Brilliant apartment for a family - everything we need and the pool is just steps away from the door. Nice and spacious with a lovely outdoor area to eat and relax. Thoroughly recommend.

This apartment is perfectly located in a super spot near the pool.It needs a lot of love and it would be something superb if given that attentionThere is aircon but inly in the living room and it got quite hot.

Location is fantastic. Pool area great and apt close to gorgeous Sao Rafael beach that has a lovely beachside restaurant. The apartment is great. Air-conditioning only in lounge but not too hot in rooms. Owner v.helpful. We will hopefully be booking again.

Fantastic family holiday

Great location very close to a beautiful beach,15 min walk to the marina with lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Everything we needed at the apartment and even though it was school holidays the pool was great not too busy or fighting for a sun bed

Amazing place, Nice location, family friendly

Wooow! Best place we never try with 3 kids!! Nice Pool acces, close to the beach , quiet and clean. The best location to visit Algavre area. Sunny every day!

Great holiday

The area was lovely with nice beaches and convenient access to the pools. Keven was easy to contact and did what he could to help with a small maintenance issue. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place!

We absolutely loved our stay in Sao Rafael! Could come back any time! Beautiful and calm compound, relaxed and family friendly atmosphere by the pool, nice apartment +++. Just a 5 min walk from stunning Algarve beaches and Coast line. The whole family enjoyed the 10 days and want to go back 😎 Kitchen is well equiped and we coocked most our meals at home. We can highly recommend this place!

A brilliant apartment in a great location with good amenities. Loved the apartment, great to have the swimming pool almost outside of the door and the poolside bar was very reasonable for food and drink. Great location, just away from the hustle and bustle with some great restaurants nearby, but still only a short walk or very cheap uber ride if you want a busier area. Would thourogly recommend. Had to contact the host a couple of times (as I hadn't fully read the information he had sent me) and replies were always quick and courteous.

Excellent location and space in the Albufeira

Very handy, clean unit on main floor. Super close to the pool and parking. Lovely backyard patio with seating for 6 at the table, plus more on the patio. Walking to beach is easy on the road with a sidewalk - 6 minutes away to Sao Rafael beach. Kevin (the owner) was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Not what I expected

The property is in a good location and set in a nice place for staycation. Internally though , it is a different story. Lack of cleanliness or everything being quite old first comes out. We opened the washing machine and there were washed left over clothes. The utensils need to be cleaned again for us to use, the toilet seat had moulds. Next day we had ants in our luggage. We had to empty everything. It did not occur to me that I need to take picutres of such mishaps. The next day i found some and took pictures of them. The first day there was lot of construction stuff left in the patio with a left over apple. The host got it cleaned next day but they need pictures for eveything. I gave that as propf. Some of the blankets and sheetdls are so old didnt feel like using them, that was ok I can put up with it but the other bits of cleanliness and me having to take picutres of toilet seats was not an holiday I want. When we go in a hotel and we ask for the toilet to be cleaned it gets cleaned. They won't ask people to take pictures of it and then being accused of some intention of trying to check out because it is going to rain slightly. I got out after 2 nights even though I booked for 5 nights. The next 3 days in a proper place, kids didnt want to leave that place. I turned it around but definitely not this flat.

Appartement très agréable à vivre, très bien équipé et point de départ idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Hôte toujours à l'écoute et formalités d'arrivée très simples. Environnement adapté à des vacances farniente - une piscine à quelques pas de l'appartement - et découvertes Bref des vacances idéales dans un bel endroit

Wir sind ziemlich spät abends mit 4 Kindern angereist. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Reinigung nicht erfolgt ist. Kevin war umgehend erreichbar und hat uns so weit geholfen, dass wir zumindest die Betten schnell selbst beziehen konnten. Die „Reinigung“ erfolgte am nächsten Tag, bestand aber mehr aus einem schnellen durchwischen. Das meiste haben wir dann selbst gemacht. Kevin tat das ganze unglaublich leid. Die Kommunikation war stets ganz hervorragend und er hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und immer nachgefragt. Auch haben wir für die anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten eine Erstattung erhalten. Die Wohnung an sich, die Lage, Ausstattung, der Pool, die Nähe zumStrand und der Preis im Vergleich … unschlagbar! Perfekt für eine Familie wie uns. Und ein unglaublich netter Vermieter. Wir würden immer wiederkommen. Zu beachten ist, dass zb Einkäufe ohne Auto schwierig sind. Es gibt keinen Supermarkt fussläufig in der Nähe. Uber bietet allerdings mittlerweile Lieferdienste aus den Supermärkten an. Danke Kevin!!!!

The appartment had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and nice garden area to sit outside. The host was very helpful and answered any queries swiftly.The swimming pool and area around pool was spotless. Nice pool bar food was very good.Nice restaurants in walking distance or a very cheap uber.We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Leider lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, verdreckte Wäsche lag noch im Schrank. Das Bad war mit Ungeziefern verdreckt, Armaturen unsauber. Toilette war sauber. Ansonsten war die Austattung in Ordnung, wir hatten alles, was man braucht. Schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage. Nähe zum Pool.
