Appartement bien équipé de 3 chambres. Climatisation complète et télévision britannique et espagnole. Propriété très bien située pour golf à distance de marche et hôtel, bars et restaurants. Il y a aussi un petit centre commercial sur place qui contient un petit supermarché. Station principale de Mojacar et Mojacar Beach environ 10 minutes en voiture. Des vols à destination d'Almeria, de Murcie et d'Alicante desservent tous cette région. La ville d'Almeria est à environ 45 minutes de l'appartement et Grenade environ 2 heures. Base idéale pour des vacances reposantes au golf ou en famille.

Great holiday

The apartment is great, kitchen is really good for cooking and living room and bedrooms are really well iluminated. The swimming pool is amazing to chill out before going to the beach. The kids also had an amazing time.

Les points positifs : Joli petit appartement avec 3 chambres qui sont correct, il est bien situé, ce trouve dans une belle résidence bien tenue avec une grande piscine. Le propriétaire répond vite. Les points négatifs : Le mobilier est vétuste, les matelas sont inconfortable on ressent les resorts, le lave vaisselle ne lave pas, même après avoir essayer d'autres programme et pastilles. C'est dommage car ces négligences peuvent ternir les vacances.

L'appartement est très bien placé, très bien entretenu et très bien équipé. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées, tous les équipements sont là et la résidence est très agréable. C'est hyper sécurisé avec des enfants.

esoy muy descontenta con el apartamento los colchones no se puede dormir los muelles y hierros se clavan en la persona el lavabajillas no funciona tuve que lavar los platos a mano porque la vajilla estaba llena de restos de comida las cisternas de los waters no tiraban casi agua mi marido tuvo que arreglar las dos cisterna y en la escalera no avia luz tuvo que poner una bombilla tardaron 3 dias en traer un recogedor para la basura que barria asi que porfavor deseo que me devueban la mitad del dinero que he pagado por el apartamento que no estaba en condiciones un saludo

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We do not believe a lot of this to be true. We did not receive any messages whilst this client was here regarding the above. Unless their was a complete disconnect between the cleaner and me the the apartment would have been cleaned as per normal and all rubbish would have been disposed of. Regards the mattresses we have never had any other complaints regarding those.

El apartamento está bastante bien ubicado. Tiene algunos detalles a mejorar, pero en general puedo decir que hay una muy buena relación calidad- precio. Recomendable!

We definitely would NOT recommend staying at this property!

The list of things wrong with our stay is so long we don’t even know if it will all fit in the review! 1) We were lied to about the pool being open. And only notified days before our arrival and that was because we asked about check in details. 2) The entire property was extremely dirty. So upsetting to be cleaning on arrival until 2am in the morning. Even went out to buy a brand new mop & cleaning products. Contacted the owner and he seemed apologetic at the beginning. 3) After finishing cleaning we realized we had no clean bedding! Just dirty fitted sheets. Contacted owned again. He. Said the cleaning lady would be over to us shorty. Also, the kitchen was full of old food that had to be thrown out. The refrigerator smelled so bad it had to be cleaned and left open to air out. 4) She arrived seeming apologetic again expect she blamed all on the owner. Saying he neglects to purchase and new bed linens . Saying to us he even knew the pool would be closed because of Covid and when she asked him if guests knew they had no pool he told her he didn’t care and that he would not be telling any guests. As the family before us was upset as well. Telling the owner and he said the pool was out of his control but we would have never booked his apartment if he was honest on his listing! A Vrbo issue as well! 5) The walls are very dirty and banged up. You don’t feel comfortable at all. We even cleaned the outside patio too. We moped every single day. 6) We left early so we could go stay at a hotel for our lil girl to get some time in the pool as we had to pay 43 euros for 3 of us to use a swimming pool at another hotel. Leaving early was our choice and we understand that. The only good thing about the apartment is the location. . I only wish I could post pictures of this all here so a potential renter could see. It’s extremely upsetting to have to spend quality family time cleaning. The owner already knows we won’t be returning!

A spacious well equipped appartment with everything to have an enjoyable Holiday.

Cant fault the location and the apartment itself. Was let down slightly by not being cleaned properly. Bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned but he floors had not been cleaned for some time. My wife had to vacuum and mop the floors. However that was not a fault of the apartment which was in an excellent location and made a comfortable base for a thoroughly enjoyable break. Well done to the owner.

Wonderful Vacations

We´ve had wonderful vacations in Vera (Almeria) and much to blame is the fantastic appartment we've enjoyed. It has everything you can expect from an appartment, totally equipped, with two bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, placed in a housing developement near the highway, in a complex with a four star hotel, bars, restaurants etc . Many afternoons we had the swimming pool for ourselves which is really a luxury, in short good value for money. And finally I'd like to stress the good communication with the appartment's owner Stuart. ANGEL

My name is Stuart Macpherson I am 48 years old and live in Inverness Scotland with my wife and 3 children 2 of which are grown up students.
I am a keen golfer which was partly my reason for buying the property as well as my love of Spain and Spanish culture.The amazing weather in Almeria may have had a bit to do with it too!
What I like in particular about Almeria is the desert feel and the real dryness and hot winds.We bought the apartment in 2004 and have enjoyed many trips there since.We quite often combine a trip up to Granada which we love,worth an overnight stay just less than 2 hours on a very good road .

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

What I like particularly about the area is its proximity to the sea and the dry hot winds.
Almeria is also less developed than Costa del Sol which I prefer as you dont have to go to far to get to traditional Spanish life.As well as playing Golf I am also a keen cyclist and have found lots of good road cycling there as the country roads are fairly quiet. Also in Spain there is much more respect given to cyclists than in the UK despite what you may hear about Spanish motorists. Depending where you live in the UK Valle del este is pretty easy to access from most major cities and shortish transfers.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What I enjoy whilst staying at the property is at Valle Del Este now the resort is quite self contained and if you want you could stay on site for quite long periods as there are good restaurants and bars and the golf is within walking distance.
Down at the pool there is a nice grassed area where you can sit and read of listen to your ipod its a very relaxing place.
The Valle del este hotel is within walking distance and there is a Gym and internet available. There is also a sports style bar with WIFI and sky sports. There is also a very good Spanish Tapas bar/restaurant. Very recently an Indian restaurant has opened.
Our apartment itself is 3 bedroomed which is quite unusual on the site.It is well equipped and has air con(essential in summer) and Spanish and UK TV.
