Penthouse de 2 chambres avec grande terrasse ensoleillée

Ce superbe appartement est dans l'un des meilleurs emplacements de la station balnéaire de La Torre. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du Golf Club. Il est entièrement climatisé partout. La terrasse donne sur la piscine commune, avec ses tout-petits et ses piscines principales, et au-delà, l'un des lacs les plus difficiles du parcours. Il y a un espace de stationnement souterrain réservé et le bloc est entouré de magnifiques jardins bien entretenus. Il y a un ascenseur qui va du garage souterrain et du hall d'entrée juste à l'extérieur de l'appartement.
Le complexe est âgé de 10 ans, bien établi et bien aménagé, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin sur place. Il est très sécurisé avec accès uniquement via des portes habitées.

This is the 4th year in a row we've stayed at this apartment which is recommendation enough. It's well equipped for a very comfortable stay with a fabulous private roof terrace and covered balcony off the bedrooms which mean you can always be outside, in or out of the sun. There's lots of windows which mean it's light and airy so you get a lovely through draft without needing AC, but it's a blessing in the bedrooms for a good sleep.The apartment is very conveniently placed on La Torre and the underground parking space is great giving you a lift straight to your front door. Brilliant when you're laden down with water and wine and other essentials!Thanks again for another great stay Guy.

This is the third time we've stayed here which tells you want you need to know.The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with two great terraces. It's conveniently placed on La Torre with a private parking space in the basement and a lift to your front door. Another great stay

This is our second stay in this apartment and I’m pleased to say it was as enjoyable as the first one. Spacious accommodation in a good location on La Torre. A roof terrace and a covered balcony mean you can always be outside, in or out of the sun as you please. It’s well equipped for catering and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Great communication with the owner prior to our stay. Very happy to recommend.

Lovely location; easy access to airport. The resort is completely enclosed and secure with access only via manned gates. It has shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. So, it is completely self contained.

Proximity to the airport, the beaches, the cities, the golf courses, the mountains and the Spanish motorway network. It is really close to small towns like Los Alcazares and lovely small cities like Murcia and Cartagena.
