Spacieux, cool, appartement au dernier étage avec balcon offrant une vue panoramique à travers 300 degrés. Voir le soleil se lever sur le château médiéval de Bosa vieille ville, puis vous détendre avec un verre de vin de Malvasia local que le soleil se couche sur la plage et de la bouche de la rivière port historique. Mobilier design moderne et une grande cuisine, bien équipée. Grandes chambres, 1 avec lit double, 1 avec lits jumeaux, et salle de séjour spacieuse avec salle à dormir cinquième personne. Balcons (et salle de bains) ont de grandes vues le long de la côte et de la plage. Balcon qui court autour de la propriété à l'ouest-face salon et sur panoramique, cuisine et salle à manger vitrée. Situé à quelques minutes à pied de profondeur, longue, douce plage de sable ou de roches de Bosa, avec sports nautiques, bars, restaurants et cafés de la crème glacée. L'abri, baie peu profonde offre la baignade calme et chaleureux, et contribue à faire de Bosa une destination parfaite pour tous les âges. Bosa vieille ville est un court trajet de la navette «train» ou 25 minutes à pied le long de la rivière bordée de palmiers. Nettoyage, linge de lit et de la main et serviettes de toilette sont inclus dans le prix.

Nice stay near the beach and bosa

Very nice stay, spacious, good equipped kitchen, close to the beach and supermarked. Nice bakery accros from the place. Bosa is a beautiful town!

Excellent holiday at Bella Vista

Large, roomy top floor apartment with wonderful views. Easy to communicate with the owner. Excellent location at the Marina, no problem with parking, Bakery, cafe/bar and good ice cream all on the doorstep.

Perfect stay in Bosa Marina

It was amazing, the apartment is at the perfect spot with a nice balcony, and there is more than enough space inside. The beach is really close (walking distance) and we even walked into the center of Bosa. I would definitely recommend to stay here. The contact with the owner is also really good, he replies fast and gives you a lot of information and tips about the apartment and Bosa. Would love to come back here one day.

Overall very nice appartment, good situated not far from beach. Well equipped, towels included. The beds are not comfortable but ok. However, the balcony is not big enough to sit and eat outside, that was a pity. So you only have the nice view over Bosa Marina standing.

Happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. The balconies offer super views towards the River Temo, Boss old town and Castle, the hills around, and of course over Bosa Marina bay and beach and look out over the sea to the sunset. And you can see all of this while sitting in your chairs on the balconies, as well amazing views from the kitchen bedroom, living room and even bathroom. Hence the name, Bella Vista!

Appartement très agréable avec super vue sur la mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, rien ne manque dans l’appartement qui est au 4ème mais les marches sont très faciles à monter. La vue est superbe, on voit la mer et le coucher de soleil. Une bonne adresse proche de la plage.

Great place for family holidays

‌‌Bosa is a small town in Saradaigna where you can relax and have great moments especially : walks, sandy beaches, sea side, visit of villages etc. And of course the sun and weather are warm and present every day !! The appartment is well located, with a bakery dowstairs, and Bosa have lots of fish shops and small shops where you will find great italian food. The appartment is at the top a the building (4 levels) therefore it is very calm and quiet and neighboors are really welcoming. You can park a car at the back of the appartment in a dead end road. You will find everyhting you need in the kitchen, the master bedroom is large as well as the kids room. Fans are also usefull in each rooms. The small living room is practical, you can watch TV, surf on the internet (wifi included-1Gb per day) or look at the great 180° view on the sea from the balconie :) Towels are included which is greatly appreciated as well as the household at the end of your stay ! You don't have to take the car to go to the beach which is greatly convenient !! I would recommand this place if you look for sea baths, great sunsets, sun, sandy beaches, walks along the sea, italian food, and relaxing holidays ! And Michael is a great owner who takes greatly care of his tenants ! thank you again for this great stay !‌

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Bosa Marina verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, alles war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Beste an der Wohnung ist der tolle Ausblick aufs Meer aus allen Zimmern. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, ganz nah am Strand und nach Bosa kann in 30 min laufen. Einen Parkpkatz haben wir immer in der Nähe der Wohnung finden können. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Een ruim appartement, jammer dat het derde verdieping was zonder lift, wel met 60 trappen op en neer te gaan...Ik vind dit belangrijk om te vermelden..De airco liet het ook afweten en konden niet koken de gasbrander was leeg toen wij aankwamen...Bij ons aankomst vonden wij niet direct de sleutels om in ons appartement te gaan, wij hebben gezocht samen met de mensen in de buurt...Dit is iets dat direct moet duidelijk gemaakt worden en met foto waar het bakje zich bevindt voor de code en sleutels...

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Bosa Marina verbracht. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der raumhafte Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch. Sehr netter Vermieter !!!

Wir haben 14 sonnige Tage in Bosa Marina verbracht. Wer inmitten eines ganz normalen Wohnhauses wohnen und sich wie ein Sarde fühlen will, ist hier genau richtig. Restaurants und Eisdielen sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Beste an der Wohnung ist der herrliche Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Abends kann man von einem zweiten Balkon die erleuchtete Burg von Bosa sehen. In der ganzen Wohnung gibt es einen sehr schönen Marmorfussboden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gut. Nach Tagesausflügen über die Insel, kann man sich hier gut erholen.

If you want to live in the middle of a typical residential building and feel like a Sardinian, this is the perfect place. Restaurants and ice cream parlors are within walking distance. The best thing about the apartment is the magnificent view of the sea and the beach. In the evening, you can see the illuminated Bosa Castle from a second balcony. The entire apartment has beautiful marble floors. The apartment was very clean, and communication with the landlord was good. It's a great place to relax after day trips around the island."

Einfach aber mit Charme

Die Aussicht stellt kleinere Probleme in den Schatten. Mit dem Vermieter kann man gut kommunizieren, wenn zum Beispiel das Gas ausgeht, das Einchecken ist einfach und unproblematisch und die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Insgesamt eine schöne Umgebung und nicht zu touristisch. Die Strände sind nicht überfüllt und man kann sich ehrlich wohlfühlen.

One Black box a Bosa

L’ atmosfera che Bosa offre ai suoi ospiti che arrivano con attese di una vacanza piacevole supera ogni aspettativa e la casa di Michael arricchisce e rende L ‘ esperienza indimenticabile. Il mare di Bosa e lì fuori e ti guarda … la luna la puoi vedere dal letto … unico panorama quindi . La casa è semplice .. ben attrezzata nella cucina un po’ da migliorare il bagno che risulta antiquato. La comunicazione con a Michael e ‘ difficoltosa per la sua distanza ma anche per il fatto che parla solo inglese . È ‘ molto disponibile e simpatico .. ma se non conoscete bene L inglese munitevi di traduttore simultaneo … la cosa più bella della casa e ‘ che in ottima posizione e ha una splendida vista da tutte le stanze . Noi torneremo volentieri a casa di Michael e anche molto presto !!!!A presto !!!!!

Fehlende Klimaanlage

Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung entsprach leider nicht dem Inserat. Es ist in der gesamten Wohnung keine Klimaanlage vorhanden und das war aber leider ein Auswahlkriterium für uns. Es sind lediglich Luftbefeuchter vorhanden, welche die Luft nicht abkühlen. Offene Fenster bei fehlendem Mückenschutz war leider auch keine Option. Dafür ist die Umgebung und Nähe zum Strand toll gewesen.

Appartement in guter Lage mit kleinen Makel

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Bosa Marina. Die strandnahe Lage des Apartments sowie die Aussicht sind super! Die Wohnung sieht vollgestellter aus als auf den Fotos und hat alles was man braucht. Den Müll mussten wir eigenverantwortlich in öffentlichen Mülleimern oder im Wertstoffhof in Bosa entsorgen. Im Badezimmer wackelte bei uns die Toilette, der Rolladen ging kaputt und der Duschkopf ist auseinander gefallen. Die Wand im Kinderzimmer zum Nachbarn ist sehr hellhörig. Der Gastgeber Michael war sehr freundlich und half aus der Ferne so gut er konnte.

Position great, size great, quality not great.....at the moment.

Firstly, the position of the apartment is perfect for the beach, just 2km from the old town of Bosa and a nice base place for visiting Nuraghe etc.. Great views because it's on the 4th floor (no elevator). It's also nice and spacious and light and the kitchen is nicely set up with a great oven. However, there are a lot of issues with the apartment at the moment which basically make it unrentable. Michael, the owner was very polite in his email replies which we appreciated and has explained that after us there aren't any guests and that he won't be renting it out until some renovations have been done. I would recommend that anyone wishing to book here would firstly check with Michael that the following issues have been corrected - 1. Toilet & water heater don't leak and that the kitchen sink tap is repaired. 2. The bed in the twin bedroom is not broken. 3. There are chairs and a table for the balcony (6 of the 8 chairs were broken and there wasn't a table). 4. There's shelving in the twin bedroom for clothes. 5. That Michael's personal belongings have been stored away. 6. That there are new sheets for the main bedroom. 7. That the towels have all be renewed. 8. The mosquito nets were falling off so we took them down, however we didn't find an issue with mosquitos so not sure if needed more in the hotter time of the year. It's important to note that the bathroom has a sit down shower/tub which you get used to but isn't functional for an older person. I can't recommend the apartment as it is now but I feel that Michael will be true to his word and when he's able to visit the apartment (post Covid) he will address the issues that occurred during our visit.

Thank you for the positive feedback - glad that you enjoyed the situation of the apartment and views from the balconies. We are making all the improvements that you list (1 to 8) for 2022. It was impossible to fix these things before now due to the Covid travel restrictions. The mosquito nets must have been left by the previous guests as they are not provided - and have not been necessary before now.

Casa spaziosa e confortevole . Bellissima la vista e la posizione a poca distanza dal mare Necessita di qualche miglioria ma nel complesso siamo stati bene
