This large villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms has wonderful views over Fuerteventura and Lobos. It is located at only 10 minutes walking from the Port and 5 minutes from Flaming Beach. The villa offers free WIFI, English satellite TV , DVD . An ideal opportunity for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful peace and beauty of Playa Blanca. The Villa is well maintained and has an electrical heating pool and BBQ area fitted kitchen, separate dining room and living room with stunning views over the ocean.Pool table . Flexible changeover days.

Electrical heating runs from November to April. Extra of 15€/ night per week will be added if you should wish to have the heating running.

The kerb appeal is lacking on arrival.Entrance to villa was very dilapidated locks need fixing as keys dont always work. Gates rusty and needs replacing, Villa is semi detached with two apartments underneath with seperate screened areas one nice the orher shabby. Villa was very clean had every kitchen device you need but needs complete update very shabby . Overall photos make villa look better than it is. Its a very tired villa and needs a lot of repairs and updating, everything very worn out.Steps to pool need updating and a hand rail. Path to steps leading to pool needs repairing.Pool area beds all stained,pool steps very slippery needs addressing with non slip strips on them, pool dirty on arrival was cleaned once whilst there but dirty again again within days.pool area dining Table needs deep cleaning we wiped it down but cloth was black. Lounge has throws on sofa but nice,leather suite under throws. Outside area upstairs all seating ripped and coffee table shredded and all needs replacing. Beds where ok , bathrooms ok, pasqual and pam helpful but villa needs refurbishment.

We are a little surprised to read your comments, as at no point did you mention any dissatisfaction with my house to me; in fact, you asked to leave later, checking out at 3 pm when the check-out time is 10 am. In any case, I would remind you that my villa is semi-detached from another, the façade and flat of which were being painted at the time. The fence you mention is not part of my property; mine is painted and in good condition. We have never had a railing leading down to the pool as we do not consider it necessary; the pool is cleaned once a week, and if necessary due to weather conditions, you simply need to let me know. I’m confident that we offer good value for money, and we’re sorry that you weren’t satisfied. We would also like to thank you for your comments and will take them into account. Kind regards,

Great stay

Had a lovely 2 week family stay in Pascaul’s villa, everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of kitchenware to use, he personally met us on arrival, such a lovely person, enjoyed the different areas that we could all chill out in, pool table and darts board were a hit with us all, if anything air conditioning Would be a major plus All in all a lovely stay

Relaxing stay

Excellent location; 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach with bars and restaurants, 20 minutes walk to the main Playa Blanca area, across the road from a small but perfectly adequate water park. Great facilities; good interior space, and facilities and fabulous exterior providing everything we needed.

Great Value and Location

A great villa in a perfect location. As others have mentioned, the villa is a little tired and the towels and sheets could do with changing. However the overall package and value is great and we had a wonderful time here.

We would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were attentive and quick to answer any queries we had and were very warm and welcoming on arrival and left some treats in the fridge which was a nice touch. The property had everything and was well stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. The pool was a good size and pool table and darts table a real bonus that you don’t find in many places. The property is well located close to the beach which is a sandy cove surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants and anything you would need. The area had a good atmosphere and a lively buzz to it but also very peaceful and safe. Perfect for families. We travelled with teenagers and a younger child and all enjoyed the trip and the property very much.

Lovely Villa

The villa is very comfortable with with a great private pool area and pleasant outside terrace seating areas. It is in a great location a short stroll to Flamingo beach and the sea front bars and restaurants. Pascual and Pam were excellent hosts, thank you.

Villa Vista Fuerteventura
