Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour! L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  3 minutes Ă  pied de la gare de train, 10 minutes Ă  pied de l’épicerie (Pingo doce), 12 minutes du Centre-ville. Plusieurs restaurant juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© (Quay est excellent). Gina nous donne de bons conseils. La douche romaine est parfaite! Tout Ă©tait parfait! Nous y retournerions sans problĂšmes.

Bel appartement Ă  la marina

Appartement comfortable, pour deux couples ou un couple et deux enfants. Bien équipé. Entouré de restaurants et bars. 12 minutes à pied de la plage, du supermarché et de la vieille ville(tous dans des directions différentes). Grande piscine accessible. Idéal pour les tours de bateau .

We just returned from spending 8 nights at Peter’s apartment and must say it was perfect in all ways ! The location was so great , we felt we had the best of both worlds with being in the Marina side with all the restaurants and amenities and yet just a short walk away over the bridge was Old Town Lagos . The deck overlooking the marina was also a highlight we enjoyed everyday for morning coffees to a glass of wine in the evening . It really made this apartment a hit ! Another great perk that is included with this unit is the pool access to The Marina Club next door , we used this everyday and really enjoyed it .The apartment itself is a great size and it has everything you need and more . The local grocery store is a 10 minute walk away and has a great selection as well .We cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed Peter’s unit and we will def stay here again on our next trip to Lagos .

Das Apartment ist sehr gerĂ€umig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf die Marina ist außergewöhnlich schön - auch perfekt fĂŒr Sunset-Fotos.Auch die Lage ist ideal - ein paar Gehminuten abseits vom Trubel des Örtchens, aber nicht zu weit entfernt.FußlĂ€ufig ist in wenigen Minuten ein Supermarkt erreichbar und direkt um‘s Eck sind einige kleine Bars & CafĂ©s fĂŒr einen schnellen Kaffee oder etwas Abendunterhaltung.Der Strand ist auch fußlĂ€ufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar, angenehm breit, sehr lang und sauber. Ein Sonnenschirm mit 2 Liegen 10 pro Tag (ab 16:00 Uhr weniger) oder man kann sich natĂŒrlich auch im „Nicht-Schirm-Bereich“ selbst platzieren. StrandtĂŒcher sind im Apartment inbegriffen.Der Pool der benachbarten Hotelanlage kann kostenlos mitgenutzt werden, aber: es sind dort fast ausschließlich Briten, die ab mittags mit ihrem Plastikbecher mit Bier in der Hand auf der Liege schlafen.Was toll war: es wurden einmal die HandtĂŒcher aus Bad und KĂŒche gewechselt und das Apartment gereinigt wĂ€hrend unseres 10-tĂ€gigen Aufenthalts.Die Kommunikation mit dem EigentĂŒmer war hervorragend: immer rasch, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ganz herzlichen DANK!!!Einziger Wermutstropfen: „Hausmeister“ Carlos ist alles andere als freundlich oder kundenorientiert. Pampige Konversation per WhatsApp und bei Problemen nicht bestrebt, Lösungen zu finden.Tipps: Bootstour(en) machen, FelskĂŒste oben entlanglaufen.Fazit: gerne wieder bei neuem Hausmeister!

Heerlijk verbleven in de meivakantie met onze 2 kinderen van 12 en 14. Prima uitgerust appartement met geweldig balkon met uitzicht op de marina. Strand en centrum op loopafstand en super dat we gebruik konden maken van zwembad in aangrenzend blok (water was nog wel koud maar de pubers lieten zich daar niet door tegenhouden). Bij aankomt moesten we even wachten op de host ondanks communicatie vooraf over de tijden maar na telefoontje kwam die alsnog snel voor ontvangst. Enige nadeel was de landelijke stroomuitval (maar daar kon host natuurlijk niets aan doen, er waren gelukkig kaarsjes aanwezig).

Canadian retreat

Perfect location in the marina, bus station and train station. Great restaurants near by and take out as particularly enjoyable on our beautiful spacious deck. Gina and her husband were very helpful getting us settled and providing recommendations for places to visit and nearby attractions.

Scenic Location Perfect for a Walking Vacation

Property owner and manager were great, with very responsive and welcoming communications. The unit was clean and spacious. The large, private balcony (with table & chairs, and two lounges) was wonderful - with a beautiful view of the marina. In addition to the view, we found the location to be perfect for a walking vacation. The unit was just a three minute walk from the train station. There were lots of restaurants around (including Quay right next door which we enjoyed). The grocery store was nearby and easy to get to. And we could explore the rocky coast by foot and by water (took a shore line cruise with Blue Fleet). We walked to Ponta da Piedade, mostly on a boardwalk that hugged the coast and offered spectacular views. Along that walk, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Camilo Restaurant. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Great Place to stay

We ran late due to train issues and Gina was very accommodating, making our arrival stress free. Clean apartment and more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 older teens. The kitchen was great when we decided to have lunch when we needed a break from restaurants. 7 minute walk to downtown historical Lagos, and the location was great as it was just outside of that very busy area. Loved to sit on the balcony and watch the boats come in. Very quiet at night and walking distance of local grocery shop, train station, restaurants and beaches. Had easy access to the next door pool. We would recommend this place!

Great spot

The condo is a great location. Right on the marina, lots of cafes and restaurants. It's less than a 10 minute walk to Pingo Doce for groceries. The condo is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to. A big balcony with 2 chaises lounges and a 4 seat dining table overlook the marina. The check in was great! Gina met us there and gave us the keys, pool passes and explained where to park in the underground garage. We rented a car from Marina car rental, which you can walk over the foot bridge to go pick up. I would stay here again and would recommend this condo to family and friends.

Perfect Stay

We had 5 days in this beautiful condo. Wish it could have been more. Perfect location right on the water beautiful views/sunsets close to cafes bars and 10/15 minutes walk to Lagos old town. Apartment had everything we needed.

Lagos, Portugal stay

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo overlooking the Lagos marina. Such an easy check-in, thank you Carlos. A large patio that we used from morning to night. The kitchen was well equipped providing us with all we needed to enjoy our time in the condo. The beds were comfortable and we all loved the shower. The condo is very close to Old Town and it's a 10 minute walk to a large supermarket. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Great location, clean, and comfortable beds. The living room furniture is a little tired and some of the kitchen pans etc, are in need of replacing, but no significant issues and we very much enjoyed our stay in Lagos.

Lovely apt at Marina in Lagos

A very lovely 2 bdrm with a huge balcony overlooking the marina! Beautifully furnished with all the amenities you could wish for! Bedrooms are large with ample closet space and large windows! My sister and I enjoyed it very much! Canadian snowbirds!

I came to Portugal in 1983 for one year...to grow Iceberg lettuce for Marks and Spencer...... and i am still here!!

I started a large farming enterprise which is now owned by Vitacress Salads and then started my own farming business called Camposol.

We farm 1,500 acres of sand land on the Atlantic coast near the town of Vila Nova de Milfontes which is 1 hours drive North of Lagos.

We grow vegetables for export throughout Europe in the Winter months and turf grass for amenity and sports use. We have supplied nearly all the main football clubs including Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Portugal is a great place to live and Lagos a super place for a holiday as it caters for tourists while still keeping the characteristics of a Portuguese town.
