Lovely get away

We wanted a little winter sun and this area was perfect. The location of the property is lovely, amazing views and fantastic facilities. The pools we gorgeous and well maintained. We stayed in February so they were cold but that was expected for time of year. The host is fantastic and couldn't have been any more helpful. The property itself has everything you need and is a great size with loads of room. The only negative is that it is a little tired and could do with some TLC, but over all it is a great place for the price and we would stay again.

Brilliant location but interiors quite dated

Brilliant location if you are looking for a short escape in the sun. Easy access to pools, cafe and a little shop that has everything you might need for a few days. The host was incredibly nice and helpful. The place itself is clean but a little bit dated and run down. Quite a few of the items provided were broken (eg the lounge chairs, sun canopy, quite a few of the knobs came off the cupboard doors, the cot doesn’t dismantle so not much flexibility in which room you can put it in), and the place would really benefit from a little tlc (knives that are sharp, pillows that are comfortable). Also beware that the air condition that cools the house is located at the top of the house so the doors need to be left open so not really suitable if you have a baby or small child that needs to sleep their due to noise.

Excellent holiday

Maria was a lovely host and the location was ideal with a pool that my boys spent most of their time in. There was a shop in the complex, but it was a bit pricey, so the 24 hour mini market just outside was much better, or there was an English mini market just up the road. All in all a lovely holiday had by all.

Excellent apartment

Just back from this apartment where we stayed for 10 nights. It was very spacious, with 6 of us staying. The apartment is very well equipped and the communication with Maria was excellent. It is in a super location with bars and restaurants on your doorstep plus the onsite swimming pools are first class. We had lovely days out in Santa Pola and Alicante.

Had a wonderful time

Maria was a fab host nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation was great spotlessly clean, everything you needed was there. Great location lots of bars restaurants and shops near but very quite site. Beach was a short drive away. Our grand Kids loved it , there were 5 of us . Easy bus route to Alicante. Would definitely stay the again thank you Maria .

Beautiful and functional gated area for families; fantastic landlord

The area is beautiful with all its greenery. Well maintained compound in a beautiful landscape. Pool area very nice with attentive swim guards. Nice restaurants just outside the gate. Small shop in the area with fresh bread in the mornings and very friendly staff. Landlord very helpful and friendly. Thank you Maria, we really enjoyed our holiday.

A short stay

A lovely stay and we all enjoyed ourselves. Great community feel and lots of space in the gated community. Comfortable warm home, and well set up for the stay. Only thing to note is that the master bedroom is on the top floor and the other sleeping ( kids bunk beds) is in the basement/ lower floor.

14Tage Sommerurlaub mit 3 Kindern

Es war wirklich ein toller Familienurlaub. Die Anlage ist super und man ist in ein paar Schritten schon am Pool. Der Poolbereich ist riesig und die Kinder hatten genug Platz um sich auszutoben. Sogar Lifeguards waren da. Auch außerhalb der Anlage ist alles schnell zu erreichen und man ist mit dem Mietwagen ganz schnell an jedem Ort. Das Ferienhaus reicht vollkommen fĂŒr 5 Leute. Man hat genug Platz, es ist sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Wir können es sehr empfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

absolutely fantastic

What can i say it was Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful pool with lifeguards. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep, even my brief visit to the doctor (self inflicted injury) went swimmingly. Everything from start to finish was just perfect. Maria was lovely, her communications through out were so helpful and thorough, which is far, far more than we were expecting. The house was advertised and worked really well for our group of six and again Maria's explanation of how everything worked was excellent. It was a great base to explore further afield, and we also found everything we needed in the local shops. Showers were fantastic, beds very comfy and the kitchen well equipped for all our needs. Thank you very much for everything Maria, especially that last bit of panic with the taxi's. will look forward to sorting out next years diary and coming back Fiona Harris

Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ambiente

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Ferienwochen in Gran Vista verbracht, unsere Gastgeberin Maria war sehr nett, wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie im Expose beschrieben und können dieses Ferienhaus allen empfehlen die einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ambiente verbringen möchten.

Gran Vista - brilliant yet again

Superb holiday yet again in in Gran Alicant at the fantastic gran vista urbanisation - The house has everything you could ever need and was great for our family ( 4 adults & 2 children) the pool and onsite shop were both very near...which was great. Perfect for our family

Everything from start to finish was just perfect. Maria was lovely, her communications before arrival, upon arrival and on leaving were so helpful and thorough, which is always so reassuring. The house was as advertised and worked really well for our family of five, and again Maria's explanation of how everything worked was excellent. It was a great base to explore further afield, and we also found everything we needed in the local shops. Showers were fantastic, beds very comfy and the kitchen well equipped for all our needs. If we need to be in that area again I would definitely book this house again. Thank you very much for everything Maria.
