Un Penthouse appartement avec piscine et toit Solarium

L'appartement dispose d'un balcon orienté sud ouest et une terrasse sur le toit qui bénéficie du soleil toute la journée. Notre appartement est équipé de la télévision par satellite (chaînes anglaises), CD, DVD, libre de climatisation / chauffage, jeux, CD, DVD et livres. La piscine est très bien entretenu et est ouvert de mi-Juin à Septembre. Roquetas de Mar est le lieu touristique avant tout sur la Costa Almeria et est l'endroit où la fête espagnole a commencé. La région d'Almeria possède plus de 3000 heures de soleil par an et les précipitations plus faibles d'Europe, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour des vacances d'hiver ainsi que d'une fantastique station balnéaire d'été. Roquetas de Mar est situé sur un terrain plat qui en fait un lieu de vacances idéal pour ceux en fauteuils roulants ou poussettes pousser. L'appartement est à seulement 30 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport d'Almeria. Il ya un terrain de golf au cœur de Roquetas de Mar et de nombreux autres cours dans la région d'Almeria. Roquetas de Mar a une bonne sélection de restaurants et de bars de qualité.

Holiday 2013

We have just enjoyed a month at this property as a family of four including two young children. The property was as described in the details and was conveniently situated from the excellent beach approx 5 min walk, and approx 1 min walk from supermarket. The property was clean when arrived and good supply of fresh linen and towels provided. The communal pool was cleaned daily and we found @ 10am we pretty much had pool to ourselves could get very busy in late afternoon. Owners put us in touch with someone to arrange our airport transfers which was handy. Owners had left several items for us to use for beach/pool which came in handy. This is a very family orientated area, there is a very long promenade along beach front with shops, hotels and restaurants. Also a good bus service just minutes from the apartment. We found owners very efficient and give some good tips and information.

Good Value and Convenient Location

We enjoyed our 2-week stay in this property. The building is very conveniently located at the top of the main tourist street, about 10 minutes' walk from a beautiful, kilometres-long beach. There is a large supermarket and plenty of restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, ATMs, etc, within a 5-minute walk. The underground parking is completely secure although a bit tight so a smaller car is recommended. The apartment is as-advertised and fully-equipped, and the local property manager is helpful and accessible. The two balconies are a real plus -- both very large and private with good sun exposure. The bathroom facilities are somewhat dated but are fully-functional, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen-sized mattress and the second bedroom has two single beds. All the mattresses are comfortable. One major drawback is the lack of WIFI in the unit -- we purchased a sim card at the local Vodafone store for 20 euros which filled the gap. All-in-all, we would recommend this unit for its overall value for money and convenient location.

We note what you have mentioned about the lack of WiFi. It is a balance between its cost and having to put our rental prices up to cover it but we will keep it under review. Overwinteren

Ons verblijf was prima in het appartement met uitzicht op zee en de bergen. Alle voorzieningen waren dichtbij: supermarkt, winkels, fysio, huisarts etc. Het appartement was goed voorzien van alle basisbehoeften en het grote balkon en dakterras een dikke bonus. Het weer was prima: meestal zonnig, af en toe wat regen. Soms waaide het behoorlijk, maar dat was nooit een probleem. De zee op loopafstand: 600 meter met een mooie, langgerekte boulevard. Met de auto was je ook snel bij de bergen van de Sierra Nevada. En Almería op nog geen half uur rijden, is ook zeker een bezoek waard. Roquetas is een langgerekte stad, waar echt alles te vinden is. We raden het appartement zeker aan.

One to avoid

Great location, good internet. Flat appears old and neglected. Needs a lot of tlc. On arrival, in the afternoon, had to drive 2 miles across town to collect keys from a coded key safe outside the agents office. No guidance on the security system and how to access garage or flat. Outside only one useable sun bed and 2 plastic chairs. The other sunbed looked unsafe, was filthy and had a dirty and stained mattress. The one other plastic chair was ingrained with dirt and paint. The patio door lock was broken as was the extra fitted bolt, so no security. The shutters and sun shade were very old. The sun shade was unusable in anything but still conditions. The shutters did not close properly. The bathroom wall tiles were dirty and stained as was the shower curtain. Some of the floor tiles were loose. The sky box would not turn on and there was no card. The DVD player would not load dvd's and the TV had only half the screen working. No Robert, turning off and on does not work !

Sorry you were not happy with your stay. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions we were unable to visit the apartment since 2019 to do any routine maintenance. We have since replaced the outside furniture and fixed the patio lock. We have replaced the TV with a Smart TV and DVD player and Sky box have been removed. As we are now able to visit more regularly we aim to keep up with any routine maintenance that needs doing.

Weekation

Found foure small cockroaches in kitchen bench and there was grey silverfish in the apartment, and the washingmaskin had mold. This made the weekation less pleasurable.

Hemos estado muy bien, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, las camas son muy cómodas, cosa que valoro mucho para descansar, el propietario contesta enseguida los mensajes, son muy amables. La playa a estado un poco sucia, pero hemos visitado otras playas de alrededor preciosas, y la ubicación esta muy bien, zona tranquila y a pocos metros bares que se puede comer con buenos precios y buena calidad. Recomiendo 100%

A homely & confortable flat with personal touches from the owner to make stay enjoyable. Loved the terrace & the sun roof offering lvly views over the sea & mountain. Nice & very cleaned shared pool on site. Handy & well stocked supermarket just across the road. A very large & pebbly beach in 12 mn walk down main avenue. We loved the gentle pace, clean & relaxed atmosphere of Roquetas urbanisation. Ideal for a family holiday!

Good apartment,well situated.

Apartment suited us very well,air con, ceiling fans,good shower.Home from home really with cooker,fridge and washing machine.Located in an area good for supermarket,bus and beach not very far away.Too windy at the time to use roof terrace,but a good view.If by any chance you have any problems , contact owner or agent and it is dealt with very quickly.Tourist information across the road so you can find out anything.

Good base for visit.

This was a good base in a good location for our visit to Spain. We found that the apartment was well equipped for our needs. We did not need to cook much so the small kitchen was not a problem. We have children so the pool and proximity to the beach were perfect. Everything was in good working order. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. close by. My only suggestion would be to have a little more in the way of outdoor furnishings, but in reality, when in Spain we are out an about all day and most of the night so it was not a huge issue for a short term let.

Excellent value for money

We've stayed in this apartment twice now and both times had a very good holiday. It's very well situated, 10 minutes walk to the beach (with kids), there is a supermarket opposite and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is ideal for families with small children. Our only criticism would be that it needs an awning or sunshade on the downstairs terrace, to keep the sun off the windows during the day.

We live in England with our 2 children. We have really fallen in love with the relaxing atmosphere in Roquetas and the Spanish culture. We have made many friends in the area and spend most of our holidays there now.

We love Roquetas because of its typically Spanish feel. We love eating out at the many bars and restaurants especially the Spanish ones where we can eat tapas whilst drinking Rioja. Roquetas offers something for everyone. We find the area quiet, relaxing and perfect for a family holiday or even a long weekend on our two own without the children. The area is set on flat terrain which makes it a perfect holiday destination for people with children in prams or people in wheelchairs. The area is easily accessible with Almeria airport approx 30 mins drive away.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our apartment has views right over the resort, you can see the sea and also the mountains from the balcony. We have 2 balconies one which is a roof terrace and is the full length of the apartment so is perfect for sun-worshippers. Our apartment benefits from the sun all day as it is south-westerly facing. There is a very good supermarket right over the road which is very well stocked with food and wine and even has a fresh fish counter. Having 2 children it was important to have an apartment which is a home from home for us. Our apartment has all that you need to have a relaxing self-catering holiday - Cot, English TV, DVD player, DVDs, games, books and Cds. The apartment is 5-7 minutes walk to the seafront. The beach is very clean and even has children's play areas along it.
