Hi Antonio Thanks for the feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we have no plans to install air con as we don't personally like it or use it (even when we're there in August, we find the house quite cool in the evenings and we're always outside during the day, usually under the sun sails or in the pool). With regard to the internet, I'm afraid you might have been unlucky as our provider was merged with anther company and I think as a result there were a few issues with provision. They seem to have settled now, thankfully!

Thank you for your review, we're glad you and your family loved our villa. The colour of the pillars has been changed on the directions and the confusion over rates was unfortunate. It is the first time this has ever happened and we will ensure the published rates are fully updated a minimum of 12 months in advance. Aircon was installed this year so from 2026 it will be included in the published rates and not charged as an added extra.

Breakages from the previous guests should have been checked before you arrived but it appears that was not done properly. Thank you, we look forward to welcoming you again soon. English translation: Checking in was very easy with key which was already ready. On arrival, the driveway was already a present; fruit trees, olive trees, beautiful garden and beautiful house. Very spacious house. We stayed with grandparents and our 4 children. Grandpa and grandma had their own section with separate bathroom / bedroom. In the middle the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen and on the other side three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Because of this, everyone had their own place. Neat clean house, and fully equipped. Roller shutters are very nice because in holiday homes you often only see decorative curtains instead of a decent blackout. Lots of storage space and wardrobes. There are two terraces, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. In the morning have breakfast on one side with a beautiful view of the mountains and freshly squeezed orange juice from the orange trees in the garden. In the afternoon / evening the other terrace with the pool with the afternoon and setting sun so that it is still nice and warm late. Large clean pool, TV with over 700 movies, ping pong table and games. We had a great time! Mijas and Malaga at about 30 minutes drive and the village of Alhaurin at 10 minutes with supermarket and nice restaurants. We would love to come back!“
