La villa Isabelle est une maison de famille moderne avec une superbe piscine commune au cœur d'un domaine securisée. Cette villa habitable toute l’année peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 5 personnes. Il y a un grand terrasse privée (40 m2) -c'est fermée et idéale pour se prélasser au soleil ou prendre ses repas au grand air. Ce complexe de vacances se situe à l'orée de Pézenas et vous permet d'accéder, après une agréable marche de 10/15 minutes, au cœur de la ville animée : celle-ci est connue pour ses cafés de rue, ses restaurants, ses artistes et ses artisans ainsi que pour son très célèbre marché le samedi. De nombreuses activités s'y déroulent toute l'année : concerts, expositions, théâtre en plein air, fêtes de rues et shopping nocturne dans la vieille ville pour une ambiance merveilleuse.

Great place to stay

Nice holiday with several opportunities to visit l'Herault with pretty cities and beaches. The house is small but equipped with everything you need, the terrasse invites you to stay and chill and the pool is mostly a "private" pool due to less people. If you need something the help and answers came promptly and friendly. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks.

Home from home

We had a great week staying in Villa Isabelle. It was clean, well equipped, comfortable and very homely - a perfect retreat at the end of a day of sightseeing in the beautiful Languedoc. The terrace was perfect for al fresco dining or chilling with a bottle of local wine! The house is located within a gated complex, which is very peaceful, and has a great pool. Pezenas itself is a beautiful town and is an ideal base for exploring the region. It is somewhere we would definitely like to return to.

Beautiful Villa in Perfect Location

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely villa. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped and the terrace area in particular was fantastic for an evening barbecue with a glass or two of wine. The WiFi was very reliable (very often NOT the case in some properties we have rented) and the pool (barely a minute away from the villa) was delightful and seldom crowded. Pezenas itself is a beautiful town, only about a ten minute walk from the villa. It was an easy and pleasant walk down to get the morning croissants and bread, and enjoyable to visit in the evening for a drink at one of the many bars, or a meal at a restaurant. The old town in particular is delightful to stroll around. It's also an ideal location for exploring the area and we particularly enjoyed Montpellier, Carcassonne and St Guilham le Desert. Aigues Mortes was also well worth a visit, as was Sete and the nearby beaches. Sinead was friendly and helpful from booking to departure and the whole experience was hassle-free. We definitely recommend the Villa Isabelle and hope to return before too long!

Just Perfect

We had a wonderful time at this really lovely villa, everything was perfect for our family of four which included two teenagers. In particular with teenagers in mind, the WiFi was very good. The property was well equipped and the terrace was a great size with sun from 7 am till at least 7 pm. We had all our meals outside. The house is very close to the pool area which was great for our kids and the pool was never very busy. The walk into Pezanas was all flat and took just over 10 mins, great to be close but not too close. There is so much to see in the area. Highly recommend Montpellier which is about an hour away and the Jazz Festival in Saint Thiebery which was about a 15 mins drive away. Also our kids loved Euro Park in Vias which was much better value than taking them to Aqualand. We would definitely recommend this Villa and Sinead was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us lots of information, she couldn't have done any more. Thank you for providing such a great base for our stay in the South of France. We have made some amazing memories and I am sure we will be returning.

wonderful

Villa Isabella was exactly as described and all the facilities were well maintained and very clean. The location is perfect, and the gated domaine is secure and well looked after. The pool was a pleasure to use, clean and never too crowded. Dealing with Sinead was easy and very pleasant. She was very helpful during the booking process, leading up to, and after our holiday. During the stay there was a minor issue with the hot water, and it was resolved very promptly without any fuss through the local contact person. We would definitely recommend this property and plan to return. Pezenas is a great historic town, with so much going on. A beautiful place for an evening meal, and stroll, shopping or just soaking up the atmosphere. The surrounding region is packed with so much to do for young families or couples. Beaches, harbours, horse riding, forest rope climbs, historic towns/villages, kayaking. The list is endless. We especially enjoyed the Pedolrail for some early evening fun! Can’t wait to return.. Thank you Sinead for helping to make our holiday one to remember and cherish.

Schöner zweckmässiger Ort, super Gastgeberin

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in der Villa Isabelle verbracht. Schwimmbad, Feriensiedlung, Haus, Lage... schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet, gut gepflegt, ruhig - prima! Gute Ausgangslage für unsere Ausflüge nach Sète und Montpellier, aber auch Pezenas und Umgebung bieten viel Interessantes.Hervorzuheben ist zudem der (Mail-)Kontakt mit Gastgeberin Sinéad: zuverlässig, prompt, verständlich, freundlich. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison bien située conforme à l'annonce. Un lave vaisselle serait un plus (à la place du petit frigo dans la cuisine) et une notice explicative pour le fonctionnement de la télé sinon rien à redire.

Très bonne location...

Location très agréable et propre. Bien située. Nous avons pris la location au vacances de la Toussaint, fin octobre, donc pas d'accès à la piscine mais nous l'avons trouvé très petite par rapport au nombre de logements dans le lotissement si nous avions choisi cette location en juillet (surtout par rapport au Covid 19)

We hebben heerlijk genoten en het huisje was prima. Afstand naar zee was wel verder dan we dachten.

Was prima allemaal. Huisje was all-in alleen vond ik wel dat we maar 1 handdoek kregen voor de hele week. Verder hebben we genoten van het zwembad dat tegenover het huisje lag.

Truly lovely!

We found the accommodation to be exactly as described in the literature. So often a booking does not live up to expectations - in this instance, however, our expectations were exceeded. The property was spotlessly clean and really was a home from home in terms of the equipment/items that it contained. We enjoyed reading on the terrace (which offered privacy) and swimming in the clean and well-maintained pool which is located very close to the house. Sinead provided a lot of helpful information about the surrounding area. We were without a car but did not find this to be a problem - the journey to and from the airport can be done quite easily by public transport and the centre of Pezenas itself is a short walk away from the house. Buses are cheap in France and we also visited nearby Beziers. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property and the area to friends and family.

Beautiful home in ideal location

Villa Isabelle is a picturesque,comfortable, and well equipped home. The layout is spacious with a lovely terrace. Upon arrival we were struck by how clean and well maintained the property is. All the little things you may require on holiday have been thought about. Wifi is excellent and the stunning pool is only a few steps away. We ventured into Pezenas most days and were very impressed with the atmosphere there. The buildings are beautiful and we felt we got a glimpse of the authentic, traditional French way of life. We enjoyed the local wine too! Having two young children, we were more than happy to spend most of our time at the Villa itself. The complex is very peaceful and secure. We look forward to returning and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends. Customer service is most excellent. Little touches like the very comprehensive guide to the Villa and the local area were most welcome. A wonderful holiday. Audrey & Frank.

Villa Isabelle - Pezenas

We had a very relaxing, comfortable stay at Villa Isabelle. The villa was exactly as described in the listing, it was a home away from home. The level of equipment was very good and we found the villa spotlessly clean on arrival with the property tastefully decorated and well-maintained. The owners were very quick to respond to emails and gave us lots of information on the villa and the local area prior to our stay. I would highly recommend this villa.

A Family Hub for Languedoc-Roussillon

This was our second stay at the Villa and in Pezenas and we've already booked for 2016. Why? Because the accommodation is just what you need, quiet and peaceful and very child safe/friendly. Beyond the Domaine and you have quick access into the magical old Town, its restaurants and shops. And Pezenas is also a great base to discover Carcassonne, Narbonne, Montpellier, Sete and Beziers - whether you're after great beaches, wine, cathar history or an aquarium, they're all very close!

Andrew, thank you for taking the time to post a review - yes, Pézenas is very well located for daytrips within Languedoc and in close proximity to two major routes - north inland to Paris and East-West to Spain and beyond. Comfortable villa in ideal location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 week stay at the Villa Isabelle. The villa is comfortable and fully equipped with all you need. It is in an ideal location - 15 minutes walk to the centre of Pezenas, only 2 minutes and you are walking along lovely country lanes through vineyards and fields of wild flowers and only 30 minutes drive to great sandy beaches. Everyone we met on the complex were friendly and made us feel welcome. The patio garden has good views with plenty of garden furniture and we spent many pleasant hours lounging in it. The pool which is within 50 yards of the villa is clean and well maintained and again with great views. 'Customer service' from Sinead was excellent, friendly and hassle free. We have already booked for next year and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We spent 7 very pleasant weeks at the Villa isabelle. It was comfortable and fully equipped. It is ideally located just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Penzenas, within 2 minutes you are walking along picturesque country lanes through vineyards and fields of wild flowers and only 30 mins from lovely beaches. Good views from the pleasant and well equipped garden. The complex is very clean and peaceful and the swimming pool excellent. 'Customer service' from Sinead was excellent being helpful and hassle free. We are going back next year and would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Comfortable villa in ideal location

We are a mature couple and had a very pleasant 7 week stay at the Villa Isabelle. The villa is comfortable and fully equipped and Le Coteau Moliere in a peaceful complex in an ideal location. It is only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Pezenas, 2 minutes and you are walking along lovely country lanes amid vineyards and fields of wild flowers and only 30 minutes from great sandy beaches. The garden has good views and is also well equipped. We really enjoyed the swimming pool which was clean and well maintained. Our son and daughter in law came down for a few days and were equally impressed. 'Customer service' from Sinead was excellent, helpful and hassle free with all queries answered promptly. We have already booked again for next year and would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Fabulous holiday!!

My husband & I stayed here for 2 weeks with our 4 daughters (July & August 2014) The Villa was nice and was supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio drinking the local wine and walking into Pezenas town for Les Estivals on Friday nights. The swimming pool was less than a minute to walk to and our girls, in particular, thoroughly enjoyed spending their time there!! The weather was fab and even on cloudier days, it was hot! We saw the most amazing thunderstorm one night too and we had to run for cover as eating at an outdoor restaurant!! Sinead, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and responded extremely quickly to any query or question we had from the time we booked until we had our security deposit returned (and I asked lots of questions!) The villa is in a beautiful area of France and we spent many days driving about and still have lots more to see next time we go! Would we return? DEFINITELY!

Highly Recommended

We really enjoyed our two month stay in Villa Isabella (Dec 2013 & Jan 2014). Pezenas is a lovely town with cafés and a bustling Saturday market which is within easy walking distance of Coteau Moliere. We also found lots of cycling and walking routes and Languedoc has plenty of attractions and sunshine. Villa Isabella was great for the two of us and the fact that we could put our bikes and roof box in the garage was a real help. The house is well equipped offering free fast wifi, a comfy king size bed, good heating and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is small but has everything you need if you like to prepare and cook your own food as well as a good washing machine for laundry. We got a friendly welcome when we arrived, advice about the local area and little problems were sorted out quickly and cheerfully - for example, a broken vacuum cleaner was replaced immediately. There was always someone at the end of the phone if we needed any help. Le Coteau was very quiet and peaceful at this time of year. A brilliant location, heaven for cyclists - we would love to return.

Home Away From Home

We just finished a month long stay at Villa Isabelle. We stayed there for two months last spring as well. VI served as our home away from home and allowed us to live the "French" life in the lovely small town of Pezenas. The house is located in a quiet, friendly, and well situated gated community. We have befriended some of the owners there and feel like part of the community...Sinead, the VI owner is very helpful and responsive, always trying to make the guest comfortable and happy. Languedoc is fantastic in every way. From the house you are 15 minutes away from beautiful seaports and beaches of the French Riviera, and 15 minutes north it is like being in the American Southwest. Great cities for visits include Narbonne (our favorite) Beziers, and the bustling Montpellier. We even took a few days for a driving trip to Florence and Tuscany during the month. We highly recommend the Villa after having lived there for 3 months. It is a can't miss destination and a lovely little property. It is perfect for a couple, and appears to be very fine as well for a small family. Would recommend a car for travel to all of the lovely out of the way wine villages and beaches. We almost hate to tell more people about Languedoc because it is so fabulous and non-touristic. Thanks for the stay and making the property available Sinead!

A gem

We were very pleasantly surprised by the level of care, comfort and convenience on offer at Villa Isabel. There really was every appliance you could wish for during a holiday stay and the decor was charming. The photos may suggest you could be disturbed by close neighbours but this is a tranquil set of apartments used by quiet families. The walk into town is largely on the flat and is much more manageable than the first attempt seems! We spent a glorious week lazing on the terrace and then buzzing around this fascinating region: the Camargue's flamingos, the majestic Pont Du Gard and even Spanish coves were available within 90 minutes' drive. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property to those seeking value for money without sacrificing pleasant surroundings and the chance to completely forget the work routine for as long as possible. PS Loved the Tour de France book collection!

Enjoy the Mediterranean climate, superb motorway & airport access from Pézenas, and a variety of holiday experiences- fabulous beach resorts, excellent shopping in Montpellier, miles of scenic vineyards, small towns with buckets of French charm, terrific street markets, and finally - there's nothing nicer than an evening BBQ on our terrasse.
