L'appartement est à 10 minutes à pied ou 2 minutes en voiture de la plage de Punta Prima et à distance de marche d'autres plages du drapeau bleu. 10 minutes de Torrevieja où vous trouverez une abondance de divertissements jour / nuit pour toute la famille.

Panorama Park fait partie du Señorio de Punta Prima Resort, c'est un complexe très sûr et est classé comme l'un des meilleurs complexes de la costa blanca avec ses jardins paysagers tropicaux luxuriants. Il existe de nombreuses voies de promenade qui vous emmènent à travers le complexe dévoilant les 2 magnifiques piscines et la nuit, pourquoi ne pas vous promener dans les sentiers bien éclairés et sentir les différents arômes des nombreuses plantes et fleurs et c'est vraiment incroyable!

A perfect apartment for our family

We spent a wonderful week at the apartment. Everything we could have needed was there. It truly was a home from home and true to the pictures, if not nicer than the pictures could show. Check in, communication with Timmy and check out was all very simple. The complex is great, quiet and friendly. The local area has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable week we will definitely be back!

Perfect holiday at Timmy’s apartment. Will definitely be returning.

The apartment is certainly 5 star, exceeds the photos by far and was our perfect holiday. Beautiful grounds and 2 pools at the complex. Pure relaxation, good walks and good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Hop on the very frequent and cheap local bus to bigger resorts. Timmy and Lyuba couldn’t have been more helpful and there is nothing you couldn’t want for in the apartment. Stunning and perfect would sum up our holiday experience and cannot wait to return. Wonderful apartment

We have really enjoyed our stay at Tims lovely apartment. Perfect size, nicely decorated and very clean. The balcony is in the shades and is perfect in the afternoon. It's near to the beach and restaurants. I walked along the seashore every morning and it's spectacular. We will be back for sure. The only thing we would have liked is an extra key. Better than expected

The photos of the property don’t do this place justice. Lovely clean flat with everything you could need. Extras on the TV was a bonus for rainier days. The location is perfect with a short walk to a large supermarket, and lovely restaurants, but without feeling crowded or noisy. The pools are on the smaller side but a lovely extra. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Superb location

Having decided to have a short break, we settled on this apartment. We have travelled extensively and we kind get to know what an vrbo listing is! Well this place was above and beyond. The owners were with us every step of the way in contact and very approachable! Which is kind of a first for us! We was met at the apartment by the lovely luyba, she explained everything to us! It really was 5* treatment. The apartment was fantastic, modern, lovely touches, we loved the window shutters! Equipment wise it had it all! The bathroom was exceptional, spacious with a luxurious feel! The photos really do not do it justice! Honestly I could go on! As for getting around, we was walking distance to a little strip of bars at the top of the road, all ok! The little gem we found was a place called patio anduluz it was a proper Spanish restaurant with just fantastic flora and fauna! We love to get about, so we had hired a car, perfect, as this place had a garage to keep it safe at night, infact the place had security guards at night just for added piece of mind! Anyway as for travelling out, we went to busot a beautiful set of caves an hour into the mountains, Alicante, cartegena which was awesome and the beautiful city of Valencia! All within a couple of hours drive so a good location! I honestly can’t remember the amount of stunning beaches we went to but mil palmerias was a stand out! Oh and if you don’t fancy venturing out, there is a lovely balcony to just kick back and relax! Thanks so much to the hosts for letting us stay in there own bit of paradise. It was exactly what we needed! Thank you once again.

This is our third stay in this delightful apartment. Each visit we enjoy it more. It's beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need has been thought of. The location is excellent, only a few minutes from the beach and restaurants, The grounds and gardens are kept in immaculate condition. The two swimming pools on site are very well kept and never busy. Communication with the owner is always very speedy and lovely lady who cleans, both extremely helpful and thoughtful . Very well equipped and spacious 2 bedroomed apartment on the 2nd floor of the beautifully landscaped gated Panorama Park development . Exactly as described in the listing . Apparent balcony has a northerly aspect , Punta Prima is a pretty quiet area, with most shops bars and restaurants on the main road N332. I can recommend Asia Kitchen on the strip. Restaurant Nautilus , and Restaurant Punta Prima on the coast. Also the beach front Chiringuito del Sol Punta Prima for sundown coktails Property was an idea base for exploring the Costa Blanca .

So happy we made this choice! The area was peaceful and very beautiful and felt safe there.It was a perfect location not far from anything.Shops and a good restaurant near by the sea. With bike only about 20 min to Torrevieja center!The appartment was fantastic! There was a bit of a luxorious feeling, it was clean and spotles and fresh all over the appartment, we had everything we needed to make a good breakfast, the fridge was new and clean, which I liked, he shower was uppdated,furniture too, and the beds were just great and confortable, we all slept so well there!! We really felt so good taken care of while staying there. The owner and the local contact answered all our questions immediately and gave some good advice also. So I thank you for making our vacation so great in Torrevieja!Deffenately will keep this place in mind and recommend it to all of you planning a vacation in Torrevieja!! Excellent high quality accommodation

This apartment is the best place I have stayed in -we have been visiting the area for 35 years visiting relatives and stayed in hotels-villas etc and just wished we had found this earlier looking to book next year

We love Spain and especially Punta Prima. Our apartment in Panorama Park is our pride and joy. We love staying here and would love to stay more often. We decided to let it out from 2017to help with the running cost. We hope you love our apartment and if there is anything you should require please let us know in advance. Also if you feel the apartment needed anything else after your stay please let us know so we can make any future tenants including yourself have a better stay in the future.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This apartment has more to offer than any other apartment i have ever stayed in. From full Satellite Tv including all sports and films, Apple tv in both bedrooms. Sony PlayStation in the living room, mood lighting in the main bedroom - living room and terrace. I have let out the apartment to friends and family and they have all said the same thing. I am sure you will also.

In 2010 we started looking to buy an apartment in Spain. We started searching in the Costa Dorada area and worked our way down booking apartment viewings and found nothing that we wanted. We viewed lots of apartments but they didn't tick all our boxes. We then worked our way down to the Costa Blanca and eventually found Punta Prima.
We stayed at the Entrada complex, and its while staying there that we found Panorama Park. We got talking to another holiday maker who was staying there and they showed us their apartment and the facilities Panorama Park had to offer. Panorama Park ticked all our boxes and we fell in love with it straight away and knew this was the complex for us. Just to make sure we travelled down as far as Malaga later that year and continued looking, again we found nothing that we liked as much. It took 2 years to finally find a property in Panorama Park and we couldn't be happier!

Panorama Park is the best complex I have found,ranging from Costa Dorada in the north, to Malaga in the south. The pools are amazing and very well maintained all year round and they have children's pools connected. The Gardens are immaculate and full of the most beautiful plants, flowers and trees. You can loose yourself and easily mistake it for the caribbean. Panorama Park is the most secure complex I have seen with patrolling security & CCTV,and keypad coded gates at the entrance. The maintenance and daily running of Panorama Park is faultless. We have 3 children, who are 19,18 and 12 and they love holidaying here as much as we do.
The position of our apartment is ideal if you do not wish to hire a car. There is a shopping centre within a 10 minute walk which has a wide range of shops,supermarket and restaurant and bars (even a McDonalds)
It is also very close to La Zenia boulevard shopping centre withers wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. There is crazy golf close by, Rocky's american dinner and many more bars and restaurants serving all types of cuisine to suit all tastes.
There is also a local bus that leaves the hotel close by that do excursions to Alicante,Benidorm and many other attractions.
There is a small beach about a 10 minute walk away with beach bars and a lovely restaurant called Nautilus, you can follow the coast to the right for a further 10 minutes and come across a larger beach and Punta Prima restaurant which is also recommended. If you follow the coast to the left you can walk to Torreveja in around 30 minutes and experience what the town has to offer.
