TOUT EN VILLE À PORTÉE DE MAIN!
6 chambres, 4 salles de bains, 2 cuisines complètes à quelques minutes à pied de tous les restaurants, bars sportifs, magasins et belles plages au coeur de kona! Juste en haut d'une colline dans un quartier calme sans bruit de circulation dans un quartier très calme et pourtant proche de la ville! Un endroit parfait!
Une spacieuse maison de deux étages de 2600 pieds carrés avec deux cuisines complètes, au sommet un patio avec belvédère et escalier et au rez-de-chaussée un patio couvert avec barbecue.
Accès à une buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse. Parking privé sur place. Un barbecue Webber à quatre brûleurs. Corbeille et zone de recyclage.
Nous enregistrons nos clients personnellement avec notre responsable. S'il y a quelque chose dont nos clients ont besoin, s'il y a des problèmes ou des dysfonctionnements, il suffit d'un coup de téléphone pour résoudre le problème.
Notre quartier est loin de l'autoroute principale, en haut d'une petite colline dans un quartier très calme et paisible. Tous les voisins sont très calmes et respectueux envers tout le monde. Les grands banians et les ficus donnent un sentiment privé.
Les transports publics sont offerts juste en bas de la rue à l'arrêt de bus local à environ 5 minutes à pied. Véhicules de location disponibles à la location à l'aéroport de Kona sur réservation. Locations également disponibles pour Keiki (bébé / infint / enfant) i. e. poussettes, pack n play, berceaux, sièges d'auto, etc.

We love the space in the house for all of us to have our own rooms for reasonable price. The owners are responsive and look out for us. We like the grill and ability to prepare our own meals. Close to grocery store to replenish supplies.

Great family Getaway

Kona House

The property was great and the host was very nice. She provided some Christmas decorations and we had fun decorating. Hawaii is very beautiful and the house was in a good location. Loved it. We all had a great time.

In accommodating so many thousands of guests through the years, we notice that many keep all the windows closed. I would just like to clarify, that in Hawaii it is accustomed to open windows to let the cool Hawaiian breeze flow through the house. And along with ceiling and floor fans throughout the house, it then blows that cool air all throughout. As for the comment about walking distances. We have checked multiple times doing multiple routes, and we are just under 15 minutes walking to all of downtown and to a beautiful swimming beach. My young children and family do it all the time. You do have to enjoy walking, although some guests do feel it challenging and takes them longer. It really is a pleasant stroll to town, yet located in a no traffic noise and peaceful neighborhood. A perfect spot! Hope this review doesn’t deter and guests. See you in paradise, this truly is the perfect location to be at and won’t be disappointed. Aloha!

Nice big house for our group. Neighborhood is sketchy but house itself was nice. BEWARE - only portable ac unit in living room. Bedrooms super hot even with ceiling and tower fan. We had some people so hot, they slept on the couch in living room instead of the bedrooms. Had dirty sheets on 1 bed and no tv in unit.Host (property mgr) was very responsive before booking then less responsive after booking.Probably will not be staying again due to no ac unless we come in December or January.

We had a great time at the Downtown Gem. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and main street in Kona. The area around the unit is a little run down but the house itself is great. Perfect for a large group.

Perfect for our group

This was the perfect fit for our group of two families. Each floor had a different kitchen and living area. The house was clean and within walking distance to fun restaurants and stores. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Stay

Perfect home for our family of 10. Great location-10-15 min walk to restaurants, shopping and the ocean. Beach towels, beach toys and coolers are provided. The kids loved the boogie boards! Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely book this home again.

Perfect for the whole family

Huge house with room enough for our entire extended family (7 adults and 3 kids). The upstairs living room was very airy and comfortable. Lots of room for people to spread out and not be on top of each other in between excursions. Very close to downtown.

Hillside home

This property was perfect for us, our adult children & our grandchildren. We walked down to the pier each of the evenings that we were in Kona to view the beautiful sunsets. There was a grocery store just a few blocks away & restaurants downtown.

This house was great!! It went above and beyond our expectations. There is plenty of room for everyone and two kitchens!! We enjoyed staying here very much and hope to be back. Jeri and her managers were extremely helpful. The house is gorgeous and decorated wonderfully. We felt right at home here.

Great for families and larger parties!

I was pleasantly surprised that the house was even better than the pictures online. There was so much room and having two kitchens made it easier for families. Anyone looking for a clean spacious house for your family to stay this is the perfect place. We would definitely use this rental again. Management and the owners we're Beyond gracious and so helpful.

Great house, convenient location

We love the house and its kitchens and bbq facilities for our group meals. Fans keep the house cool. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown Kona, close to shopping for supplies. Correction needs to be made to reflect no single beds, only queen beds.

Excellant experience

We came for a softball tournament and this house accomedated all of us and we did t even feel crowded. It is such a perfect and comfortable home. We loved it. The property manager, Chris, is so friendly and awesome. Totally recommend this place to everyone!!!!!

Originally from Southern California, both Jeri and Steve met here on the Big Island in the early seventies. Married since 1979, and have a son named Chris. Our love for the ocean and island life has kept us here ever since. Come and enjoy a relaxing getaway.

We love the location close to town, where the beach is just a few minutes walking distance. Shops and restaurants are endless fun, and the Farmer's Market provides local fruits and vegetables, flowers, and local gift shopping.

If you’re looking for a location in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with zero traffic and town noise, yet just a quick walk to all of the city, you will not find anything better than this. The view from the upper floor is beautiful, with the blue water sunsets, and with a classic view of the mountainside as well. The covered downstairs patio is a place to be outside with privacy. It is a nice cool, quiet, hilltop compound, where you can relax with your group, and also have the convenience to do your own thing and walk to Starbucks, McDonald’s, or the bowling alley, and all restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is very quiet with lots of shade. It is a very unique place, which made us fall in love with it!!
