814 Orange Hill est un appartement au 1er étage magnifiquement aménagé avec une véranda spacieuse et ensoleillée donnant sur le 2Úme fairway de Rockley Golf and Country Club. Adjacent à la propriété il y a une piscine calme et paisible à l'usage exclusif des propriétaires et de leurs invités. Il se trouve à 15 minutes à pied de la plage d'Accra qui offre du sable blanc doux et des eaux cristallines. A proximité se trouve le célÚbre St. Lawrence Gap offre une vie nocturne animée et des divertissements dans ses bars et restaurants. Des boutiques hors taxes, des banques et des supermarchés sont accessibles à pied. Rockley est un parcours difficile de 9 trous par 35. Un invité a droit à une adhésion gratuite tout au long de son séjour. Il y a aussi 4 courts de tennis éclairés et un restaurant informel, le Blue Bench Bar, situé dans un parc paisible. L'appartement comprend 2 chambres spacieuses et un salon avec climatisation et donnant sur la véranda avec vue sur le golf. Il y a un ventilateur de plafond dans chaque chambre et dans le salon.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It felt like a home from home from the minute we arrived. Lots of space, well equipped, beautiful views across the 2nd fairway with daily visits from the monkeys and right next to the pool.Colin was an excellent host - great communication and on hand to respond to any queries throughout the booking process and during our stay.We hope to stay again in the future.

Great stay in a lovely beautiful complex.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and has everything you need with a lovely view overlooking the golf course. The pool was nice and quiet with lots of monkeys roaming around in the early hours which was lovely to see!

Wonderful place!

We loved staying at Colin’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing! Loved watching the monkeys. We were so close to the pool and it was very quiet and private. We will definitely return.

Great location with scenic views of the golf course from our balcony. We were located right next to the pool but very quiet throughout the day and evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rockley and will stay here in the future.

Excellent stay!

The place is very peaceful and located on a golf course with green monkeys visiting daily! The apartment is a perfect size for a family or two couples. We enjoyed having a kitchen ,laundry, 2 bathrooms, and a convenient parking space. This area is close to Rockley beach(best in the country if you ask me)and grocery stores and restaurants. We loved our stay and will definitely return! The host was very responsive and the rental process was very easy.

Well appointed property

Spacious, very well equipped & maintained, close to beaches, supermarket & restaurants & literally steps away from a large, uncrowded pool. A rental car is recommended to explore the island. Excellent communications with owner and a welcome bottle of Rum Punch went down very well 😎

Located on a golf complex. Restaurant in club house was very good. Nice pool area, the maintenance guy looks after it well. Had monkeys visiting the balcony in the evening, and birds during the day. Wasn’t sure about the area, as you had to walk through some shady looking houses, but to be fair most of the areas we visited in Barbados were pretty much the same. Well equipped apartment, had everything we needed. It could benefit from a refresh as some of the white walls are looking like they need repainting. I would recommend this apartment.

The overall impression of this property is average. The furnishings are dated. The unit appears clean, however, when walking in bare feet or socks, it was apparent the floor was dirty. There were cobwebs with spiders along the floor in the kitchen, as well as along the baseboard near the one of bedroom's door. The cleaning person left their dirty socks on one of the bar stools. The linens did not appear to have been changed on the day housekeeping came. The parking is also very limited.The owner, however, was quick to respond to my questions before arriving. The pool was nice and the view was nice. We enjoyed seeing the monkeys on the fairway.

Total Relaxation

15 glorious nights in sunny Barbados. Chilling and relaxing in sunshine and good weather.Accommodation simple but perfect in nearly all ways. Kitchen good to use. Lounge with TV to watch Man Utd I'm afraid. Bedroom and bathrooms great. Balcony is awesome watching the significant number of poor golfers and monkeys. Pool just a step away and virtually us alone and perfect on a warm day.General area quiet but within striking distance of beaches, restaurants and supermarket. Only problem we experienced was the air conditioning in the lounge area didn't appear to work but the rest of the rooms were really cool. But that didn't stop us having a fantastic time and we would go back at the drop of a hat.Thank you Colin and we wish you a Happy New Year.

Tranquil Paradise

We stayed at this property at Rockely Golf Club for 2 weeks over Easter 2023. The apartment was spotless lovely clean light bedding, comfy beds, comfy sofa, aircon, small kitchen but perfect for our needs of a mix of eating inand out. The bedrooms are separated by the lounge and kitchen so it was great to get some peace from our kids! The golf course was surpising, full of nature and we almost always had the pool to ourselves or with only one other family was soooo warm heated by the sun. The monkeys made their way down from the bush to the golf course every day about 4 or 5 pm via the pool area which was absolutely delightful. They don't come near you as luckily no one at all feeds them so they just walk alongside you as if you're a part of the furniture. We also saw Green Parrots, 2 types of lizards, toads, frogs, firefly, hummingbirds and plenty of doves. We didn't rent a car as we quite like waking and the beach and supermarket are 10 mins away but in think if u came in summer that that walk would be too hot so I'd recommend hiring a car. We used the ZR Bus to get around and went on a snorkle trip to the shipwrecks in Bridgetown. Highly recommend this apartment it feels really safe and secure and relaxing.

All the comforts of home.

I was more than pleased with the accommodations provided by Colin. Check in was a breeze as I only needed to collect the keys from the office and let myself into the unit. Everything was clean and in reasonably working order. The only issue that arose was that when the A/C unit in the master bedroom was turned on water started dripping from the vent in the ceiling. I informed Marcia the property manager and placed some towels on the floor under the vent. I didn't find this to be much of a burden, so I won't dwell on that. We had no other issues at all. We were provided with an ample amount of clean cookware, dishes, cutlery, towels and linens. The Wi-Fi and cable worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable. The balcony was perfect for an evening dinner or a refreshing drink and the in unit washer and dryer proved to be a great convenience. The shared pool was just steps away from our unit and parking is clearly marked. Colin was easily reachable as was Marcia the property manager. I would rent from Colin again in a heartbeat. Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer sehr erholsamen und idyllischen Umgebung

Der Gastgeber ist toll,sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar.Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet,was man braucht und lĂ€dt zum WohlfĂŒhlen ein. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert und sehr gut organisiert. Jeden Morgen auf der Veranda mit diesem Ausblick den Tag zu starten, war ein Genuss.TagsĂŒber konnten wir die himmlische Ruhe genießen und nachts beim schönen Gesang der Tiere gut einschlafen. Es gibt keinen negativen Punkt fĂŒr uns,einfach sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub genießen möchte :)

Very well appointed and equipped apartment located within Rockley Golf complex. The apartment affords excellent views of the golf course from the large balcony and has use of beautiful pool and surrounding area. Would recommend this apartment to anybody who wants to experience the delights of Barbados.

Incredible! Better than we could have imagined!!

We have been to Barbados multiple times, staying in hotels on every other occasion. This was by far the best choice we have ever made. The check in process was SO simple and easy, something I was slightly concerned about, being the first time not staying in a hotel. The accommodation was fantastic! A lot bigger and more spacious than we thought. So clean and tidy! Brilliant balcony overlooking the golf course... we basically had the pool to ourselves every day. Colin the owner was amazing... he answered every query I had, and put all my concerns at ease. 100% recommended, and we will definitely be returning!!!

A relaxing stay

My wife and I had a great stay here after a couple of hectic months at work and it really was the perfect tonic! The en suite bedrooms are spacious and both lead on to the sizeable veranda, with its great views over the golf course (and its varied wildlife!) making it a perfect area to relax, either over a leisurely breakfast or with a drink in the evening. The main living room benefits from a nice through breeze and the kitchen suited all of our needs, although on most evenings we ate at one of the numerous nearby restaurants in either St. Lawrence Gap or around Accra Beach. The pool, which is for the exclusive use of Orange Hill guests, is no more than a few metres from the front door and is a great alternative to the excellent nearby beaches if you really are feeling (incredibly) lazy! The apartment was clean and tidy as one would expect and really provided a great base for us to relax for the week, while the owners were happy to answer our queries in the lead up to our stay. Thanks so much for a great break that delivered everything as promised!!!

Lovely apartment in a great location

We had a lovely stay here in mid March. We have been to Barbados before and stayed in a hotel at nearby Accra beach but this was much more preferable, with its great views over the golf course and extremely tranquil setting. Accra beach itself is actually just a leisurely 10 minute walk away and we treated ourselves to a couple of long days by the sea when we first arrived to “acclimatise”! We were even able to have a nice meal and a few drinks at the golf club on the first night to shake off the jet lag – it’s a five minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is excellent – there are two bedrooms, both en suite, separated by a spacious living room area and kitchen. Most of the time though we sat out on the veranda, which was lovely for breakfast, as you could watch the birds come and go and enjoy looking down on the golf course from its slightly elevated position. It was also a perfect setting for a drink underneath the stars in the evening and felt like having an extra living room, all adding to a spacious feel overall. Despite the proximity of the nearby beaches and restaurants (Champers and Tapas were our favourites!), it was great to be able to lounge round the pool for a few hours on the day of our flight back - it was amazingly quiet and well maintained, as it is for the exclusive use of those staying in the small number of Orange Hill apartments. I would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to visiting again.

Peaceful & Beautiful Haven!

We stayed here over the February half-term and I can't recommend this location and apartment highly enough. It was in such a peaceful setting yet so close to the beach, the golf, the bars etc that we hardly even used our hire car; It was too much of a shame not to take advantage of the lovely surroundings on a wander down to the sea. The property itself was really spacious with all the mod cons. Having the veranda overlooking the golf course was bliss to just sit out with a nice glass of wine in the evening and relax. It was also cool and airy letting in lots of light. The pool was well maintained and definitely an added bonus. We loved it here so much in fact that we have recommended this apartment to our daughter and her husband and they have booked to go with their 2 children next year. The owners were a pleasure to deal with - thank you for a lovely relaxing break. We will return soon.

A wonderful, spacious, well equipped property

This apartment certainly lives up to it's description, having everything you need. To breakfast on the veranda after a round of golf is wonderful. The bird life and the sight of the green monkeys is amazing. There is much to see but a car is not essential as it is an easy walk to Accra beach, but to see more of Barbados a car is useful, although taxis or public transport are easily available. There are many amazing restaurants such as Chin Chin, Champers, Tapas, but if you wish it is easy to cook a meal as the kitchen is very well set up, followed by an evening cocktail on the verandah. There is much to see on the island, from the rugged Horseshoe bay, Hunte's Gardens, Sandy Lane, Apes Hill, Oistens fish market, Bridgetown and of course many rum shacks. The pool area is well maintained and a very relaxing space. We would certainly recommend this apartment.

Home in paradise.

This apartment is superb and we would highly recommend it as it is beautiful and so convenient for all the amenities and beach. Situated on the Rockley Golf Course with great views of the green from the balcony and the golf course is open to non-members for a small fee. The apartment is very spacious and well furnished and feels like home but in a stunning setting. With two bedrooms which are both en suite it ticks all the boxes. We did use a car but it wouldn't be necessary as the supermarket and beach are nearby. There are regular, organised walks for those who want to see the island on foot. Please try and visit the north of the island which is rocky, wild and contrasts totally with the perfect tranquil beaches.

Hello. My name is Kathryn and I am married to Colin and we have 2 children. I lived in Barbados in my early teens and went to Queens College and loved the island. In the '90s we went back to Barbados as a family for holidays a number of times and stayed in Rockley. Again we loved every minute of it and so bought our beautiful apartment so we could spend more time here. We stay there frequently and love the apartment, its peaceful location and the island life. We have now decided to let it out and hope that our guests will enjoy their stay as much as we do.

Your stay can be as peaceful or lively as you desire due to the diverse range of experiences that the island has to offer. In our last holiday we enjoyed playing golf and tennis, dining out at a couple of lovely restaurants, drinking at local rum shops, went to a couple of quiz nights at the golf club restaurant, enjoyed a fantastic sunset cruise, took a submarine trip, flew kites with the locals at the Garrison, visited Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary and of course chilled out by our pool and on Accra Beach and that was all in the space of a few weeks.
