Playa Flamingo sur la plage de Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Notre appartement est situé sur un magnifique complexe juste en dehors du village de Playa Blanca. Il est un appartement d'une chambre dans un excellent emplacement donnant sur une plage de sable. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée et est accessible par un escalier menant à une terrasse privée avec vue sur la mer. Le complexe a été récemment rénové à un niveau élevé avec des jardins bien entretenus, des bars de la piscine et supermarchés bien approvisionnés. Il y a des restaurants à la fois sur le complexe ou dans le village qui est juste une promenade de dix minutes.
L'hébergement comprend une terrasse avec chaises longues et une table, chaises et parasol. Grâce à des portes-fenêtres il y a un plan salon ouvert avec un canapé et des chaises, une télévision et des cas de livres. Les zones de cuisine et le bar sont équipées de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour. La chambre a lits simples jumeaux qui peuvent être organisées à votre goût et il y a une armoire et un coffre-fort. La salle de bain a été récemment rénové et est entièrement équipée avec une promenade dans la douche et une machine à laver.
L'appartement est confortablement meublé tout au long et est dans un emplacement fantastique sur ce complexe très bien aménagé et très populaire. Il est un endroit idéal pour se baser pour explorer l'île ou tout simplement se détendre au soleil.

Very disappointing.
In need of upgrading,cleaning,and declutering of dirty books as they are thick with dust . Books are the worst spread of germs.Urine stained mattress at least 3/4 of the mattress was stained and still smelt .This was still used for people arriving after me.I have photos to verifiey issues .The cleaning manager did come and deal with some issues but i should not have had to go through the upset of it all ,emailing,and phone calls i could not even unpack my suitcase untill the wardrobe was cleaned.

I have had an amazing holiday at Flamingo Beach. The supermarket was a minutes walk and we ate at all of the local restaurants too. The apartment was well equipped and was in a perfect location. I will certainly be back soon! 😀

Wir hatten wieder eine wunderbare Zeit bei schönstem Wetter am Flamingo Beach. Wir konnten die schöne Terrasse von morgens früh bis zum späten Abend nutzen. Wenn es unsere Gesundheit zu lässt, sind wir im nächsten März wieder da.

Fantastische Lage
Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen bei schönstem Wetter im Flamingo Ressort. Die Lage des Bungalows ist fantastisch, man schaut von der Terrasse aufs Meer, das noch wunderbar warm war und zum Schwimmen einlud. Sue und ihr Sohn sind sehr darum bemüht, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Nice location but…
Good location, 2nd row from beach. The place needs a deep clean. We never used the cooking facilities but I had to kill many bugs in the kitchen and bathroom areas.

We have just arrived back from a week stay at No 28. The apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and in a fantastic location, the sea view from the terrace was amazing. All the restaurants in Flamingo Bay were excellent. Everything we needed for a week away. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Pleasant Stay
The property is in much need of decoration, it is very dated. A few little niggles eg. Overall tiredness of the apartment, needs a bit of tlc Kettle needs replacement because you had to hold the button in to boil it. TV did not work at all. Outside sun beds very dirty, only one useable. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the fabulous closeness to beach and sea view..

We are familiar with Playa Blanca and we were not disappointed with location of the property.
Shopping facilities are on the doorstep also restaurants and the beach is literally a stones throw from the apartment. It is peaceful and a delight to sit on the patio with a bottle of wine (or 2 ! ) and relax. We will certainly be returning in Jan/ Feb 2023. The apartment was very comfortable with adequate facilities. One question, would love to have access to Wi-Fi. ?

10 days in November
The property is exactly like the photos. Location is excellent with just 70m to the beach, you can stop half way at the beach bar if you need a rest. The restaurants on the front by the beach are good. We have stayed in the Flamingo beach area multiple time and in the Flamingo 'complex/resort' before as well. The apartment is in the quite privately owned side so never felt noisy or busy. The beach is great for children with lots of soft sand and gently sloping to the sea. We did a lot of snorkelling and saw lots of fish including Barracuda and an Angel Shark. The best visibility is outside the two 'arms' but only go there if you are a strong swimmer and/or are wearing fins. Inside the 'arms' there are still lots of fish to see (best by the rocks on the left) and you don't even need to go out of your depth

I grew up in the village of Burnham in the south east of England. I'm a keen traveller and sun lover and have been enjoying the Canary Islands with my family since the 1980's. The apartment was a joint purchase with my sister way back in 1985 and is now shared by our two families.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The apartment is jointly owned between my family and my late sister's family. We've had the apartment from new. The site was just being developed when we saw it first. We looked all over Lanzarote and then came back to this place as it was a really special location. Playa Blanca is a lovely village that's changed a lot since 1985 but hasn't lost any of it's warmth or charm.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The apartment benefits from a great location for the beach or the pool. It's on a really nice complex with beautiful gardens and lots of facilities. One of the best beaches in the village is only 100 meters away and the closest pool is less than 50 meters from the terrace. The complex is quiet and relaxing offering an ideal base for either exploring the island or just soaking up the sun.
