. We liked the porch on the front where the 2 of us could sit and the deck on the back. It was a great location. You could walk to the track and downtown. Vin was extremely responsive to our calls. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay in Saratoga Springs!

It was an amazing stay in a beautiful Saratoga Springs! Beautiful, cleaned and fully stuffed two bedroom house in middle of it all! Our host. Vin, was absolutely fantastic! One of the best we’ve had! From warm welcoming, recommendations for places to dine at and places to see, to just being so accommodating and absolutely cool. A place definitely to come back to! Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this house for a long weekend. It was very clean, well kept and stocked with all of the essentials. We could easily walk to both the track, and downtown. Vin was a great host and was in contact whenever we needed him. The only downside was the upstairs bedrooms could get a little warm in the middle of the day,(it was over 85 outside every day we were there) but the AC would catch up eventually.

Another Great Stay in Saratoga

This is our second year to spend a couple of weeks at Vin’s place in Saratoga during racing season. Our stay was just as enjoyable as last year’s. Vin is an excellent host. He takes care of every detail and is very responsive. You truly get the sense that he cares about the quality of your stay. The home is very clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living area, and comfortable beds. One of the best features is the location. You couldn’t be any better situated in Saratoga. It’s a short walk to both Broadway and the track, but it is on a quiet street surrounded by some of the eastside’s prettiest homes. You cannot go wrong staying here.

The property was lovely and we enjoyed the neighborhood. The only issue was the parking because there were no spots in front of the house and having to move the car and then receiving a ticket. Not happy about that. If I stay at a home I would like to park in the driveway. The neighbors in 58 were very noii sy as well inside the house. We could hear them through the walls. Not sure what was going on. We also had an issue with the TV in the living room; batteries dead in the remote and also the Wifi was not connecting to the TV downstairs. We spent the evenings in our rooms watching TV. Vin did respond quickly with the batteries the next morning. The WIFI still did not work so we gave up. Upstairs worked. The other issue we had is we ran out of toilet paper. Thank goodness I travel with it in my car and could replace this morning.

A Great Stay in Saratoga

We had a great stay at Vin’s house in Saratoga. My partner and I have been traveling to Saratoga during racing season for the past 20 years. We’ve stayed at several rental properties over the years, and Vin’s is easily among the best. The location is phenomenal. It is halfway between the track and downtown, so most everything you want to do in Saratoga is walkable. One of the best places for breakfast and lunch is at the corner, and all of the restaurants, shops and nightlife around Broadway is a 5-10 minute walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a place that was more convenient. The house itself is immaculate and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom is large with a good shower and lots of hot water, the living room is comfortable, in the kitchen is everything you need. Though summer was generally cool this year, that’s not always the case in Saratoga. During hot weather, the central AC would be a godsend. It’s also quiet, despite the very central location. Vin is an excellent host. He checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay, was always responsive to any questions, and generally conveys the sense that he really cares about the property and our experience. His house is a great choice when visiting Saratoga.

Great Stay!

Vin was very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. The property was super clean and centrally located, allowing us to walk to the track and downtown. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our group of 4. Would definitely recommend this property!

2022 Opening Weekend!

The house was nice and Vin was accommodating. We had a great time as usual! The ice maker did not work and there was a driveway for us to park but Vin said we couldn’t use it because he had rented it. My new car would have fit nicely next to the car that didn’t move the entire time we were there! The other couple we went with got a $45 parking ticket. There wasn’t a blow dryer so I had to go out and buy one. Vin did buy one the following day along with ice cube trays. Comforter on king bed is much to heavy and warm
 the upstairs doesn’t cool down like the downstairs!
