Cette magnifique villa 5 étoiles se trouve à proximité du célèbre quartier de Quinta do Lago. Villa de 5 chambres bien équipée (pour 10/12) disposant de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer des vacances reposantes et agréables en Algarve. Les parcours de golf de championnat se trouvent à 10 min de routes ainsi que de nombreux restaurants, les plages dorées, la réserve naturelle Ria Formosa et les nombreux autres sports et équipements de loisirs. Le petit centre commercial élégant de Quinta se situe directement à l'entrée de Quinta do Lago et dispose de boutiques, marchands de journaux, cafés et bars. The villa was absolutely lovely, loads of room and furnished to a very high standard. The shutters on the window made it so dark inside we all slept in late in the mornings which was fantastic.All the rooms were en-suite so everyone had their own private space.Caroline did a great job with all the pre book in info and Keith was there to meet us and show us around.We had a problem with the pool during our stay but both Keith and Caroline were excellent on getting the issue resolved and communicated well with both us and the owners.The gas bbq was a lovely addition and we also had the cleaners coming in during our stay to freshen everything up.The kids loved the games room and the adults loved the TV and sound bar in the lounge.It was a lovely stay and we are already looking into booking for next year.

This property is absolutely beautiful and situated on a stunning estate (the Quinta Verde estate). Caroline and Keith were on hand to help with everything and gave us great support throughout the booking and lead-up to departure. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Villa in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this wonderful villa. The pool and outside area was amazing, villa has lots of space and all the amenities you need. Checking process was very good and Keith was very welcoming. We will be coming back!

Villa Hoopoe

An excellent villa which is managed to a high standard by Keith and Caroline. They were very responsive on every query/request. Nothing was too much. They also provided a lovely welcome pack which was my first one in 10-15 years holidaying in villas in the area. Villa was beautiful, internally and externally. I would rate it very highly. Definitely worth a return visit, only downside is that I wouldn’t use the basement bedroom as it was a little small and stuffy. But overall a great option for a 4 bedroom stay.

Fantastic!

We had a lovely stay in this fantastic villa and really couldn't fault it. Six adults and four children made use of all the facilities especially the gorgeous swimming pool. The villa is on the Quinta Verde development which has a small gym which can be used for approx. 8 Euros/day. The Conrad Hilton and surrounding shops and restaurants are literally 4 minutes drive away. We would definitely go back one day...

Old Friends reunion

Just back from spending 4 days in the villa and it was terrific. 7 University friends from around the world met up and the Villa was the perfect place to stay. Plenty of room, high standard facilities, immaculately clean and perfect location for golf, Padel tennis, the beach and the Irish Pub! Booking process and communication with the agent was also superb, plus smooth arrival/departure process. We landed late at night and there was a welcome pack arranged so we had food essentials already in the villa. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Stay

Spent just under one month staying at this lovely villa. Excellent location in a quiet safe area. The villa is very large and much bigger than the pictures suggest. Caroline and Keith who manage this villa are a pleasure to deal with and we had excellent communication from the moment we booked. You have everything you need here and more. A nice games room and a large TV with most Sky TV channels. The beach is only a short 10 minute drive away and the lovely shops/restaurants of Quinta Do Lago only a couple of minutes. We would not hesitate in recommending a stay at this villa.

Disappointing

Sorry to say but disappointed with some big things and lots of small ones. Pool turned Green with algae ?on second day and we lost use of it for most of two days which is a big chunk of time with five kids . Fixed as quickly as possible by DIY man but not good and unplesant. Blocked sink which we were warned about on arrival and DIY man came to fix it but next day we had a full scale flood in kitchen and DIY man came to fix it while we did the clean up. Again not what you want, need or expect on holidays let alone a property in this five star/price bracket. We were told mosquito net on main kitchen door to pool was broken by last guests but would be fixed. It never was and main kitchen window screen also broken so a pain and very hot keeping both closed all the time. Pool towels were tattered and ragged. Pool furniture wasn't cleaned and had long term dirt on it around the legs. Some of it along with pool toys was just randomly piled against the house wall .Very untidy. Outside shower and shower in main bed didn't clear properly. Door handles literally fell off two of the bedroom doors. Various lights not working. Only one AC for the entire downstairs which was nowhere near enough. Owners did stay in touch throughout although never came to villa as they indicated to check on repairs. They did allow a late check out which was very helpful and appreciated.

A casa é excelente. Exterior e interior muito bonitos, com divisões muito amplas, com muita luz e todas com ar condicionado. A piscina e a área envolvente são muito boas. Está inserida numa urbanização muito bonita, e a cerca de 1km do Quinta Shoping. A casa estava muito limpa quando cheguei. Os anfitriões foram muito simpáticos e muito disponíveis para a resolução de qualquer problema que surgisse.Casa ideal para as férias de uma família.Manuel Santa.

Memorable 50th

Stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful villa. Plenty of room, fabulous location (though we may have been a tad noisy as we were celebrating my 50th with friends - it’s a very classy, area, this villa is perfect for families holidaying together.) Keith and Caroline were on call for any needs and very responsive. I literally have nothing bad to say, stunning and definitely highly recommend Villa Hoopoe to anybody wanting a spacious open plan villa for an amazing break. Five great bedrooms - sleeps 11 with ease! Awesome games room downstairs too. Would 100% go back with my family again.

Fabulous Family Break

What a fabulous 5 days we have just spent at Villa Hoopoe! The Villa was perfect with everything we could have possibly needed, including Sky Sports for the important Masters Golf 😊 Caroline was super, answering any questions before we travelled very promptly. Whilst we were there Keith was easily contactable if we needed anything, he even went above and beyond to help out with something that was left behind on departure! Thank you Keith. The Villa is perfectly situated for the shopping centre at Quinta with restaurants to choose from and a good supermarket. The beds were really comfortable and the villa was nice and clean. The little welcome pack was also very welcome on arrival. As a bonus we spotted the little Hoopoe in the garden 😄 Many thanks for having us.

Excellent stay in a gorgeous villa!

This villa is a great property to take both family and friends. I visited the villa with 7 friends, and there was easily room for more. Very spacious with 5 double bedrooms, all ensuite and large living areas. The private pool and garden were kept immaculate and offer a great, relaxing outdoor area with a BBQ. The villa is located around 5-10 minutes away from some lovely restaurants, golf courses and beaches. The facilities within the villa are excellent and everything is very clean and well-maintained. I strongly recommend this villa to anyone, and I have already re booked next year!

What a fantastic house, 5 double bedrooms all ensuite, kitchen & outdoor BBQ area right next to fabulous private swimming pool and garden. The lounge area with it high atrium ceiling is massive, with awesome atrium TV and sound system fit for a king and queen and all their siblings. Games room down stairs, with pool, table tennis & footy. You could have a great holiday if you never left this place, but the beach and the chilled bars are just a few minutes drive away. The golf courses on the door step at Quinta Do Lago are the best in the Algarve without exception. Just 20 mins drive from the airport, this place is paradise. We already re booked for 2017.....all 10 of us!

A Fabulous place to stay with family and friends

My family and I have stayed at this villa on several occasions and we cannot recommend it highly enough. It stands in its own lovely grounds and is situated a stones throw away from the very fashionable Quinta area as well as being within close proximity to numerous fantastic golf courses as well as great affordable restaurants and some rather more expensive ones! The accommodation is superb it is quite minimalist at the same time as being very comfortable....sorry clutter lovers but when there are kids around you don't need to be worried about breakages etc!!! We had loads of lovely lazy days around the pool, the BBQ and dining area are superb and I would suggest that this is the perfect place for a group of adults or families. We can't wait to return later on in the year.
