Belle villa dans un village espagnol typique à La Tercia, Murcie

Veuillez lire jusqu'à la fin .... Notre belle et spacieuse villa décloisonnée, orientée plein sud, sur les contreforts du parc régional de la Sierra de Colombares dans un petit village espagnol traditionnel. Il est situé entre les plages de sable préservées de la Costa Calida et la ville historique de Murcie. Le grand solarium sur le toit offre une vue panoramique sur le village et la campagne environnante, c'est un excellent endroit isolé et ensoleillé pour profiter du soleil le jour et dîner en plein air la nuit. Notre propriété est située sur un nouveau développement, mais à distance de marche des installations du village, qui comprennent 2 supermarchés, boulangerie, bars / cafés et une pharmacie. La piscine commune calme et isolée, équipée d'un jacuzzi est à 20m. La villa est bien aménagée et joliment meublée dans un style contemporain et est entièrement équipée pour cuisiner, avec une plaque vitrocéramique et four et micro-ondes. Le salon dispose d'une télévision et il y a un Amazon Firestick pour UK TV que le Keyholder vous donnera à votre arrivée. Films, etc., plus un lecteur DVD disponible uniquement, Wi-Fi gratuit.

Il y a un frais de blanchisserie / nettoyage obligatoire de 70 € payable à l'arrivée en espèces au détenteur des clés. À la réception de cela, le Keyholder vous donnera le Firestick sur demande. Celui-ci doit être rendu avec les clés au départ.

L'heure de départ est 11h sauf accord avec moi-même.

Very comfortable well equipped quad villa in a quiet Spanish village

We stayed at Villazara for 9 nights my wife and I and had a very peaceful enjoyable experience. The owner arranged a friend from the village to collect us from the airport which was approximately 20 minutes away. They were very knowledgeable and gave us useful information about the village and surrounding area. The villa is situated on the entrance to La Tercia a very small, quiet village near Sucina. It is a lovely safe and secure villa fitted out to a very high specification. It has literally everything you would want from a villa with all the mod cons. A frequent traveller to Spain I cannot recall another property as well equipped as this one is. It is very comfortable and the owner was very attentive and ensured we did not want for anything. There was a problem with the wi fi and the owner reacted swiftly to ensure all was well. The property is open plan and beautifully designed. The main bedroom upstairs was very spacious and cool when you opened the balcony door. The downstairs shower was very modern and ornate with several water outlets and ideal for me, whilst my wife was very happy to enjoy luxurious soaks in the upstairs bathroom. The communal swimming pool is literally 20 yards away. It is ideal for families who just want to frolic and have fun and is equipped with a jacuzzi. For the serious swimmers you will not get many strokes in but it is adequate when not busy. The village is very quaint and the people are very friendly with at least three bars serving various forms of excellent tasting tapas. There are also a couple of great value restaurants a short ten minute drive away. Sucina also has some excellent restaurants. La Tercia is situated in a good location to commute to other areas of interest such as San Javier, Cartagena, La Zenia and the lovely Mar Menor beach. I would definitely recommend Villazara to family and friends and I hope to return again one day.

Thanks for your review, There is a well stocked Spar (convenience) type shop in the villages bakery and a tabac, but for the larger supermarket you have to go to Sucina.

la comunicación con Eileen fue maravillosa, en la misma pagina de vrbo, habiamos reservado una casa para nuestras vacaciones, el propietario del otro inmuble nunca contesto y cuando nos comunicamos con la plataforma, no resolvieron el problema, a lo cual nos posponían el viaje, y no es posible porque ya habíamos reservado nuestras vacaciones en el trabajo, reservamos con Eileen de un día para otro y fue maravillosa la rapidez y como nos ayudo. la casa es super amplia y cómoda, es un pueblito encantador, en nuestro caso cuando fuimos eran las fiestas del pueblo y pudimos disfrutar de las festividades. la piscina comunitaria muy buena, es calentita y casi no hay gente. esta en medio de todo, por lo cual todo te queda cerca, pero es obligatorio tener coche propio para poder movilizarte. estamos super agradecidos, nuestra estancia fue por 15 días y nos sentimos como en casa. la playa mas bonita y que tiene bandera verde casi siempre y puedes ver variadades de peces, es cala capitán, es hermosa y esta a la misma distancia de las otras. gracias por la amabilidad y por ayudarnos a no perder nuestras ansiadas vacaciones.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Glad you enjoyed your stay, whilst I have stayed in the villa for 10 days without hiring a car and just having a total kick back & chill holiday, if you want to see the stunning surroundings it is advisable to have a car, especially if you have children.. There are local taxis that will take you on day trips or visits to the large supermarkets, should you not want to hire a car.

Tranquilidad

La casa bastante sucia. Insectos dentro de la casa ( hormigas, cucarachas y moscas). Por la noche hay lagartijas fuera de la casa y al no haber mosquiteras no se puede dormir con las ventanas abiertas. La piscina esta a 5m de la casa y las niñas lo han pasado muy bien. La zona muy tranquila. Eileen y Chris han sido muy amables y han contestado con rapidez a nuestras dudas.

I am surprised to read this because I never had any concerns reported to me during their week long stay and therefore I spoke to my Keyholder and I have to balance this review by adding that he told me this couple were absolutely fanatical about insects. Before arriving at the property they messaged me about cleanliness of my home, saying they wouldn’t want to spend a whole day cleaning on their arrival and so I gave the Keyholder a heads up to absolutely make sure the cleaning was spot on. The property had a full and thorough clean before they arrived. Unfortunately you cannot defeat nature if crumbs etc are dropped on the floor ants may come, but I haven’t seen or had reported that ants were inside the property. Again if any insects such as the odd spider had arrived in the house to me would be perfectly normal, and maybe the odd cockroach would get in but the Mayor regularly sprays the streets in the community. In all the years I have owned this property no one has ever remarked on lack of mosquitoes nets being an issue. I can’t do anything about the noise of nature outside my home, but it has never disturbed me or anyone that has stayed that I am aware of. I do keep the windows shut and the shutters closed at night and if it’s warm I put on the air conditioning. But I absolutely refute that the property was not clean and there were no insects in the property when they arrived. If I found a property I was renting to being unclean I would certainly let the owner know so they would have the opportunity to put it right.

Excellent holiday home

We are a family of 4 who stayed here for 2 weeks from 23rd August until 7th September. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our summer holiday! The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped and right next to the pool which is where we spent a lot of our time. The village itself was quiet with 2 small shops but not much else. if you have a car (which we did )you are able to explore the local area as there is so many beautiful and interesting places to see, highly recommended Sierra espuna national park, we loved it! After a day out it was lovely coming back to the peace and quiet and heading straight for the pool. We would highly recommend it to anyone and hopefully we will be back again some day. Excellent!

Fantastic Stay!!!

Having had excellent communication with Eileen, we knew this was going to be an fantastic holiday. The villa was lovely, clean, tasteful and had everything you could need. The pool opposite was cleaned regularly and rarely used by anyone other than ourselves. There was only one supermarket open but it had everything you need at very reasonable prices. The locals were friendly and the key holder was an absolute super star. We hope to return.

Very comfortable house in a peaceful village.

The villa is modern and very comfortable, in a lovely village. We enjoyed our stay here, the bedding was exceptionally good quality and the shower was great. It would benefit from mosquito nets at the windows to stop the insects, especially in the evenings. Would also have liked an empty cupboard in the kitchen for our shopping, as they were all full of the owner's things. The swimming pool is so handy and was cleaned regularly during our 2 week stay, but it hadn't heated up enough for us to enjoy it, which was a shame. The villa is so close to the road network, you can get anywhere quickly. The supermarket in the village has a good range and they are open till 9pm. We would love to go back to La Tercia again.

Great Villa in a traditional small Spanish village

We had a great holiday at villazara. Villa had everything you need for a relaxing break. The roof terrace is a sun trap. There is no live to but this is made clear in the description. There is however a DVD player and a good selection of DVDs. We don't watch much to on holiday so didnt affect us but if you are a tv addict then take your laptop. Lounge kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms are all a good size and have everything you would need. We had one issue with the cooker when we arrived. The oven wasn't working. I contacted the owner and an engineer was out and repaired the oven in less than 24 hours. Fantastic service. Other than that everything in the villa was perfect. Pool is a communal one for this villa and the surrounding properties but feels like a private pool. It is directly across from the property and during our stay we only saw one other person using it on two occasions so like I say feels like a private pool. While we were there only one of the supermarkets was open. Not sure if the other one was closed for holidays or if it is closed altogether however the one that was open sells everything you need and there are two larger supermarkets in the next town Sucina which is only 5 minutes away by car. There are 4 bars in the village 3 of which were open while we were there. There was a British bar at the bottom of the village but it was closed while we were there. If you are looking for a lively holiday this is not the village for you but if you want a chill,out in a traditional Spanish village that has all that you need then I don't think you could beat this property. We will certainly be back.....soon and often. Maureen

Beautiful villa, in a beautiful Spanish Village...

Arrived on the 20th August, to spend the second half of our holiday in a little Spanish village after spending the first half on the coast - and what a wonderful 10 days we had! The villa itself is located on a little side street, on the edge of the village. Beautifully set out and decorated to a high standard. There is an outside table and chair set, which we used most days to eat our breakfast at or our evening meal. Inside there is a large lounge and kitchen combined, with a downstairs bathroom. Up the first flight of stairs are a double and twin bedroom, which both lead out onto another shared balcony. I think the only thing missing here, was perhaps a small table and chairs, but we managed. There is a further bathroom on this floor, with a full size bath! Up another flight of stairs is a beautiful terrace that gets the sun all day long. There are several loungers for use up there and also a large table and chair set - gets very hot up there though! I can't fault this villa at all and with the communal pool literally a stones throw from your front door - it was just perfect for myself and my husband. Even our 13-year old daughter enjoyed herself, although there isn't much for older children to do in the village. There is a large undercover football ground, but in all the time we were there, I never actually saw anyone use it! The village itself is like a little community and there are probably around 100 homes, some of them empty, but most made up people that have either moved out there permanently or have bought a property to use as their holiday home or retirement investment. The people are lovely - always very friendly and stopping to chat with you, which is so nice - we even got invited in for drinks when we were passing a couple who were gardening and we were having a walk round - now you don't get that in England! The village itself has a Spar shop, which has everything you need plus another small shop for any essentials you have forgotten and the Spar is shut! There are 3 small bars which also serve food and we ate in all of them. Nothing fancy, but the one on the corner (can't remember it's name, but is on the main street) at the end of the village, serves a fantastic English breakfast! All in all, we had an absolutely fantastic time at this villa and will certainly return one day. wonderful getaway

my husband and i have recently returned from a two week break in this lovely villa.it contains everything required to have a home from home experience.the village is great with very friendly people,brits and spanish alike.we only left the village once as the quiet,tranquil setting was exactly what we were looking for.would highly recommend it.many thanks to Eileen for sharing her beautiful home.

We bought this lovely home before it was even built over 20 years ago. We got the keys a couple of years later just when my daughter started school. It’s been our little home from home in the sunshine. We have made many improvements since then, Last year we added a beautiful aluminum pergola & quality furniture on the rooftop making a fantastic outdoor space. Guests love to escape here from the hot summer sunshine.


As I’m now retired I spend more time here but with the 90 day rule for foreigners we let it out when we are not able to visit.


It’s not an investment property with lots of families staying week by week, but we are happy to share our home when we are not there and it helps contribute to the upkeep without charging the earth, we just hope people treat it with respect and enjoy our Villazara.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Quite simply I wanted a home from home in the sun, Murcia offered so much, I wanted to be close to the beach, close to the culture of Spain and the magnificent architecture of Murcia and Cartagena, plus with the option of having a ski break in Sierra Nevada and then driving down to the house in the sun, which at Easter is very achievable. The village is relatively quiet and the locals very friendly. There is also another development nearby that has created beautiful landscaped areas, with an outdoor gym with 6 pieces of exercise equipment, nice well lit play areas for children, where both local English and Spanish children play with holidaymakers. Cheap flights into the region from most airports into Corvera/Murcia International airport.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It is a beautiful villa, the quality of the fixtures and fittings are very high. The wall are coated with plastic paint and therefore look as new as the day the house was bought! If not cleaner, the marble stair case with decorative wrought iron railings add to the classy ambiance of the villa. Outside the villa the streets are blocked paved and the occasional car will drive past. The streetlights illuminate the area after dusk allowing you to sit on the terrace at night and make you feel safe. The shutters on each window keep the house cool and dark. The original basic tiling on the front patio has been replaced with beautiful typically Spanish ceramic tile. There is an outside tap on the ground floor and the solarium.
