Superbe, spacieux appartement de 2 chambres au 2ème étage. Grande terrasse avec table. Vue sur la mer, piscine privée (plus piscine pour enfants) et beaux jardins. Position surélevée paisible et pourtant à 2 minutes à pied des bars, cafés, restaurants, magasins, banque, discothèque locaux. 2 minutes à pied du supermarché Mercadona. 10 minutes à pied de l'excellente plage Pavillon Bleu de La Mata, avec sa magnifique promenade vers le centre de La Mata. La plage est réputée pour sa propreté, la qualité de l'eau et sa sécurité. Un grand et beau lac naturel d'eau salée entoure La Mata et abrite de nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux, y compris des flamants roses. La ville de Torrevieja est à 5 minutes en voiture et abrite le célèbre Aquopolis - l'un des plus grands parcs aquatiques de la Costa Blanca. Torrevieja est également connue pour ses animations animées en soirée, ainsi que pour ses nombreuses activités sportives et nautiques. L'aéroport de Murcie est à 30 minutes en voiture, l'aéroport d'Alicante est à 35 minutes en voiture et il y a 3 terrains de golf de championnat à 15 minutes en voiture.

The apartment is always spotless with every facility available. The gardens are a delight and there is a large swimming pool with a lifeguard on duty.

Definitely worth a look

I knew the area from a previous visit, this apartment was better than expected and absolutely under sold - already looking to book for next year.The host was always available to answer any questions and the meet and greet was ever so helpful. I can not praise this property highly enough. Only drawback would be the area has some very demanding hills not for the unfit, elderly or toddlers but was everything i was looking for and more. Close to all amenities and some great eateries and home to a cracking back street "British" bar (Bar Brittania) all in all maximum stars in EVERY department !

A pleasant welcome

My first stay in Spain. Excellent location, a short walk away from the beach, supermarket and a good restaurant. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Comparatively at a good price. Watch out for the 65 cleaning fee payable in advance. Neighbours downstairs played loud music during the day but were quiet at night. I had to buy dishwashing liquid and kitchen sponges. Overall a lovely stay and I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

One key notice

We orderd extra bed. No extra bed and only one key to the flat. Bathroom was not nice.

It is not possible to order beds,. We don’t expect people to smoke in the apartment when this is advertised as non smoking. We also request all rubbish is taken away, not left all over the apartment and washing up is not left in the kitchen. All this incurs extra cleaning costs and money needing to be deducted from the damage deposit. This review is not representative of the standards and service provided and purely reflects a malicious reaction to money lost due to disrespectful treatment of someone else’s property.

Think we was the first let of the season as the apartment was a bit musky, but soon cleared with some fresh air. Was met by Chris to hand over the keys, very polite even though we were late back from the airport. The apartment is close to the local strip which has many good bars etc. The local supermarket is just over the road. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. Two large bedrooms with lots of storage space for your clothes. Plenty of cutlery etc on the small but adequate kitchen. Lovely gardens at the rear with a nice pool which unfortunately for us was not open yet.All in all an excellent apartment which l strongly recommend & we shall book again.

Nice 2 bedroomed apartment

This is a comfortable and nicely presented apartment - perfectly adequate for me and my husband. It has a good sized terrace from which you can see the sea on one side. The only issues we had was finding TV channels on the TV and the keys not working to the back gates to the complex (so we had to walk round) Note the apartment does not have WiFi The pool is also a good size, but check opening times depending on time of year. The local beach is sandy and about 10-15 mins walk. It is up hill on the way back though. the Mercadona is just around the corner over the road, along with plenty of places to eat out. Note :The Mercadona is not open on Sundays. The bus stop is also around the corner from the apartment and will take you into Torrevieja or into La Mata. The owner communicates well and quickly to any questions asked. we also used their service to get picked up from the airport (which went exactly to plan) We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Ondanks dat het dit jaar voor deze periode van het jaar (verblijf van eind februari tot eind mei) minder warm, minder zonnig maar eerder wisselvallig weer was, heb ik in dit appartement in Torremar VI een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad. Dit gebouw ligt in een mooie, rustige buitenwijk van Torrevieja, in het begin van de regio La Mata, bekend om zijn mooie strand, restaurants, terrasjes, pleintjes,... Niet luxueus maar wel gezellig ingericht, met zeer ruim terras en open zicht en op zijkant mooi zeezicht. Ik voelde mij er al dadelijk thuis. De foto's op de site geven echt weer zoals het er ter plaatse is. Rustig gelegen en toch op wandelafstand van de Mercadona, Aldi,... en lekkere restaurantjes. Na 10 minuutjes wandelen sta je op het strand waar je ook in de chiringuito kan genieten van een drankje en snackje. James is een zeer responsieve host. Heb een paar keer een klein probleempje gehad, waar hij heel snel - via Andrea en Franky, zijn heel vriendelijke en behulpzame contactpersonen ter plaatse, een oplossing voor heeft geboden. Boek met een gerust hart, dit aangename appartement.

Une semaine à Torevieja

Belles vacances, résidence sécurisée, l’appartement très fonctionnel avec une très belle terrasse..et bien situé. Pour aller près du port de Torevieja (très jolie plage et magasins, animations) ou autres visites impérativement avoir une voiture, faut pas compter sur les bus. James est très réactif. Le soleil était au rdv. Je recommande !

We bought this property for the close proximity to La Mata beach, quiet location and for the outdoor pool and extensive gardens.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location is half way between Murcia San Javier Airport and Alicante Airport, making accessibility very easy, especially for visitors from the UK. The board walk along La Mata beach is very pleasant, along with the large salt water lakes that are within walking distance. There are some excellent restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The close proximity of the mercadona makes self catering very easy.
