Situé sur son propre terrain, cette villa est parfaite pour ceux qui veulent un peu de paix et de calme, mais si vous voulez un peu plus d'action, vous n'avez pas à aller loin. La belle piscine privée a son propre bar au bord de la piscine avec un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière à gaz, un évier et un barbecue. De nombreux transats et meubles de jardin sont là pour vous aider à vous détendre. Il a l'air conditionné partout, qui peut être commuté pour chauffer pendant les mois les plus froids. Il dispose de 6 chambres, chacune avec son propre balcon avec 4 salles de bains (2 en-suite). Un salon et une cuisine à aire ouverte qui s'ouvrent sur une grande terrasse avec une grande table / chaises. Un coffre-fort est disponible si vous le souhaitez.

We had a fantastic stay here, the property is well maintained, clean and with all amenities and comforts, there is air con throughout and all towels and linens provided. The pool is a great size and the outside kitchen area was great for preparing lunches for kids that didnt want to get out of the pool! The location was perfect, a supermarket 2 minutes away and only a few minutes from bars and restaurants with bus stops at the bottom of the hill.Overall we had a brilliant stay here and would definitely recommend

Amazing villa- just like the photos. The villa was well equipped and the pool and outdoor area was fabulous. We were two families staying together and we had plenty of room. The hosts helped us to arrange airport pick up/drop off which was a bonus. The villa is well positioned and there are shops within a few minutes walk. Easy to arrange taxis as the button is on the lamp post out of the front of the property. Highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic spacious villa

A great homely Villa, very spacious in a fantastic location.

The Villa was very roomy and catered for our every needs, lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and the pool/area. Location was ideal for us because having been there before, the places nearby eating out was excellent. The markets were very close which was handy and the taxi drivers knew where to go when taking us home!

The property was a perfect size for our group. There were a couple of very minor issues on arrival but they were very quickly rectified. The location was a bit further out than we are used to but the taxi service was very good so this didn't cause any problems. The villa, pool and outside space was enjoyed by the group.

Splendid family holiday

All facilities from home to home on a family holiday that’s needed to make a quality relaxing fun time. A wedding thrown into the mix added to the fun. There was everything needed in the villa including 3 fridges to accommodate food drink etc. and if not the management company was on hand with any request. Would recommend to any large family. Only added benefit would be a clock by the pool area.

Fantastic Holiday

Spent a week here with my family of 11 aged from 2 to 63 and we all enjoyed it immensely. The Villa and pool area was beyond expectation. The location was perfect for us we walked to Teras for breakfast and took 2 taxis for evening meals. We had amazing meals out. The taxis came in 30 seconds after pushing the button outside the Villa. I only have praise for the owner, the factoring company (Tarik) and the pool man. Thanks you all for a memorable 60th birthday holiday.

Fantastic family holiday!

My family and I have just got back from a 10 day stay at the villa and we had the best time. There was 13 of us altogether and the villa was the perfect size. The owners were very helpful and made sure everything was arranged for us, down to the transfers to and from the airport. The woman who greeted us at the villa even recommended and booked a local restaurant for us. The outdoor pool area with kitchen and seating area is definitely the main attraction. We spent most of our days and nights out there, where we cooked all our meals and enjoyed the pool.The location is good, most places we visited were only 5-10 minutes away in a taxi. The taxi button outside the villa is an added bonus. The local shop is very friendly and delivered our drinks and food for us most days. Overall, a fantastic holiday and we can’t wait to book again! Would defo recommend.

WE LOVED VILLA POLLIE!!!

The villa was wonderful for our big family group. The outside pool area was fantastic with plenty of shade, comfortable sun loungers and bar area with a fridge which was very useful. The villa inside was huge and well stocked of everything you could need. The WiFi and air conditioning worked really well. Our hosts Lynn and Mike were quick to help us with any queries. You can just press the taxi button outside for a taxi and they are there in a couple of mins. We easily booked restaurants and a mini bus would sometimes pick us up, it’s handy to say Hotel Yell reception as that’s just opposite the villa and all the drivers know that. The restaurants are outstanding for money and great food we had an awesome boat trip for £12 including lunch. Our family group was aged 10-70 and we all had an incredible time and already talking about coming back next year. Thank You Lynn and Mike.

Perfect for large groups

We’ve just returned from a fabulous week at this villa. Everything was perfect for us. We were two families with ages ranging from 79 down to 15 and it suited everyone. The sleeping accommodation and number of bathrooms was really flexible - it was great having some on the ground floor so we didn’t have to worry about older relatives navigating stairs at night. The outside space is brilliant and was well used by all day and night. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned every morning. We love cooking and eating outdoors so we spent most of our time out there. If you like eating out though it’s easy to walk to nearby restaurants or use the taxi button right outside the Villa. The shop at the corner of the road topped up our supplies nicely and we had our main shop for the week delivered by Migros. We all agreed we would stay again if the opportunity arose, that’s 9 recommendations!

Amazing villa

Just returned from a 9 night stay at Villa Pollie . Villa was lovely, very clean and newly decorated and had all the amenities you need, totally home from home. Taxii button just outside which was very handy, some of us walked into Hisaronu one evening which till approximately 30 minutes, too far in 37 degree heat. There was a bar & small shop at end of road and there were some restaurants/ shops approximately 10 minutes or so walk away Orka Water park we walked to in 10 /15 mins , again hard work coming back as all uphill Swimming pool / bar area amazing , pool man came and cleaned in the morning. Only issue we had were the stone steps leading from pool to villa, they got very wet and slippery and had a couple of accidents . Plenty of space, were 13 of us and never felt crowded. They have speakers to use so had music by the pool. Local shop delivers too, you just WhatsApp them and they drop it up :) Over all a fantastic holiday , we left all the big doughnut rubber rings so hope the next guests enjoy them 😊 Thank you Lynn & Mike

40th Anniversary with family

We had an amazing time at villa Pollie. It had everything we needed and a beautiful pool. Nice quiet location, but only a short distance to bars and restaurants. When we arrived there was a beautiful cake for us & petals on our bed. Would definitely recommend this villa for a family.

Great family holiday in an amazing villa.

Eight of us Stayed here for 10 days at the beginning of august in this beautiful villa, the villa is amazing and could not fault it in any way, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The pool was a great size and was cleaned every morning and pool bar was fantastic, great for chilling after a busy day. There was a taxi button literally outside the villa and taxis were there within minutes. Would I go again? Definitely, would I recommend it absolutely!! Thank you to the owners Lynn and Mike for a fantastic holiday x

Wonderful villa, highly recommended

Just returned from two weeks stay at this superb villa. We were a party of 13 but the villa is spacious and had plenty of room. The Villa is big with more than enough facilities, clean and tastefully decorated. The garden is pretty and secured and the pool and the bar outside are amazing. We spend most of time around the bar and pool, and used the cooking facility behind the bar to prepare meals. The villa is located between the Oludeniz beach and the main town of Fethiye and the bus route is just a few steps from the villa. There were shops a few minutes’ walk from the villa and I loved the morning walk to the bakery every morning to buy fresh breads. As the villa is located near the Mountain it is cooler and we didn’t feel the heat which is a good few degrees more in the town and beach. The owners Lynn and Mike were the perfect hosts and management company very professional. The pool and patios were clean every morning and the management company very helpful with our enquiries. This was our forth family gathering in Turkey and villa Pollie was by far the best we stayed in. Lynn and Mike, thank you for helping us with this wonderful holiday.

Fantastic

What an amazing villa. We came as a group of friends and the villa was perfect. Though it would be just as perfect for families or a couple of families. Gorgeous inside. Fully equipped and absolutely brilliant outside space which we loved! Also a great location for Hisanarou, Fethiye and Oula Deniz. But also plenty of shops and restaurants you could walk to. There is so much to do here. We did lots but just not enough time to do everything so will definately be back.

Superb Villa

Villa Pollie met all the requirements for a family gathering with ages ranging from 4 to 70. So spacious for a family of 9 that each person could find solitude when needed. The pool was magnificent and the outside bar a Godsend with plenty of drinks to cool down. Located on an incline delivery of essentials was undertaken by local markets and the owners of these could not have been more helpful. Local restaurants provided great meals at very reasonable prices:- Candlelight and Shiraz readily spring to mind. A bit further afield but well worth a visit is Saffron, an Indian restaurant which was superb. If you self cater Villa Pollie has all the requirements for your meal but in reality it is hardly worth the effort when so much is available locally. Having said all that Villa Pollie was the shining star!!!!

Highly recommended

Just returned from a superb week at this wonderful villa to celebrate our daughter's 21st. It really does have everything you need. We were at max capacity of 14 adults and there was still plenty of room. The pool bar was a real plus point! Tarik from Homes & Gardens was simply superb - arranging the transfers and the trips for us which were all immense fun (jeep safari, private boat trip, mud baths, etc etc). Would definitely recommend Buzz Bar and the Olive Tree restaurants for a lovely meal out. Our first time to the area and everyone commented on how much there is to do to suit all ages and how incredibly friendly the locals are, all doing their best to ensure you have a great holiday. The button to call a taxi right outside the villa is great if you don't fancy getting a bus - and they are there in 2 minutes! All in all, one of our best holidays and we definitely hope to return.

Awesome Place

This was our first time in this area, therefore we were new to everything around. This was a party of 9 and having picked up our transport at the Airport we arrived at the villa met by Tariq of Homes&Gardens. Everything was explained, and sure enough this place is placed very close to shops, restaurants and great play areas for kids. The villa design is awesome, the pool area is fantastic and with the great covered Bar area, we spend most of our time there when we were at the villa. Very Modern villa, lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and great facilities. The villa itself is located perfectly as ours was an activity holiday, easy to find for our excursion companies and easy to get into the local towns and access to the lagoon and surrounding beaches. We spent many mornings watching the paragliders set off from Bagadad mountain, on the last day, 3 of our group also went off that place! It was that inspiring! Great for the family, kids will love it and even for our party which was all adults it was great, we even got time to have a BBQ. Would recommend this villa as its has everything you need and very stylish inside and out!
