Superbes vues, quartier calme, vie confortable et animaux acceptés!

Une vue fantastique sur le sud-ouest sur une crête boisée à 10 km du centre-ville de Cedar City. Tous les terrains de quartier sont des propriétés de plusieurs acres et de haut de gamme. Rues calmes, wifi, deux télévisions, barbecue, garage bay. Les chiens qui sont formés à la maison, amical, et ne dérangera pas les voisins sont les bienvenus. Vous devez obtenir l'approbation si plus d'un chien! La maison est sur deux niveaux: 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain à l'étage et 1 chambre et salle de bain en bas. Le lit dans la chambre principale est king size et les deux autres lits sont en taille réelle. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen en bas. Toutes les pièces sont baignées de lumière naturelle. Un choix idéal pour 4 à 6 personnes.

REMARQUE: Il n'y a pas de télévision par câble ou par satellite. Cependant, il y a un certain nombre de stations reçues par l'antenne, et il y a Roku.

Si vous voulez vivre confortablement avec de superbes vues constantes près de la ville, mais pas en ville, ou si vous aimez vous promener le long de routes avec beaucoup de pinyon et de genévriers, cet endroit est fait pour vous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well-stocked, and fully functional. Wayne was a great, attentive host.The views were wonderful and there were plenty of large windows which allowed us to enjoy them. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was lovely with amazing views from the deck. It was plenty big enough for the 5 people and the dog that we took with us. Very nice decor and very clean!

Comfortable, spacious with beautiful views

This property was the perfect place for 5 adults to both gather together and spread out as needed. It's a short drive to town but far enough away to feel like a retreat with stunning views, breezy sunsets from the deck, and a quiet lovely neighborhood for stretching our legs and getting the dogs out.

To be, or not--definitely TO BE!

This is our second time to stay in this beautiful home while attending the Utah Shakespeare Festival, and we will return! Love the views, the spotless rooms, and all the amenities. Easy access to downtown Cedar City, and accessible to national parks. We need to bring some family or friends next time!

This was a gorgeous, clean, and well-appointed home and we really enjoyed our short time here! The only thing that would have made it better was if we could have spent more time enjoying it and the wonderful deck overlooking the valley. It served as our base when visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon. The host’s communications were great, and the detailed instructions for enjoying the home and its amenities are thoughtful and were much appreciated.

Excellent!

The house was everything we were looking for. Wayne was an excellent host with excellent communication. Sadly half of our group flaked on us last minute, which meant more space for those of us that did show. The view was amazing, we could even see my parents placefrom the deck. Check-in amd check-out were really simple. Would definitely stay here agai.

Beautiful view, rooms with all needed supplies. Lovely kitchen with all needed dishes and pans. Very helpful host, there was 6” of snow overnight, he quickly had a person out to plow driveway. Snow melted next day but was like a postcard on trees.

PERFECT!

Perfect for our family. Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood with some great views, especially of the sunset. Comfortable, clean, and very accommodating with what the home/owners provide. Close enough to town without being "too close". Centrally located to some fantastic areas to visit (Zions NP, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, etc.). Owner made things extremely easy with directions/instructions and was perfectly clear on expectations for us as renters. Pet friendly and our dog felt right at home as well. Great experience and would definitely be first choice to rent from next time visiting the area.

We loved our stay and would definitely be back but unfortunately we learned that they are no longer dog friendly after our reservation and we only travel with our dog. Sadly, we won't be able to return but it's a gem!

A very comfortable house

We really enjoyed the views from the large windows throughout the entire house. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The decorations were interesting to see. This was an extremely clean and well organized place. The house manual was very complete. The quiet and safe neighborhood made our daily walk very enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summer Trip

Gorgeous view of the valley with thunderstorms moving along the opposite mountain range every day! We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the weather. The house was nice and clean.

A real home in a nice neighborhood, close to Cedar City and all the hot spots in southern Utah. Very comfortable and well furnished. You get views, quiet, a garage bay with an entrance into the house.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

1. Bright and airy: Lots of windows and natural light upstairs and down.
2. Great views looking to the SW. Nice deck with a picnic table.
3. Kids can be downstairs playing with a playing board games, or watching TV, while adults can be upstairs enjoying peace and quiet, socializing, or watching their own choice of programs.
4. Neighborhood is very walkable - it is a 1.4 mile walk around a treed, rural block.
5. Neighborhood is quiet.
6. Plenty of parking. A garage bay for one car with remote control.
7. Easy access to town and freeways.
